Waited in line at drive through ten minutes called the store to see if everything was ok then got to speaker and was told stand by five more minutes left
Suck suck suck Arghhhhh
Was really craving it because they don’t have them where I live.
Incompetence will kill this prime location

I ordered online my order was incorrect. I even asked at the window if my special instructions we’re done and they said yes. Called the manager. No call back for 3 days. When they finally called, all they said was sorry. $ 30 down the drain because they screwed up my order. Booooo on the customer service

Stopped here while driving to NY. Had a chicken slider with jalapeño cheese which was super yummy and the veggie slider with ranch wasn’t bad either. Very good to taste and fresh. The guy at the counter was friendly and happy to suggest. Quick service and easy on the wallet. The toilet was very neat and clean.

Great White Castle! The staff here were super friendly, and my buddy and I ordered $ 20 of food which equaled a zillion burgers. Amazing! You can’t really beat their deals, and it is White Castle! The original sliders are bomb, so we’re the fish and veggie sliders. Tater tots were good, fries were good, I would go to White Castle everyday if I could. If you’re in route to Sands Casino from NY or New England, do yourself a favor and chow down!

We came here at 1 o’clock in the morning and we got… AMAZING! We had to wait for a little due to the fact they were busy but made food fresh they were friendly… Five paws !

Let me start with the positive. The food was good, well it was exactly what I wanted, greasy White Castle ;-). It was also hot, always a plus. This is actually why I’m giving them two stars. From here it went down hill very quickly.
Again, this is White Castle so it went in with my eyes wide open. The place was dirty and not cleaned at all. Food and napkins all over the place and multiple ketchup spills well dried on tables a chairs. Then there were the fruit flies at the condiment area — yuck!
It’s not like they were busy, because they were not. If it was that dirty where customers visit I shudder to think what it looks like behind the counter.
The memory of the bugs will haunt me enough that I doubt I will return in the future. Maybe in a couple years I’ll walk in to check it out but most likely I’ll never return.

Where do I begin, first they got my order wrong, ordered the onion chips and I got it with cheese sauce and jalapeño s on them which I do not like, burgers were all mush and tasted like frozen meatloaf, they only thing that was ok were the cheese sticks, but I didn’t get the sauce that comes with it, I asked for zesty sauce and it only took them 5 mins to find it in front on a shelf right in front of them, and I really don’t understand how they had 6 ppl working and it took ten mins to get my food and I was the only person in line or even at the counter, I do not recommend this place at all, isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience but it will be my last, never going back

Truly a 1 star experience. I usually write good reviews but this was repulsive. We got burgers and fries along with a «chicken ring» sand which. The chicken tasted like it was still living. The buns were soggy (not kidding) the service was fine. But the food was absolutely repulsive — will never return. The only good thing was the soda.

In comparison to other white castles, this one is pretty good. Employees are nice and the food came out fast. I live the burgers but they are not made of meat! Go online and read about it. The greatest thing about here is the fact you can basically order one of each item on the menu an have a variety of food for under 15 bucks! This place has an iconic aura about it. Dont put your expectation too high and you wont be disappointed… Oh yeah, i almost forgot– after you eat here you may want to know where the nearest restroom is lol!

Cheeseburgers were decent, but the crinkle cut fries were pretty delicious. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you’re looking for a really excellent burger, but most people know that going in.
The staff was very friendly and I received my food pretty quickly. The service there was really good.

My husband has been raving about White Castle, he often stops to get it on his way up to New York. We were in NJ, saw a sign for White Castle on the highway and decided to get some burgers.
I will be honest — I really thought about going with one star. Heck, if you could do NO stars that would be my vote. But my husband felt that two stars was the way to go because White Castle as a whole is good but this location was so very bad.
First of all there were SEVEN people behind the counter and the place was filthy. Literally every table was dirty. Only two stalls in the ladies room and one was out of toilet paper and the sink was clogged with toilet paper (perhaps these two problems are connected?) The station with the soda and napkins was disgusting, lots of ice in the tray and the one diet soda was broken.
When we came in there were a lot of people in the dining area and waiting in line but even as things slowed down no effort was made to clean anything. When we left there was not a single person in the drive thru and we were the only people in the dining area yet the 7 workers were just hanging out behind the counter.
As for the food? Meh. My buns were soggy and the burgers were okay but nothing anything special.
My advice? Stay away! We certainly wouldn’t go back.

Over price not so good burger and fries. Micky D’s better and cheaper, not that I eat that either.

I am glad I went to try this for once in my life but I probably wouldn’t go again.
I get that the burgers are very «budget friendly» — having said that, you do get what you pay for — not much. The beef was as skinny as a slice of lunch meat in the sliders. Fries and onion rings were not fresh. The burgers were all pre made and just sitting on the grill waiting to be set on someone’s tray.
My BF actually pointed out that when he pulled the onion ring apart, there was actually no real onion inside. Eek. Trying not to think about that too much.
I do like that they had strawberry Fanta as a drink option however the syrup was out when I went to pour it — womp womp.
Fun to try once, won’t be rushing back.

Good experience, but I don’t see the hype about it. Meals are from 5 – 7 with single sliders around 70 – 80 cents. I really liked the chicken sandwiches there and the fries.

It’s a phenomenon that I will never get… but every now and then I’ll get drawn in to buy a meal. So I stop in this fine establishment against my better judgement one day for lunch. As much as I tried to keep it simple, even ordering was a chore with the young lady at the register. I tell her what I don’t want on a burger, and she repeats it back to me wrong. Then gets annoyed as if I was asking for a burger cooked slightly medium, but not too rare… All I wanted was one of the usual toppings to not be put on the burger. Well, not only was the order wrong, the fries that I got looked like they were either put in a microwave to cook, or just set in a window to thaw out. Just an awful effort from start to finish… I guess it’ll be another several years before my curiosity brings me into another one of these places to see if they’ve improved…

White Castle — still, after all these years, not the biggest fan. I know some people that love this place but it’s just not for me. For me, it’s a last resort type of a place. That’s exactly what happened. We were taking Route 22 home from PA and needed some quick grub. One of the only options late at night is White Castle — it’s open 24 hours.
We pulled up to the drive thru and the burgers here are still incredibly cheap. I had a couple of their sliders as did some others I was with. They’re OK — I am a fan of how they cook them with onions but they’re really nothing spectacular. If I was back up in the area again needing some food and nothing else was open, I’d give this place a shot. I can’t imagine I’d come here when other establishments are open.

Meh. It wasn’t terrible but the food was just very bland. I had the chicken sliders. Wasn’t impressed. First time trying White Castle. If I was drunk or on drugs this would probably be fantastic. I was sober. So it was meh.

Okay I don’t eat fast food very often but when I do this is it and sometimes worth the guilt! I like the original burger no cheese… these were made fresh and wonderful but my fries were not (cold) and there fries are worth skipping anyway! Why can they not have unsweet tea as well as SWEET tea… I mean this is the North. I like to mix mine!!! While I’m thinking about it try making semi sweet tea somebody!!!
