I love this salon. The facility is always very clean, including the restrooms. They have multiple rooms with different beds so there’s ever hardly a wait to get into a room. Only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars is they keep the front door locked and you have to be buzzed in, which is fine, but it can be awhile before an employee actually lets you in.

I just wanted to write a little about the customer service at the Darque Tan in Pearland. I went in on July 3rd around 4:45. I don’t know the name of the girl at the front but she was awesome. She was very friendly and helped me out trmendoulsy. She made sure I got taken care of and she was very sweet. I recommend this facility!

Never open on time, you have to be buzzed in. Ive been on days that they will not answer the phone, they dony answer the buzzer. After getting in, 1 sitting in the cleaning room on her phone, the other with an attitude. This place need a new staff. Its close
and it sucks.

So, I purchased a Mystic Tan groupon for this location. HUGE mistake. I literally went in 3 different times, and each time, the mystic tan was broken. Finally, by the 3rd time, the attendant stated she would give me an extra spray because of all the times it was broken. (I also live 15 minutes away, so it is not close to my home, but the closest I could get to) During the 3 months I tried to tan, I must have called at least 6 times, all of which the spray tan was broken! After working thru my 2nd and final groupon, I go for my final tan, and they tell me the attendant did not mark my account, so no, I did would not receive a complimentary tan. The manager was called by that current attendant, and would not honor the promise! I couldn’t believe it, really, I’m an older customer, do they think I would drive in and make this up? Definitely will never go to this location again, if you must be sure to call for any of their spray tan options! They were always broken!

I loooooooove tanning here because it’s very convenient for me. The hours are great for my schedule. Plenty of beds. I wish they had 2 level 4 beds. The only reason why I give it 4 stars is because the customer service is not always the best. Some girls that work there just look irritated when I walk in, but I don’t understand why people choose customer service jobs if they don’t like working with customers. Another thing that gets annoying is when you walk in you can sometimes stand there for several minutes before they realize you walked in. Maybe there should be one girl working the desk, and one cleaning /​laundry… just a suggestion. Other than that I really do enjoy tanning here.
