Wendy’s

Second time here and they forgot our fries for the second time, waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. They need more and 2 people working at a time you can tell they’re struggling

There are few things worse than the customer service at this Wendy’s.
From being constantly interrupted while I try to give my order at the drive thru, to consistently not getting all the food I order, to getting the wrong dipping sauce almost every time.
The only reason to go here is that your only other options are Taco Bell and McDonalds.

Wendy’s is just what I expected. The was to fast was already cooked before we arrived. I would not advise anyone to eat at this establishment. The food was cold.

The most disgusting Wendy’s Ive ever seen. I took my son into the bathroom and the urinal was broken and someone was using the toilet. We waited and the guy came out who turned out to be an employee. He barely washed his hands.
We went up to the counter and I looked up at the menus overhead above the cashiers. Im not exaggerating when I say there were flies everywhere covering the menus. I couldnt concentrate on anything else besides flies all over the menus and I told the girl if she noticed all the files. She said yeah never really noticed that. I asked are there flies all over the food back there and she said no. I think she was annoyed with the question.
I decided not to order and left. That is a first at a Wendys or any fast food place Ive ever been to for that matter.

I’m not very picky with fast food places and this location was decent in the past until my last visit last week. First of all its the only Wendy’s on 101 in the area the other closest restaurants are in Salinas, Santa Maria or the one inside the Pilot on the 46 & I5 which are good drive away. Any who I go in restroom to wash hands and it looks like the place was being used by transients as a personal bathroom trash everywhere and worst of all NO hand soap so i just used hot water. Suddenly an employee comes out of restroom and goes straight to work at the front counter. He never even came close to the sink. I was like ok! I’m hungry I need to eat when I should have just left. I go to order no one approaches me for about 5 minutes employees there but no one was doing much. Finally the manager takes my order with her great friendly personality (no emotion what so ever on her face). I go look for a table… all are dirty. Ok just find the least filthy. As I was just about done I see an employee spray down a table and wipe in a circular motion just making a big circle leaving edges and center just wet and dirty. good job guy! Where in the heck was the manager? I was tired and wanted to go home. Will think twice about going back to this location.

Good, fresh food. Their sea salt fries are amazing! The frosties are delicious! The chili is yummy. The drive thru is quick. The inside restaurant is clean. Better quality fast food than some other choices out there!

My family and I came in here for a light dinner and wanted to get some cheap fast food.
We were the only customers inside and although we were kinda indecisive about what to order, when my brother changed his mind during the order, the cashier said she couldn’t cancel part or any part of the order. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT? She said the total was already rang up and her fellow employees just stood there watching us like we were asking for something crazy. I even suggested if we could start over the order since we all knew what we wanted but my brother’s order would be different but no, nothing could be changed :(
Also, the same cashier asked if I wanted onions and cheese on my chili which I did want but when the food came out, she asked if I could wait for the onions and I said no. This is FAST FOOD. There was no one else except us maybe some some random drive through customers but whatevs they didn’t have my onions but had my cheese.
Regardless, the food came out quick and it was good but I probably wouldn’t want to come back if I was in the area :(

It’s a good clean place and the food is really good.
