Yummy treat after work! I went to Chick-​fil-​a and ordered a Chick-​fil-​a sandwich with a chocolate milkshake w/​cherry and whipped cream. I didn’t order fries just to save the calories to drink the shake! The milkshake is wonderfully made and you can tell that it does not come from a milkshake machine! I can tell TLC goes into preparing my meal!

I don’t eat fast food often and when I do, I only go to Chick-​fil-​A due to the service and quality of food, specifically their salads. Went to this location a few times in the past but last time was during rush hour but the drive thru service was excellent. I don’t know if they always have people outside taking orders but it really makes the experience better. Their salads are great. Prices are more expensive compared to other fast food chains but the service and quality makes it easier to accept it. Only complaint would be the parking lot is difficult to drive through during busy times.

Just went to order a quick lunch. The order taker who came outside said we could not order from the speaker we had to order from him. When I pulled through to speak to the young manager wine black hair. He said. Oh ok. Sorry about that. He couldn’t be bothered. I’m done. I’d rather drive all the way to Austin than give my money to this location.
May 25^th. Another bad service in line. Mercedes, the young lady taking our order, decided to have a can’t be bothered attitude. It seemed like she don’t want to hand us a menu. She kept it tucked under her arm. And when I asked what the breakfast of the day was. She said a chicken biscuit. I said is that the spicy one. She said no the chicken one.
I’m always willing to give places more than one chance. But this is not the golden rule. If I treated her or some of the others they way they treated me… I wonder if Chick Fil A would respond then?
There should be a zero stars function.

If you don’t buy the calendar for the freebie card to use through the year– you need to mark your calendar at Christmas time and buy it for $ 7! Each month they give a free menu item to people with the card– free combo, milkshake, nugget etc etc! It’s a great deal because they give you far more than 7 $ can buy there!

This rating is based on my specific experience the 1 time I went to this restaurant. I have the feeling it was a one-​off, but still this was my experience:
The food was the same as any other franchise… but the service was significantly worse. I was the only one in line, yet had to wait several minutes to be served. When I went to order, I was told the ice cream machine was down (one of the only reasons I go to Chick fil A is for the shakes. After I ordered, the food took a very long time to come out. They were about ½ an hour from closing, so I think they had cleaned the floor… which meant I was slipping and sliding everywhere I walked. The servers were friendly, but slow and not engaged. There was also a car blasting loud base outside, presumably in the drive through – this is obviously not their fault, but led to my sub par experience.
For convenience and food, I’d go back. For service, etc… I’d pick a different one on my drive from Waco to Austin.

This chickfila is always busy, yet they do not let it impact their customer service or quality of food. The workers are polite and very it attentive. The location is always spotless. They also are very involved with the high school and other local schools holding fundraisers. All of the high school kids come here for lunch because it’s one of the only fast food places that can handle the crowd and get them back to school in 30 minutes. I’m beyond impressed with this location.

Sheryl, the manager there is AMAZING! She totally went out of her way to correct a mistake that happened in the drive-​thru. This was the first time my order was messed up and she went out of her way (during the crazy lunch hour) to make it right. Mistakes happen, but it’s what you do to correct those mistakes that makes a true impact. Thanks, Sheryl for making it right!

Awesome, awesome, awesome! Courteous staff, fantastic and fast service, owners are some of the greatest people on earth! GO EAT THEIR CHICKEN!

Been here a bunch and this was my first «not good» review. We were given a bunch on coupons for free 8pc nuggets. They were expired. We were told that they would still be honored. Not so today. That was issue number one. Number two is that I handed the girl my credit card and my food and drink were handed to me. Then her and the manager looked at me like I was stupid. I said I was waiting for my card back. She said she gave it back to me. I said nope. She looked around then said she must have put it into my bag. Well, there it was. Not the customer service I expect from people that are all about service. In a time of identity theft and fraud you would think the standard would be to make sure the customers credit card is handed directly to them. Maybe they are having an off day. I will say the food was still good as usual. Hopefully they will address their customer service issues.

Love this location, it is very convenient and everyone is really nice. The lines can get long but they have multiple people outside making the lines go by fast.

Love these people… this place has always consistently been on point with high quality food and excellent customer service. From community fund raisers to tea parties this place is like an extension of our home. Love the workers and managers! Great job!!!

I worked at Chickfila back home in high school and it taught me a lot about life. Surprising right? Well today at this location I was in the always extremely long line waiting for my chicken and when I rolled up to the window the owner was there handing me my food. He had sweat on his forehead and he was WORKING. I am thoroughly impressed by not only this event but every visit at this Chickfila. The manager who went to Baylor is always a joy and the blonde lady is always helpful. I love this location and the team that works there!

This is my go-​to place for chick-​fil-​a! The service is fast and speedy, and employees are always so nice and ready to go. It does get full often, but that doesn’t make it slow down. Very efficient.

After years of dining here, this review is past overdue! Aside from that, the food is fantastic! Every employee I’ve spoken with has been so nice. Though it’s always busy here, and I mean packed, somehow I manage to find a table!

Great new location. Never had an issue with any kind of wrong order or attitude (pretty normal for chick fil a). Great food, clean store, great seating, good play area for the littles.

Love Love Love Chick-​Fil-​A. Really friendly atmosphere. The food is always hot. The people are always super nice and sociable. Always having a spirit night for a school great player in the community. Super clean restaurant. One of my favorite places to eat in Stone Hill.

It’s not politics, it is a chicken sandwich. A pretty darn good chicken sandwich.
Every Chick-​Fil-​A I have ever been to seems well managed, the employees are tidy and polite, and the food is hot and fresh. I almost always upgrade my french fries to a side salad. They are a substantial size for a side salad, and you can tell the ingredients are fresh and not shipped in a plastic bag from some giant fast food warehouse. They manage the amazingly long lines very well, and I will keep going here.

Groovy lil side note” you can trade your «kids meal toy» for a delicious Sunday or cone! When you come here as often as we do, one can only have use for so many of the same Dolphin/​Giraffe/​Penguin books, or bingo boards! But ice cream, and theirs at that. TRADE! JS…

Consistency. I love it, I crave it. And that’s what is the best thing about this CFA: everything is fantastic, every single time. Food, service, wait, seating, drive through, cleanliness. It’s all excellent. Every time! It’s not often that you can say that about a fast food joint, but you can with this one. They are definitely doing it right!
My partner and I come here at least once a week (usually 2 – 3 times…), because we love their spicy chicken. And fries. And tea. The food is always hot and fresh, no matter what day or time that we come looking for our CFA fix. Each time we come here, I think «this is good.» And I always leave satisfied!
Their «kids nights» on Tuesdays have become very popular, which I think is great. Even with the abnormal amount of children running around those nights, it doesn’t feel overwhelming or out of control.
My only wish is that they’d be open later at night (and let’s be honest, Sundays too — but that won’t happen), so that when we get the midnight munchies, we’d have something better to please our palette other than Whataburger!
