Great coffee. Staff goes out of their way to be friendly, to learn your name and your order. Very accomodating. Line can be long but moves fast. My favorite Starbucks.

Starbucks has a high potential to leave a customer unfulfilled as they possess elevated prices. This Starbucks succeeds in providing quick friendly service and consistent quality drinks justifying the extra pennies. Always greeted with a smile. They make a conscious effort to not only remember your name, but also the drink you regularly purchase. There is plenty of space to hang and fart around on your laptop using the free WIFI and the service station is always monitored.

This is honestly the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The people are always smiling and friendly. My order never gets messed up! They remember my name and my favorite drink. Line goes quickly. Super friendly and professional. Unlike any other Starbucks on Long Island.

This location is not a drive thru. The baristas do a spectacular job mixing the drinks. My favorite drink here is the double chocolate chip frapp. They make it just right. Not to sweet, not saturated with too much mocha, just right. Well balanced chocolate flavor. This location doesn’t pour too much milk either. The consistency is like a frapp should be. :)

The staff here is incredibly friendly, but I do have to admit that the speed of service is lackluster. My drinks is always right, and the manager remembered my order and name after one visit. One visit! That’s bananas.
I still frequent this location when I’m on Long Island, and I probably won’t stop. Going there during a peak hour, however, is not on my to-​do list.

I think the service is remarkably slow. But honestly, I lived in the city for a while so I’m used to Starbucks staff moving extremely fast to keep up with the volume of NYC Starbucks lovers. So when I come into this place & the line is long I notice the staff still moves really slow. That brings it down a star.
But despite the staff being slow, they are always very friendly & greet you & talk politely. It’s a relaxing atmosphere, good location & clean. I really like to come here.

This used to be one of my favorite locations but the current daytime staff is absolutely terrible. Not friendly at all. Very, very poor customer service skills. They actually make me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere from now on. :(

Its a Starbucks, they are pretty much seem all the same to me. This location I found to be very clean and the staff extremely nice. They have a decent seating area, though not as big as some of the other Starbucks I have been too.
Service was fast, even when there was around 5 – 7 people in the line.
This location is very convenient if you are driving on sunrise.

I agree with Amanda’s comment, not the friendliest staff. Two other negatives, 1. they keep the AC very cold, sometimes too cold. 2. in order to save a little bit of money they do not offer catchup for their breakfast sandwiches anymore. Come on. Are you kidding me? How else am I going gross out some friends when I put catchup on my egg sandwich?

Great Service. Friendly Staff. And the best part, when it’s 6am, and you’re late for work, and you don’t have time to wait for lazy baristas to get around to finally figuring out how to work the espresso machine, they get you in and out quickly. And with courteous, and friendly service. One of the best on LI! And, if you’re staying in, they have a nice, cozy, living room type of décor.
