I like their regular chili coney as opposed to their foot long chili coney. That long wiener does not taste the same as the normal sized weiner. I don’t know what it is made from but I prefer to order two regular chili coneys. How my chili coneys are made depends upon who is at work. I like mayo ONTHEBUN. Not sprinkled on top of my chili coney. I did not think I needed to be that specific in my ordering. When I saw it I was very pissed off. Never the less, I ate them. Their taste were good but my mind was in a bad place, so I could not really enjoy them like I wanted to.

This place sucks. First off y’all are slow. Y’all will have no customers and it will take 20 mins just for my food to come out. By the time it gets to me it is cold. Second off I always get something like a nerd slush, I ask for extra nerds and I never get them! Your charging me 40 cents for nothing. Y’all are so stingey!

Ordered a coney at this sonic; and it took twenty minutes to arrive! I will not be coming back to this sonic again and I wouldn’t mind making the extra trip to the next sonic to avoid this one. I asked a car hop walking by to speak to a manager, this is after I had already pushed the button to ask where my food was. When the«manager» did come to my car she had my food in hand. I did receive a refund; but that is not enough to keep my business.

Close to work and pretty reasonable priced eats. The variety is what I really like. Sonic has burgers, hotdogs, chicken sandwiches/strips, tater tots, onion rings, a good selection of desserts. Breakfast looks pretty good too but never tried it. My server was nice and there is a person who walks around checking on customers needs. Only wish they would have a place to eat indoors.

OMG, I ordered a super sonic bacon cheeseburger combo which came with fries the guy who took our order couldn’t understand a word I was saying. We had to repeat it multiple times before he understood. The girl brought our order out and it didn’t even come with fries and it was not a super sonic bacon cheeseburger. She apologized and went back inside, gave us fries and said our order would be right out. So she brought it out and it was a jalapeño cheeseburger and it was someone else’s order. So I went up and asked for a manager, she came out and was very apologetic, which I appreciate. She said she will go make it herself and bring it out to me. She did not bring it out some other girl did and it was just a lot plain cheeseburger and the meat was broken up and the cheese wasn’t even melted. I decided to go ahead and eat it and call a manger later. So I did and she said she was going to refund my money. Seriously, what is wrong with these people?! Are they stupid or something? And this is why they don’t get a pay increase because they can’t ever get your order right!!! If they would get your order right every now and then maybe they would be worth more than $ 7.25 an hour! Needless to say, I will NEVER come back to this place again!

I just pulled us to this sonic to get a quick snack. This was my first time visiting this location. I always in to go to the one on Parmer and Dessau. When I ordered my cheeseburger with barbecue sauce, I was rudely asked, «What do you WAN’T on IT!?» I was shocked at how rude she was. What part of barbecue sauce didn’t she understand? After taking ten minutes to get my cheeseburger, it was ice COLD!!! The bread was cold and not toasted, there was no barbecue sauce on it, and the cheese wasn’t melted —yuck! I will never come to this sonic ever again!

They say you always get screwed by the drive thru, but you would think if your whole restaurant is pretty much a drive thru you would be sure orders are correct. I stopped by this location to grab a quick burger for lunch and ordered a burger(no cheese) with only mayo, ketchup, onion and lettuce; tots and a cherry slush. Tots good. Cherry slush good. Hamburger, a big fail! It was all kinds of wrong. First, there was cheese on it; next, no lettuce or ketchup; and lastly a whole lot of onions. It tasted like there was half an onion on it and each bite was over powered by the onion, yuck! So this place gets two stars for this dismal performance.

While I tend to think that Sonic is overpriced for what you get most of the time I will say at this location– which happens to be less than 2 blocks from my home, is pretty consistent. Good food, usually pretty good service and their drinks are mixed well which is a pet-peeve of several Sonic locations in the Austin area when they are super syrupy. Seriously though a Unilocal review isn’t going to make you go or not go to Sonic just thought I’d give my opinion since many on here aren’t great.

It’s crap but it’s close to work. Tatertots… is that one word? I had a break, thanks no show client and well sonic like most fast food gives me the illusion of eating something called food. Hey it’ll cancel out all that organic local produce I eat. I’m unsure why sonic does the keep the old school drive in as opposed to drive through but it works ok. My tastes are simple. All I ever get is a standard burger fry coke combo… I particularly like the tots and their ketchup holding potential. It’s crap, I prefer whataburger but proximity wins. Location location location.

Well well, I don’t think I have ever Unilocaled while in such a bad mood. THANKSTOSONIC I’M CURRENTLYQUITETICKED! Okay, so this may seem like a lame reason to get upset… but hear me out. I am BIGBIG on customer service and communication. I probably hit sonic about once a month for a cherry limeade, I don’t usually eat there unless my kids want something. So on with my story… tonight my friend Chau, her kiddos and I decided to hit Sonic for some burgers. It was half price night… sweet right?! The sign only says«½ priced burgers from 6-close» nothing more. So we attempt to order a couple of double cheeseburgers(like fat kids) and the guy on the speaker says«you know only SINGLE patty burgers are on special right?» so we then change our order. No biggie, it’s all good. So we then order SINGLE patty burgers for the whole fam and when told the total we were stumped. It def wasn’t half off. Then the car hop comes out and I ask to see the receipt to see why it was so high. She then explains that the CHEESE on the CHEESEBURGERS were extra. Cheese on a cheeseburger… EXTRA? But it COMES with cheese. Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t about money here, it was about really bad communication… or something?! The guy on the speaker tells us «single» and never mentions that cheeseburgers are not part of that. Then the car hop came and didn’t really seem to give a crap that we were confused and a little ticked. So this is how it goes… you order a cheeseburger; you get half off and then they add a fee for each piece of cheese on your CHEESEBURGER. I think its a little messed up. I hope this doesn’t come off as my griping over nothing, but we were misled and it was totally avoidable. Maybe I’m just easily irritated. UGH! Sonic… you get NO stars from me really. I don’t like you anymore!
