I hope the staff is paid well. The food is over priced for what it is, so somebody’s getting paid. Glorified sports bar. Pretty boring when there is not much sports on. Not impressed.

I agree with the previous review that the bathrooms are always dirty and gross. Our visit tonight was UNBELIEVABLE! The guest experience guy with red glasses comes to our table and insults me by talking bad about the organization I work for. Then I order a new item on the menu Joe’s Nachos and the waitress couldn’t tell me what the mystery meat was on the dish and she was the waitress trainer. Very disappointing for true sports fans. This place just keeps going downhill. My advice– go To Wings, etc.

If you’re in search of a flavor explosion, this will be your jam. I went with a small order of boneless wings split half teriyaki and half honey BBQ. First, I love that this is an option. Small = 10 boneless wings. Gave me a chance to try an additional sauce. I split some onion rings and let me tell ya, the dipping sauce is better than ketchup(and I’m a big ketchup fan). Service was good and the 30+ TVs provided entertainment when things got quiet at the table. Ample parking and nearby retail options make this a hot spot even on weeknights(so don’t be surprised if there’s a wait if you go during peak times). Glad I finally got to use my Christmas gift cards!

We always come here and the turnover of employees is astounding. They never have the same staff. The food is what you’d expect from a chain wings joint. The redid their blazin sauce and man it’s hot now it should shut up the ppl that are always sayin that’s not hot at all. Great sorts environment and your welcome to bring your kids because they have free gaming systems that they bring to the table while u watch the game. Awesome selection of beer as well

While there isn’t really much to differentiate one Buffalo Wild Wings from the next, there are some that seem slightly better and some that seem slightly worse. The Plainfield store has a bit of both worlds and overall lands pretty much dead center. The interior looks just like any other store. They have a large bar area with high top tables where we prefer to sit. Always ample seating, never any reason to wait. They have tons of TVs, so no matter where you sit or which direction you are facing, there’s always something to watch. Service is decent, but can be incredibly slow sometimes. I’ve had it take up to 35 minutes to get a medium order of boneless wings. Doesn’t take that long to fry up some chicken and toss it in sauce. But, on the bright side, they were fresh, so I know they weren’t sitting back there that whole time. The food is always about average. I do love their sauces, which no other wing place has duplicated to date that I have found. Their lunch specials are a wonderful value, but I’m sure that’s chain-wide. What really grossed me out this last visit was the bathroom. It was filthy. I think next time, I’ll go before I come over here.

It’s Buffalo Wild Wings — always consistent. The lunch offerings are pretty cool. Pick two is easy. The boneless wings are what I go for. There are times when there just isn’t enough sauce but what are you going to do? Service is quick and for the most part everyone if friendly. I go to BDubs for one reason, it’s the same experience and I like that.

I have been at this BW3s several times and my experiences have varied. Recently though, I went here with two of my daughters to grab a late lunch. It was on a Sunday and the Colts were playing the Jags(this plays into my experience later). We stood at the hostess station behind two other groups of people. They were both quickly seated, while we were left there for approximately 10 minutes before anyone showed back up to seat us. It is also important to note that they were not busy, and they had several tables that needed to be cleared off. The hostess seated us just as the overtime period was begining between the Colts and Jags. I told my daughters to order me a soft-drink when the waitress came before excusing myself to the restroom. The restroom floor was covered in urine and it was obvious that it had been tracked through by several customers. Normally I would inform the waiter or watiress of something like this, but that became problematic too. When I returned to the table, I was surprised to find out that our waitress had not come to the table yet. As I sat down, I noticed that the Jags had just punted to the Colts in the overtime period. As time passed, I watched four different waitresses walk past our table making eye contact with all of them on several different occaisions. Over the course of time we waited for any member of the wait staff to show up and ask us what we wanted to drink, the Colts went three and out, the Jags went down the field and missed a field goal and the Colts marched down the field and kicked a field goal to win the game. That was literally more than 15 minutes not including the time I was in the restroom with no member of the wait staff willing to come to our table. I would have said something to the last waitress I noticed looking in my direction, but I didnt want to disturb the good time she was having sitting with the patrons at the table behind ours. I will never go to this Buffalo Wild WIngs again. Oh, and after we walked out, we went to «Wings etc…» where the service and the menu turned out to be far superior to Buffalo WIld WIngs.

