Chili’s Grill & Bar

Sat at the bar to watch the game and I was given awesome service by Josh the bartender.

Always come for the presidente margaritas but don’t know if they changed the recipe because these were bad. Told the bartender and they made another but they were a little better but not by much. They state they are following the recipient so I’m guessing they must have changed it because these are not the same.

I came to this chilis because even though it’s been a while, I’ve received decent service at this specific location. The service received tonight was equal to the crap I’m use to at all other locations. When we walked in, the hostess disheveled and confused as to what her responsibilities are. We asked for a table to seat 5 and she proceeded to point to the first most uncomfortable table in the location near the door even though there were other tables available. So from there it continued to go downhill.
The food took a little less than an hour to come out, the waitress never came by our table after taking our order and we had to call her ourselves, and lastly the food was both tasteless and unpresentable. I don’t want to waste more time explaining why you shouldn’t eat here, just try it yourself if you don’t believe me.

About last night (Mon, May 23, 2016), how would you feel if the tall skinny guy who denied taking your order over the phone at exactly 10:39pm, tells you you need to be there for him to take the order, so when you get there he takes your order in a rush and with attitude, telling you it’s because «the kitchen closes in 5 mins» then rushes to the back and tells the cooks «If I could rip his fucking heart out his chest I would… the customer…» Well that’s what happened when I overheard him say that loud and clear, and I walked around the To Go register and said to him «forget the order man, just forget it» he looked at me shocked like a deer caught in the headlights and said «really?» As I walked away and yelled «yes really, I heard you man thanks a lot.»
Why didn’t he just explain over the phone that the kitchen was about to close? If he would’ve taken my order over the phone like he’s supposed to, the food would’ve been done much sooner for the cooks to be able to clock out sooner. I’m going back there to confront him in front of the manager about this. We’re regulars there, my kids love the food and they were hurt that they stayed up late waiting for daddy to come home with no food, but instead a horrible customer service experience.

This place sucks! It wasn’t even busy when I got there & I’ve stood in front for awhile to get seated, didn’t get any help what so ever and all the workers were just walking pass me starring and didn’t even ask if I needed help. & when I finally got seated, I didn’t even get a menu!!! Ugh aren’t you suppose to get a menu when you first get seated? I should’ve just walked right out as I got seated. I’ve been here a couple of times giving them another try hoping they would be better but they still suck so I won’t be coming back to this location. & on top of that when my food came out my pasta noodles were hard and super chewy. I told the waiter and he told me that is how it’s suppose to be. Ugh no it’s not!!! I’ve been to other chilies and the noodles are never like that.

Not a big fan of Chili’s myself but my wife does like this chain. We’ve been to this particular location maybe 4 times. And the service and food quality seems to decline each time. I’m good with this place and sure I’m not coming back.

I’ve been coming to this chili’s since I moved here over 10 years ago and it’s definitely gone downhill. I’m aware this isn’t a 5 star restaurant but a good place to get relatively inexpensive food that tastes good. My server was frantic and overwhelmed which caused our service to be not that great, not the worst but not the best. My fajitas came out and they weren’t really hot and half my chicken wasn’t fully cooked but the carnitas were overcooked. And the plate with the condiments had obviously been sitting there for a while since the cheese was hard and the guacamole was turning a little brown. She comped my meal part of the 2 for $ 20. I would just drive out of my way to go to the Weston or miramar locations. Much cleaner and just all around better. This location absolutely lost my business for good.

It’s a Chili’s and that is about it. I have been a couple of times because I live across the street and needed something quick to eat and didn’t feel like venturing far from home.
They have the standard menu and the restaurant was clean every time I have been there. If you’re looking for something fast and safe eat here but I recommend getting out and checking out one of the many great restaurants in the area.

Fast and very friendly waitress. She often checked out our table to see if we need anything. Nice and professional staffs made us feel great to eat here. Fajitas and ice cream were so delicious. Shrimps and beef were the best flavor for this cuisine. Hot chocolate chips with ice cream was imaging combination. Thank you so much. This become one if my restaurants for the weekend. We will be back soon to try more food.

Great taste food with 2 for 20 deal! Too bad they couldn’t get order right the first time: buffalo chipotle, fries and bowl of corn. Came out plain with no buffalo sauce and a corn on the cob instead of bowl of kernels. The other meal was missing her side and came out 10 mins later when the meal was almost done.
The only meal that cane out perfect was mine :). Smothered chicken burrito. Delicious!
Service was pretty good. Kept her busy with take backs and drink refills. Has to ask for silverware after digging into our appetizer though :(
I had the root beer in the bottle. Didn’t really ask me if I was another, or perhaps some ice water. My drink was probably not a refill but still ask… no?
Had some side dishes leftover but they only had gigantic bid trays???

