Place is not worth it. I use to go a lot but recently they messed up my order 3 times and all I got was ill take care of you later. Which Dywane the manager never came over again. Customer service is not their key points. I won’t ever go back again. Truly a disappointment

Came here at 4pm. The service has really declined since they opened. Maybe it’s the time of day that I came, but the servers and cashiers were more concerned about gossiping and chatting than serving customers. Go to the smashburger in white plains. Service is much better.

Don’t order after 9p… My buns were rock hard. I called in for a pick up & didn’t like the buns my food came in with. I’ve had their food at other times, it’s good… maybe this was just a one time experience

Farheed was my charismatic order taker. Awesome kid! There was a rather long line for 2PM. There were but a few tables available. And it seemed that no one cared. Some people were ordering food and chatting as if they were being interviewed by Jimmy Fallon. No one batted an eye. If this was a McDonalds, someone would have, by now, thrown several F-​Bombs. By the time, I got to the counter, it was my turn to laugh. He would ask for items from his co-​workers. They gave him ‘good face’; translatable as oh no and get it yourself because we are busy too. The air was light, but it did not affect expedience from order taking to expediting orders. The burger and soda was under ten bucks. The beer, as an add on was another five bucks. Not bad. The manager that was expediting the order skipped my burger, a few times. But Farheed had his back. The well done burger was cooked and served under eight minutes. This visit will not be my last.

It was my first time going to this place. I really liked the burger only thing is that they don’t have much to choose from so if you looking for wings, tenders, etc they do not have much. Other than that the place is very clean, good customer service and the food was good. Free refills is a plus also.
I do wish it had a combo that brought the burger fries and soda bcuz you have to order everything seperate.

But why is there a guest Wi-​Fi if you don’t give the staff the password? :/
This is my first visit. Burger take a reeeeeally long time to come out. However this is a good thing because everything is super fresh and custom made.
Unfortunately, I watched at the «waiting table» as nearly every patron before me was missing part of their order. One man I spoke to said he wasn’t leaving til he checked because «they got» him twice before. Sure enough, my Smash Fries came out as sweet potato fries. Sigh. At least they were good. One thing I’ll say is that the attitude of the staff is awesome! Friendly, helpful, courteous. They just have to figure out how to get the orders right.
But they are obviously doing something right of that dude still came back. My New Yorker burger was delicious. So between that and the friendliness of the service, that must be it.
I still want the guest Wi-​Fi password tho

In my opinion, the services is by far, extremely better than your normal burger joint. Not to mention names. The suggestive sales are helpful not that they are spending money for me but it’s appreciated. And I meet a kind lady on line who told me about their coupons., nice deal.

The best place to stuff your face. Let me just say, the cooks and staff in the kitchen really know how to make a burger!
I wish I can remember everyone’s name who made the and served me the Avocado Club Burger and (Cookies N Cream) milkshake.

Always been a favorite of mine to come here. Such a limited selection of good food joints 2g2 in NYC compared to back home in Louisiana. Prices are rather high for this kinda food but it’s expected in this city. I can’t complain all too much I suppose. But this place is definitely recommended if you’re in the east Bronx/​Pelham area. I always stop in here if my route takes me this way over the bridge from Queens.

Always delicious, clean and friendly service! Love the crispy chicken classic and the classic smash burger. They welcome substitutions which is always nice! Their fries are awesome and the milkshakes are generous! I usually freeze half for the next day!

These burgers were delicious. I ordered the jalapeño burger with the chocolate Oreo shake and it was yum! My boyfriend ordered the regular classic with fries and a milkshake and he finished his burger so I’m assuming it was good. They do get busy during lunch hours so there may be a wait. I think the prices are somewhat reasonable but my only problem was as people leave they were a little slow to clean up the tables. We had to wait a little while for a clean table. Other than that I would definitely come back.

As much as I love Smashburger, this location has proven disappointing. I placed an online order only to find out, by calling, that they are closed for the day because they don’t have hot water (of all the reasons). I can’t believe that they are closed almost 2 hours ahead of the time they are supposed to be closed in addition to not letting me know that there would be no order to pick up. That aside, the food is usually good.

Free standing building so light and bright. Sharp staff. The smash fries deserve recognition as they are seasoned with rosemary and olive oil and garlic ! This is fast food with heart and health if u want. Great chain.

Love it !!! Their garlic Fries and onion rings are on point !!
Shakes are way better than shake shack.
The avocado clubs are amazing.
It comes with whole wheat buns though, if ur not a fan sub it. Service are super great !

I like the look of restaurant and the customer service was cool too. The food was OK. I ordered the mushroom truffle burger. It came with a dime size of truffle mayo and about 4 mushrooms. Oh yea and my skinny little fries were cold.

We came here after my god daughter’s graduation because she’s a hamburger and fries gal and always wanted to try this place. I was happy because I just knew we were going to shell out some big bucks at City Island or something.
This fast food restaurant was clean and the staff were real cool and friendly. We all pretty much ordered the same thing a cheeseburger, fries and drink that came up to about $ 15 per person. I had the bacon cheeseburger with sweet potato fries. The burger and fries were good and I had no complaints. There was nothing extraordinary about the meal that would make me want to have to return. The burger was big and smashed like on the bun, hence the name «Smashburger.» You order and pay for your food and one of the staff brings your tray to your table which I thought was cute.
If I see a smashburger I would grab a burger and fries again when I’m in that type of mood.

Came here for a quick work lunch, standard «higher-​end» burger joint. Ordered the spicy baja and was satisfised. Service could’ve been quicker, but it was during work, and I didnt mind.

The burger was not so bad, but like they say «some things taste better with bacon», and mine had bacon. Point is I had better burgers before. The Vanilla milkshake was good because is from Haagen Dazs of course. I did not enjoy their fries. Service is not bad. I’m not sure if I’ll ever go back.