Pros — restaurant cleanliness, server was friendly. Cons — slow lunch service — Over 1 hour for 4 people, they had our poor server working the entire bar area during peak lunch hours.

I think I went deaf due to music and treble at this restaurant. 77 dBm. Asked to turn down and it fell on deaf ears.

Buffalo Wild Wings has been a regular stop for my husbands family for the last several years. As we have all moved around and are on all four sides of Indy now, we alternate which one we go to. Unfortunately this is not our favorite location. We all prefer the bar area and while this location is wonderful looking, there is just no interaction with the servers. The portions compared to other locations are much smaller and different. During our last visit, we constantly had to wait for drink refills or to even express a concern with some food not at a good temp. While on the West Side, we will be at another location not far away where the service is constantly on the mark.

Let me start off by saying bundle up if you have to sit in the«coaches den» during the winter. It is freezing in there. Poor service, way too long to get our food. When we got our food, my son’s flatbread was burnt. We were sitting in the same room as a large party, and the waitress pretty much ignored us unless we stopped her. I always give a place a second chance, but it’s not looking good.

A BDubs, is a BDubs. However, I really liked the staff at this location. We came here to watch some football games, and the whole staff was very accomodating. We wanted the Bears game on, and they made sure to put it on the big screen and to update us on when it would be coming on. They also made us «special» drinks(a long island with blue curacao instead of another liquor). Food came out quickly, drinks were always filled, no complaints at all. Other BWWs are not this good, which is why this one gets 5 stars! Service makes all the difference.

Decent for BW’s. I had a good salad but there was too much dressing and I have to send it back however they did not charge me for it! I was there with my fiancé’s work buddies and we enjoyed.

I am out for some comfort food tonight after a long day. I’m starting off with Pretzels and will have boneless wings for dinner. Several off the TVs have baseball showing which makes me think of Spring on this Cold Dsy!

This is the best BW’s on the West side! It always has a good crowd which makes it a great place to watch sports. I often stop in for lunch here as well. They can handle a crowd here. Even when busy my food still comes out in a timely manner. It’s always clean and the staff is very friendly which are two things you can’t say about the other Plainfield Bars.

It’s a BWW. And not a particularly good one either. The food is pretty standard BWW fare, but the service is pretty awful. The servers are more intent on hearing the latest gossip than waiting tables.

Stopped here because we wanted to watch the football game. Standard BWW nothing special. We were sitting in the bar but it was no cutting it. we had a few drinks and asked the waitress where is a good place to hang out. She named a few places and off we went. Decent drinks good referral.

This location is comparable to every other BWWs I’ve been. Nothing stands out as special — this location has a large room in the front area for family/under 21, and it typically has some annoying kids. The bar is in the back and laid out such that you cannot see all of the big screens with ease. I live in Colts country and expect to have to listen to the Colts game, and as this BWWs is laid out there is no other option. I’m one of those people that will hog a bigger table for two people, but that is because they don’t have small tables with clear line of sight to the TVs. We come here occasionally to watch the Bears(since it’s usually blacked out locally due to the Colts). Typically we can get a TV to play the game, but no sound. Other BWWs have sections that will play sound in different key games, but not this one. Service is always great when we’ve gone. Really great about refills. The only wait we typically have is to get our bill. Food is typical BWWs, you get average fair for what I generally feel is too $$$. Overall, this isn’t my favorite BWWs, but it’s not bad.

The food was decent, but every time I go there the service is beyond lackluster. We sat at our table for almost 20 minutes before our server came by our table. And here’s the kicker… it wasn’t busy! The food was good, but not great. And the service really soured the experience.

Their chicken wraps are very good. Not a fan of their wings as they just don’t seem to have enough meat on them.
