I like this Panera location because it’s not overly crowded and chaotic like some of the other locations close by.
The food, service, and staff are excellent.
The only reason I can’t give 5 out of 5 stars is because it’s very small inside. There aren’t many tables and chairs here and theres no private room for large groups (like at some of the other Panera Bread locations).
Overall I like comming here to avoid the long lines and I will continue comming to this Panera Bread location.

I have been to many Panera Bread restaurants and always enjoy going to a new opening to see how things are going. This location in Patchogue is much needed. It’s laid out nicely in for a tight location. The manager did a nice job in hiring and training his staff. It’s very clean and the tables are wiped down as soon as someone leaves, even during the busy lunch and dinner times. They are spot on in maintaining the correct amount of the popular items. I was at the Panera Bread location in Riverhead earlier todayand where out of the black bean soup and out of Mac n cheese! How can you be out of mac n cheese at 4:30 in the afternoon? I drove to this location and just in a general conversation w the manager told him about my Riverhead experience. He comped me 2 mac n cheeses! They get a star just for that.

New location, not as crowded as the other location further west on sunrise highway in Bohemia. I have eaten here twice.
When I was here this location was smaller than others but super clean.
The food was ready quick and very fresh. You have a full view into the kitchen so you can see how clean it is.
The manager came to greet me and was really a very friendly guy. You could tell he was very busy and on top of everything and cared a large amount about running this establishment. The staff was ultra friendly, started engaging in conversation about the weather and small talk.
I would rather eat here then at the busy, overcrowded, less friendly Panera counterparts.
