Amazing.
They are very nice and very helpful. They even remember my name and recognized me when I came in to order a unit.
The best part was when I got stuck in front of the gate after hours since I got my code wrong. I was able to call them after hours (yes, they have 3 numbers listed just in case) and gave me a temporary code over the phone at 9:30pm at night and all that while being nice and patient. I wouldn’t have done that if some idiot woman calls me at 9:30pm at night because she forgot her code.

I was in the office and in a unit all in about 5 mins while my wife filled out the papers he gave me a key and had me start storing. this place is so clean and customer service is grade A!!! we got a 10×10 inside unit with one concrete wall its a finished wall so no moisture. the halls are a tad narrow but I got it all in no problems. the price was a steal with no crazy deposits either I do believe ill be a long term customer
