This used to be my «go-to» for a quick meal on my way into work, or at lunchtime. The last time I was here, on 12/18/2015, I got s smooshed Supreme Croissant that was cold. If Jack in the Box doesn’t «make it until you order it,» how can it be cold? The time before this, my husband walked inside to get lunch, and even though there were at least 4 employees behind the counter, and not another single soul in the dining area, we were not waited on for several minutes. We left without ordering! This has been a hit and miss place to have a quick meal, for the past year and a half now, and I would not recommend wasting precious time to show your patronage to this place.

Alright… things are slowly starting to look better. During the last couple of stops here, my food orders have been a little bit more consistent and the responsiveness has improved. Perhaps there is hope after all!

9:06 pm and they ran out of Muncie meals… I took the time to come out and pick up a late night bite for myself and my wife. O, they ran out… the manager Cory said we ran out and we can not honer what we advertise basically… I asked sense you don’t have it available would you offer 2 tacos, fries and a hamburger? Not even a drink. O! No we can’t do that. I made the effort to go to this restaurant and of course was disappointed. This is not only a sad place of business but I even think Jack would be disappointed with this franchise! I left and went to Carl’s Junior ordered two burgers very quickly and I was home having a quick meal with my bride. Wow I will never go to a Jack in the Box again. They fall so short then any other restaurant out there. Sorry Jack your restaurant was a disappointment!!!

Tried again because me and my coworker like the food here but unfortunately same issue. Today we waited exactly 30 minutes for our order to arrive. It is very apparent and obvious they handle take out and drive through customers with priority while leaving dine in customers to wait… Today it was 30 minutes. There is deff a problem expediting orders lately here and if your in a hurry I feel for you. One star for at least good food and friendly staff.

I came here on December 28 and there was a sign on the door that said grossly understaffed sorry management so we went through the drive thru and I paid $ 25 for my 3 kids and my wife and myself to eat all of the food was cold the fries were soggy with grease and cold my chicken sandwich was crispy crunchy hard and didn’t receive any napkins or straws in my order there wasn’t a lot of people here but when I approached the front door to get some straws I noticed there were employees just sitting around talking on their cell phones and not working I will not be back to this jack in the box ever again

Went there with my fiancé last night just to have a quick bite before stopping at Wal-Mart BIGMISTAKE their always slow and unfriendly manager was really rude they were out of dr pepper there always out of something. So someone isn’t ordering things correctly. Shortly after I got home I started feeling sick and now today I’m at work with an upset stomach. Thanks a lot I will never eat there again.

Absolutely horrible quality food. This place has gone down hill so significantly… It’s just sad. I can’t believe I would give this place as many tries as I have. But today was the last straw… I ordered a sourdough jack… It came burnt and not on sourdough. They admitted it wasn’t sourdough and offered another one. I said no thanks. I ordered onion rings but they said they don’t serve onion rings anymore. I said when did that happen. The man said, it’s been recent. Bf ordered jalepeno poppers… Guess what was also in the fried food… Burnt as shit onion rings along with his jalepeno poppers.

I was up in the Placerville area on March 21, 2013 for a business meeting. My co-workers and I went to this Jack in the Box for a late breakfast. As we were walking in there were 2 of their employees standing by the door reading a piece of paper and laughing. Kathy was the name I saw on one of their badges was cussing and smoking blowing the smoke in our direction as we walked up to the door causing us to have to walk in to the smoke then she pulled her arm back with the cigarette and almost hit one of my co-workers. As we walked up to the counter I had mentioned to who I think was a manager because she was wearing a different color shirt she was preparing a order for the drive thru. She acted as if she didn’t care cause she didn’t even turn around to talk to me she just smiled said thank you and walked over to the drive thru. We decided to take our food back to our hotel as their were no clean tables to sit at. When we started to eat our food it was cold as if it were sitting there all day which explained the quick service. We will never go there again. I would of given no stars but I was forced to give one

Slow and Understaffed. That sums it up. I ahve gone in twice now, the first time, we waited over 20 minutes for out breakfast. It seamed to us, that they were more worried abot the drivethrough than walkup customers. Tried agin this past Saturday, 8:30AM, I dropped my wife off and went across to Safeway to fill up on gas for a trip. I filled the gas tank, washed windows, and headed back to Jacks. Went inside and my wife had not even ordered yet. This was 10 – 15 miuntes after I dropped her off!!! She said there were only 2 people working, a cook and a cashier. We left and drove down to El Dorado Hills Jacks and drove right up to the drive through window. Our order was made quick and we were on our way in less than 5 minutes

This is still our regular stopping point on our way to Tahoe because it’s right next to a Chevron and you can get your food fast and be on your way. The employees are always friendly, but almost every time we go there, there’s an employee smoking right outside. Gross!!! She doesn’t even move away from the door and the smell of smoke permeates through the entry way. That has to be violating health codes.

Have you ever wanted to play redneck bingo? This place is your best bet for getting a straight-up blackout. I really can’t recommend this place for any other reason. Stupid jingles trick you into trying disgusting(albeit cheap) foods.

What can you say? It’s another example of corporate tastebud terrorism. I might go through there from time to time if I need a gut filler — their dollar menu makes it a cheap feed. But — the drive thru is excruciatingly slow, the help is so dim-witted that you wish they’d hire the handicapped(it would be a step up), and I think they only clean the dining area whenever they set the clocks back. Am I being overly harsh? Maybe — back in my youth I was a manager for Jack. I know what is involved in running one. This one is mismanaged.
