This is the worst subway I’ve been to. The workers must be the owners or kids of the owners. They try and make the skimpiest sandwiches. If you don’t speak up, they won’t even cover the sandwich. I’ve come here many times(very close to my house) and every time I have to keep telling them to at least cover the sandwich. There’s another subway on Fitzgerald that is much better. Well, pretty much any other subway is much better. I really don’t understand them being so stingy with the veggies since they’ll have to throw out the old stuff. If you go here, just keep telling them to add more. You’ll probably have to keep telling them thought the whole process as I always do. I guess they think people want just bread on the ends and a little sandwich in the center. This place sucks.

Great Subway, employees are very attentive and take pride in working here. They were great made suggestions to add to my sandwich and it great. I always get my subway tuna with The creamy Siracha instead of mayo now. Great call :-) I had to write this review as the second time I came in with my kids and the person behind the register gave each of them a free cookie. Excellent touch to add and will make me a repeat customers for years to come.

Quick and healthy dinner when I am too lazy to cook. Its convenient location makes me stop by on the the way home from work. Usually there is no one in line when I drop in after work. I like to get the $ 5 foot long and I get it toasted. Service is fast and friendly. There’s tons of parking since it’s in a strip mall and close to the 99cent store.

Horrible customer service from the lady that made my sandwich. Was trying to order a 6 inch chicken and 6 inch ham sandwich but the lady said I could only get 1 foot long of either ham or chicken. Not both. She was just lazy to make it. I would give this place negative 5 stars if I could. Worst customer service ever! I rather drive farther away to another subway than go to this one which is closer.

I never knew this subway existed in this area. I came in Monday evening and there was only one guy working the whole entire place. Quite a few customers came in simultaneously so there really wasn’t a greeting as I waited. But his speed and efficiency made up for it. He’s the first Subway employee who knows how to multitask without forgetting about cleanliness! He was basically helping 2 – 3 people at a time — while one bread was toasting, he’d start the next one then he’d wrap the sandwiches up and ring them up! I was happy to see he even took time to remove used gloves and put on new ones. I noticed other reviewers mentioned that the cleanliness of this establishment is questionable but when I went here, it was very clean — I didn’t see any bugs. When the rush period ended, the guy came out and cleaned up the tables and swept the floors.

I came here some time ago and boy this place is so bad! their was a bug on the spinach all the lady said was, «oh yeah, do you want another sandwich.» why would i do that. clearly they don’t handle their food properly. She was really rude! when i told her i just wanted my money back. I love subway but this location did not do it for me.

I love that Subway has breakfast sandwiches– especially the $ 3 breakfast sandwich and coffee combo. It doesn’t help me, though, when the coffee is not ready in the morning! Subway opens at 7 am. I get there around 7:15 on my way to work and the coffee is not ready! How are you going to serve a breakfast combo with coffee if your coffee is not ready? The lady behind the counter said it would be 5 – 7 minutes because she didn’t even start making it yet! Boo. It was unprofessional. I wouldn’t have minded so much if the customer service was a bit nicer and friendlier, but it wasn’t. It was an unpleasant experience to start off my morning. :(