We haven’t been here in probably 8 months. Not because we had a bad experience or anything, just because it’s off the beaten path for us. But tonight we were in a bit of a time crunch. We only had 35 – 40 minutes for dinner before jumping on 75, so we chose Chili’s.
We got seated immediately and our waitress, Preveenia, was at the table within 1 minute asking for drink order. (Wow!). I ordered an appetizer and drinks right away while looking at the menu. She came back and we put in our food order quickly. She was great! Drink refills without asking. Extra napkins without asking. Just when I started to get nervous about the entrees, they came out of the kitchen.
She was on her game! How do I know? I ordered my sandwich withOUT bacon. Then, I ordered a cup of potato soup. She asked me «did you want the soup without bacon also?». Wow! Yes! I didn’t even get a chance to request no bacon and she already had the professional sense to ask! Kudos to Preveenia!
Potato soup on a cold night hit the spot. Turkey Club sandwich was good. Husband said the Bacon cheeseburger was good but too small. Chips and guacamole are always winners.
As I said, we were in a rush, so we paid at the table on the tablet, which was really, really cool. I wish other restaurants had this feature. She offered to bring us a printed receipt but we told her not to bother.
I hope to be back sooner than another 8 months.

It was not a good experience the waitress was not giving good customer service at all the food was pretty saturated in grease and the waitress would not let us upgrade to the premium drink specials for $ 35 because we had already ordered bottom shelf liquor alcohol and the 2 for 20 instead and told us that it was not possible when I know for a fact that was a lie I just didn’t feel like asking to speak to her manager and making a scene. No big deal but definitely not a good place to eat or make memories.

The frozen margaritas come from a machine… A machine… A machine… Margaritas should NEVER come from a machine. The young bartender was clueless. The food is Meh at best but I usually come for the fudge and ice cream dessert which is to die for. If you want real liquor, go to an actual bar. This place isn’t it.

Service today was not too good. Very dissatisfied with the service received by waiters and quality on the food.
I’ll start with the waiter, took to long to take our order. Once took our order kinda forgot our table existed. At one point I got up our table and interrupted another waiter since ours was not seen. We ordered drinks and the food got to the table before the drinks… yes lol.
I think they can do better, I will continue to come since my kids like this spot but please improve service and don’t forget your tables.

They do not have a hostess, they have servers running around like people with no head. I had to wait for someone to acknowledge me for about 5 minutes with a family of 4, then sat in a dirty table. About 4 – 5 waiters saw me and my family just looking and waiting for service they all ignored me until one female waiter asked me why are you sitting there? I told her I was sat here mind you this is after an additional 10 – 15 minutes of dazing and conversation… I decided go pick my family up and go to the next restaurant I do not recommend this restaurant at all!

Giving this place two stars because of their drinks they should just sell appetizers and drinks and become a bar. I literally sat there and looked at the menu like twenty minutes and just the thought of having my taste buds suffer was excruciating. My son decided he wanted chillys that’s what I get for having him decide what he wanted for dinner but it wasn’t even for the food it was for the tablet on their table.
So we come in sat down right away. Sticky table as always. I was with my toddler wasn’t even offered a high chair. I had to get it myself. I quickly ordered for the kids because the service here is usually slow while I decided what I wanted to eat. The kids of course got the usual pizza and fries for the older one and chicken and fries for the little one. The pizza and chicken of course taste like microwave food. Fries I can eat. But kids love their fast food.
Now it was my turn to order. Again they have a lot of new menu items but I just didn’t want to be disappointed. I ordered the new salmon with broccoli. It’s editable but just know it’s not the best salmon.
Service wasn’t as bad as usual but it wasn’t packed. Cheap editable meals.

Let me start with, I’ve been a server before. I understand if a restaurant is busy, I know disappointment with a one top or table full of kids. But I also realize I’m to provide a service and represent a brand. I was with a 6 top, my grandma loves their fajitas and wanted to come for her birthday. My grandparents are old, they have certain health conditions so they requested slight modifications to their food. Modifications they were willing to pay for if necessary nothing outrageous. Our server was already turned off by that, then separate bills must have thrown her overboard because she never came by again, the food took forever! Unfortunately the food was disappointing, my mom ate one bite and the server didn’t even ask why and took her full plate away. Then surprise, here is a great birthday cake for the birthday and they don’t mention you have to pay for it. I don’t mind paying, the dessert was the only thing appetizing but you should let people know and confirm who is paying for it because one person asked for it and they put it on another bill. And for kicks I had a free appetizer coupon they would t accept and the manager wouldn’t even talk to me. Thanks, Chili’s!

Passed by chills the other night because I had a gift card to use. Came in for a few beers (all day everyday 2 for 1)
Beers were ice cold! Ordered a smoke house burger. Service was good. Good was out in a reasonable time. The fires were perfect! The burger on the other hand was good full of flavor but over cooked and the bacon was under cooked. I ordered it medium rare and it came out medium well-​well. Other than that service and food was good.

Why would you come to this Chili’s when, if you’re in the mood for American chain restaurants, there are 3 much better ones in the immediate area. TGI Friday’s is next door, which has better seating, better music, and better food. Applebees up the street which has better food. Hooters across the street for better music and better food. And any of the local ale houses which are better in pretty much every aspect?
The service is slow, the tables are always sticky, the food is bad even compared to other Chili’s, and the place just sucks.
