My husband and I were reluctant to switch from our Virgin accounts and when we went in Melanie was able to get us better phones and better plans for the same price. Melanie was very friendly and I felt like she listened to our needs and we got exactly what we wanted!

I am changing my review based on a most recent experience at this store. Apparently it is a policy issue so this should affect all Go Wireless Verizon stores. When I purchased two IPhone 6 phones, I was given a $ 25 instant accessory credit with the Go Advantage plan. I did not not realize this until I went home. At the time, though, Taylor threw two Greener Cleaners in my bag and said they were«free.» I thought she was just giving them to me. I did not realize they were«free» bc she was using my $ 25 instant accessory credit towards them. Again, i didn’t realize I even had this credit bc the plan and its benefits was not explained to me. After looking at my receipt, I realized what happened. Today, I just tried to return them and to purchase an accessory that I would actually use, like a charger. However, I was told it’s been over 14 days and he is literally locked out of the machine and can’t process a refund, credit, or exchange. I explained that i should have been able to select my own accessory. His answer, «she probably gave you those so you would not have to pay extra on something over $ 25.00.» Shouldn’t that be up to me to decide? Now I am stuck with two accessories I will not use, I lost out on my $ 25 instant accessory credit, and I feel I was not given an opportunity to have what I want or need for my phone. The 14 day policy is ridiculous when all I am asking for is to exchange it for another item. In this case, a $ 40 charger, which would have given the store an additional $ 15 in purchases. I asked for a manager, which I was then told that they could not do anything either. If you buy from any Go Wireless store, be sure to know the benefits of the plan, select your own accessories, and be very aware of this 14 day policy or you will end up with items you don’t want and miss out on something you could use.

Went in expecting crappy service and after my 30 minute wait, I was finally helped and Richard did a stellar job. Great service! I don’t mind the wait as much when service is this great!

It is a busy place so you may have to wait but it’s worth it. Richard worked for lovely 2 hours with tech support to try and fix my phone.(It was fried by a faulty 3.0 Samsung charger.) When that failed he was very helpful in the choice of a replacement and made sure I got complete information about rebates and discounts available. I am happy with the service they provide.

They act nice but the truth is they just want your money. We bought two phones but wound up paying for $ 80 worth of other stuff we didn’t ask for. Also the price they told us it was would be each month wasn’t true either. They lie and manipulate to take your money, DONOTGOTHERE! Better off just going to Silverdale or something

Well… My mistake was not asking the price of the screen protectors I priced online… After paying I discovered they were $ 20 more in store! Been waiting for the«manager» to return the poor sales associates message requesting a refund code for over 10 minutes now. Also have a now hungry baby wanting to go eat like we were planning to after our«quick» stop. Will not be returning after I am finally able to get my refund. Hopefully before breakfast tomorrow…
