I ordered a soda &sat outside doing work waitin for lunch. I went ordered 2 burgers &refill my coke; Id drank an 1/8th.No prob. I used the potty while watin food. I got back I tasted, it was completely watered down since the last wrkr topped it off. I poured it out & asked for a refill. The other mgr said no. «You no get refill». I told her I never left;was doingwork outside and I ordered food. She said you left and no refill. I told her I hadn’t left I was going office work outside. She said I should have sat inside. No refill. I told her I ordered food and I’ve never seen this happen at a McDonald’s before. She said oh well. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I was a manger at McDonald’s for 2 years and didn’t do this to customers. I told her I want my money back for the food since I’m unable to get a drink to go with it. She said fine and was a bitch. I told her I’m not tulip ping this place off. I paid just like everyone else. But because I choose outside seating instead of inside like all the others I couldn’t get a refill. I will never give a penny to this place ever again. That Latina girl with the braids and nose peircing needs more courses on customer service.

I stop at this Mc Donald’s nearly every Sunday morning for coffee.{excellent brew for the price). First appearances walking in looks clean and tidy. Problem begins with ordering. It seems to me that they’re completely understaff. The ordering is consistently SLOW and spotty. Last time there they forgot to make my order as I waited for 10 minutes. I finally asked about it, as everyone behind me already had their food orders. Counter mgr is not always friendly and can be short with other customers. She also needs to trim her nails(Gross). I try to patronize our local eateries, both fast and sit down, but this particular restaurant needs a serious tune-up. It seems after reading other posts I’m not the only one experiencing this type of service. Rest room needs overhauling too. Transients are constantly walking in and out using the facilities. Owner needs to have secret shoppers come for proper evaluation.

Very slow! No catchup on burgers. They keep receipts so you don’t fill out their survey or get a coupon. For free food.

I work nearby and the few times I have gone there I have been given terrible service. Today The manager looked at me standing there waiting patiently. She was in her cell phone and didn’t acknowledge me what-so-ever. She grabbed her associates arm and stroked it speaking to him, then walked away. Finally the kid behind the counter took my order. I could tell he was new so I was polite and patient. He took my order and was apologetic for the wait. When I got my food they completely messed up my order. I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal but with no cheese. I got one burger. I also ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget with honey mustard and they never gave me my sauce. The last time I went there they messed up my order by giving me two hamburgers with nothing on them. I am never going there again. I am a manager for a nearby store. I am beyond patient but after the terrible service I am done.

I’d really give this place no stars if I could. It took several minutes to even get someone to take our order and then they left the sauce off the snack wrap and left out the apple slices on the happy meal. They also spoke broken English and were quite difficult to communicate with.

I rarely eat at McDonald’s but occasionally I’ll get a craving for a Big Mac. They had the 2 for $ 5 deal going on so went through and got my food. 2 Big Macs 2 pies and 2 cookies. Got my food, nothing was missing, and it even tasted great. The problem? I ended up paying OVER $ 18 for it. They ran my card twice. I didn’t notice until the next day and when I came in and told the manager about it(calm, cool and collective) she asked if I just wanted them to re-make last night’s order. HA, NO! I came back for my money. I’m not going to cause a scene, but she made me show her my bano statement on my phone too. Geez lady, you should be offering me my refund PLUS a free shake or SOMETHING for having to go out of my way to come back and get my own money back for their mistake. That’s just poor business practice. The guy(non-manager) who charged me twice WAS friendly and super apologetic though, so nothing personal to him. McDonald’s has poor management with sub-par customer service skills.

Horrible service. I went through the drive through around midnight and she had no idea what she was doing. She barely spoke English and was yelling at me that there was no milkshakes. She had no idea what was on the menu and had a rude tone.

This place is horrible! There is a man here named Mark and he was very friendly at first, and then when we filed a complaint against him for his disgusting behavior he started being rude to us every time we came back and said we harassed him. He was very rude. she has an annoyed look on his face every time we come through and it makes me never want to come back. Not to mention he always shuts the window on us when we come through. I will not be returning! If I could get this place zero stars I would!

So I’m going to assume by looking at the reviews and they have only one and a half stars they’re not doing/going to do anything to fix their service at that restaurant! I seldom eat fast food and when I do, it would be nice if they could get sinple orders correct there! Once I went there and the French fries were ice cold. Luckily I was in the restaurant and took them back up to the counter, however; the lady was so rude like it was bother to exchange them(and not say ‘Sorry’). Another time(through the drive thru… so no going back after I noticed it!), I went there asked for XTRA(as the tag clearly said) onions on my cheeseburger and they put no onions on at all. Unless I see a huge sign hanging saying«Under New Management», that’s the last time I go there!

This is the most amazing fantabulous place eve the food is so delicious and scrumptious and it taste good but there are a lot of cancer causing chemicals in the food that may cause cancer and other diseases. Such as lime disease

wow… 1.5stars? This is probably one of the best mcdonalds that i’ve ever been to. my food is always hot when i get it. The fries always burn my fingers and the staff is really nice. I really like the manager here. she’s given me a few drinks and upgraded by fries whenever i have to wait long. Whenever i’m here, it’s always lunch time. If you guys think this McDonalds suck… try the one on McDowell!

Hashbrowns were horrible, only two bites… Ketchup pachets had a honey type residue. Breakfast sanfmdwich wasn’t the best, seemed overheated! How could you screw up a breakfast order? Very dissapointed because I was starved:;( Try the one on McDowell next time.

I am sooo sick of getting cold food from McDonalds. This Lakeville location is notorious. Today was no exception. Our french fries were ice cold, hard and chewy. Like they had sat for hours. And I’m not sure how you can screw up chicken nuggets but omg. They were old, cold and disgusting. I have never seen such horrible nuggets in my entire life. I just don’t think it is to much to expect to have your cheese melted on your fcod. That makes me think that it is HOT.

GROSSGROSSGROSS! we pulled up one night to get the $ 1 cones and sundaes. as we are waiting, we are pulled up next to the first window, where we watched an employee attempt to handle food. FIRST, he fiddled with the apple pies and then started licking his hand, and went back to handling the pies. YUM! THEN, he dropped one of the pies on the ground, picked it up, LICKEDIT, and put it back on the line. PASS, and a brown bag for vomit, please?

Cold fries, questionable cleanliness(and my minimum is Motel 6 so I’m not a germaphobe), and inattention to detail get this location a not so hot rating. Staff is nice enough, meets my minimum smile requirement for any establishment(the cheerleader in me will never die), but there is always somebody new being trained. Plus — they always have the cool toys. Minus — they might only have the girls toys left for your boy! Drive through accuracy rate is hovering around a 6. It’s taken months but I’ve finally weaned my 5 year old off McDonald’s chicken nuggest for the Organic Gluten Free kind at Whole Foods. So parents, it is possible. Yes, there will be tears involved, but they’ll dry up. I substitute bulk purchases of Hot Wheels on ebay to satisfy my kids gimme a prize for eating my dinner demands. 100 at a time for $ 60 makes for a pretty sweet rewards system.
