Food was good. Service was excellent. Makes for a family friendly meal at the lunch hour.

Best food in the area. Awesome deals on beer and wine. The staff is to notch. Great food, service, and atmosphere. Lobster rolls are killer when they have then in the summer.

The only reason why this place got any stars was because the New Orleans shrimp was cheap(9.99) and delicious with a generous portion of shrimp. Sat at the bar, bartender was overwhelmed and could care less about me as a customer. Ignored for the first 5 minutes I was there even though she was making drinks right in front of me. No refills, just food and get out. Food was good, service sucked. Wasn’t even that crowded either.

It’s rare that I rate anything this poorly, but I gave it two chances and was truly disappointed on both visits. I got«99» reasons to dislike this place but here’s a few: About a month ago I came with my bf and we ordered 2 lobster roll dishes, their hot buttered one and the cold version blended with mayo and celery. Lobster smelled fishy, it was chewy and rubbery — just not what I was expecting for some of their most expensive and successfully advertised menu items. They couldn’t even get my drink right, I specifically asked the waitress if they served«sweet tea» and she said yes but brought me generic Brisk iced tea. Not what I wanted. I filled out their customer satisfaction survey when I got home and was contacted by the manager who sent me a 40 $ gift card so I could hopefully have a better experience. Now we go back, order prime rib and mac and cheese. Prime rib is their most expensive menu item, people must not order it often or the cooks just don’t know what they are doing because we asked for medium rare and it came back well done the first time. I mentioned I liked it bloody, it comes back the second time, slightly pink– not red. Whatever. We eat it anyways and feel bad for wasting their meat. These people are not making any money from us. My chicken and broccoli mac and cheese is of a generous portion, looks hearty and delicious but it has a creamy white alfredo type sauce which I wasn’t too fond of and the pasta was overcooked, mushy. They should have just renamed it an alfredo dish because I was expecting more gooey, stringy cheddar cheese type sauce. Oh we tasted their nachos and mozzarella cheese sticks too as appetizers, they just don’t compare to Applebees down the street in terms of taste and value! We were comped dessert on the house on both visits, it was an overall sad experience. Think about it, even with the free gift card, they still screwed up and had to give us more free food. I would surely never pay for anything there again. To make things worse, the AC was freezing, impossible to sit and enjoy a meal, I had to borrow a sweater and was actually looking forward to returning to our sauna-like car parked under the scorching sun. Btw they have free wifi, but it only works in half of the restaurant. The first time we were seated in the left wing, there was NO signal. Everything is half-a$$ed. AVOID.

Typical corp/chain restaurant. Service is good. 2 for 1 on drafts is nice. Cobb salad is my fave with ranch dressing.

This particular restaurant takes allergies quite seriously, they have a gluten free menu and most things I ordered looked fresh. Although the chicken that i ordered had that processed chicken look to it and the carrots looked like they were doused in butter, while the rice was cold and crusty, my dining companions however liked their burgers, and the fact that they have gluten-free buns is a plus. So for allergy accomodations they get two stars, now if only the food tasted good. Service-wise, the server looked like she was not into her job at all.

Service was excellent but the food is sort of like TGI Fridays with fewer options. I spent more time trying to figure out if there was anything I wanted to eat on the menu than I actually did eating. I wound up with Steak Tips that were really overcooked and bleh. The«quartino» deal on wine wasn’t bad. The beer selection could use some real American microbrews. I probably wouldn’t return, unless it was connected to the hotel I was staying in and the temperature was -3 °F again…

As a new Vegan I’m almost terrified of Chains, I mean don’t they presoak everything in butter? And then I’m going to have to ask a million questions, to severs who wont be cooking my food. Luckily, I had one of the worlds nicest waiters! He was extremely friendly and gave me the inside veggie scoop, so I could get as many veggies as possible, and he made sure that there was no butter! He had one of those positive attitudes that were absolutely contagious, one of the people who you can tell actually enjoyed his job. He helped to sell me on the 99 restaurant, now I’ll know that I have options there, and understanding people.

Found this place on the way to Canada after a gas stop. Decent food, a little loud. But, Plattsburgh is showing signs of life again!
