This isn’t the closest location to me but I do come here a lot because they have a drive thru. That’s a big plus for me as far as convenience. Last time I was in the drive thru, Plano police was behind me getting their dinner via drive thru lol. They are pretty generous with portion, depending on which employee you get. If you don’t think a 2 entrée plate from Panda Express is enough food. You’re crazy! I love Panda Express food, it’s so delicious. My favorite is the spicy Kung pao chicken and I always make sure to add chilli sauce on top!

It’s delicious, hot and fresh and served up by a very friendly staff. Anyone who has given this place bad marks should give it another chance. This food snob was quite impressed.

Good food. Friendly service. Sometimes have to wait for them to cook more of what I want but that just means it is fresh! S

Every time I go to this location there are several entrées that are not available. So they have to cook them which takes a while. A lot of their entrées don’t look fresh. I went at 7:30 so it’s not like they were about to close. For such a busy location, you would think they would keep their entrees fresh and available instead of making customers having to ask them to cook them. Also they wouldn’t allow me to get a small side they said the smallest they had is a medium. I asked for soy sauce and they only gave me one, and didn’t want to give me much more.

This used to be a favorite place but lately they have been unable to complete an order in a timely manner. Last time I overlooked the long wait. Also they were short of honey shrimp and tried to pass off the short order. When confronted they apologized and cooked a proper order. Lately I’ve been given a lot of apologies but nothing more.

Never really been a fan of panda express but this one made me stop going. Personally I think, and my family thinks as well that panda express sucks. I ordered a kung pao chicken and they barely added any chicken, more veggies. The rice tasted like Mexican rice, not even authentic fried rice, and the bill was ridiculous for the quantity they gave. I ordered a small size and one egg roll it shot up to $ 8.00. Ive never been eating at panda express, since then. Pei wei is a much better fast Chinese option;slightly more expensive, but they give more quantity and food is better quality.

I visit alot of Panda Express restaurants in the DFW area and this location is one of my lunch stops. Sometimes it’s busy, sometimes it’s not but I can always count on having to wait for them to cook up mushroom chicken as they are usually low or out on a few entrees. During off-peak, I can understand but not in prime time lunch. Trying to communicate to the cashier that a friend and I were on separate checks turned into a conversation of them taking gift cards that may not have enough $$ on them. That wasn’t the issue ATALL and not sure why she went there. Bottom Line: The food is always prepared right and the Panda Tea is one of my faves. While getting TO the table is a hassle at this location, the quality of food kinda saves this from getting a two star rating. I’ll be back only when I have to…

I’ve picked up take out a couple of times from this location, hasn’t been great always but tonight was just gross… ordered broccoli beef as an extra side and it had an extra side of hair… couldn’t even eat anything… SOGROSS!

I love Panda Express! But this location in particular was awful. The food was cold and the portion size was tiny. The staff was not very friendly and one of them barely spoke English. I asked her a question, she just looked at me then walked away.

Take out container has changed in size. Went in to pick up dinner and immediately noticed the downsized take out container is at least 1⁄3 smaller than its always been which means the portion sizes are smaller. The 3 entrée dinner was still $ 8.75 but I received less food. This particular restaurant offers less chicken/meat within the entrees themselves, lots of veggies instead as fillers. It’s still panda taste which is good, not great, but I don’t like the quiet switch in size. This location is typically good about making a fresh batch of anything you request and the staff is nice. Restaurant was clean, service was fast. I’m going to be going to other Panda’s to see if the portion size change is company wide or this particular location.

I’ve cut back on my fast food outings after seeing how much calories and sodium are in meals. This place remains on my list for meals on the go. The fresh vegetables are awesome! A bowl consisting of mixed veggies side and mushroom chicken is less than 300 calories! Pretty filling too. Most of the time, the drive thru take a while, but everyone I have encountered has been super friendly and definitely makes me want to come back!

Oh man. I promise I am Asian and I stand by my Asian palate but this is a guilty pleasure for me for Chinese-Am food. I get the Honey Walnut Shrimp, Chicken and Mushrooms with Fried Rice. it’s cheap and you can eat here on the fly. I go here first before I succumb to other fast food joints. You cannot skip the sweet and the salty. I am a fan and they cater so I get their food when we have gatherings at my place. There is consistency in their recipe so I have not had a bad guilty pleasure lunch or dinner order here. I have to give it kudos.

I am a sucker for cheap chinese… and Panda fits the bill. Good selection, clean location, very friendly and quick staff means near immediate gratification. Love their chow mein(lo mein) noodles, Mushroom chicken, Honey Walnut Shrimp, and Sweetfire Chicken Breast, to name a few. This isnt PF Changs, but good quality Chinese at a price you can enjoy every day if you like! The only thing that scores any demerits are the appetizers. Whether its the spring roll or egg roll, they are always greasy and the insides are like mush. Crab wontons really dont have any flavor. Save yourself the $ 1 add on and go straight to the entrees.
