The name truly says it all.
Duke and his team are thoughtful and thorough and their services are very reasonably priced.
On the strength of their Unilocal reviews, I brought in my project car which had significant issues requiring a lot of trust. At another shop, this would have been an unmitigated disaster. An odd model of vehicle to begin with, custom racing parts and obsolescent air conditioning components, parts that aren’t made anymore, rust, an engine removal, so many variables it was just begging for an unsavory result. It wasn’t an easy project, requiring coordination with two other shops and several parts suppliers over the holidays.
True to the Kipling poem on his wall Duke and his team handled it all with aplomb, keeping me updated throughout and having a real conversation – something I’ve never experienced with doctors or auto mechanics before. My faith was amply rewarded. My vehicle was at least twice as strong a performer after Integrity completed their work and the smile has not left my face since.
If you’re looking for a professional relationship – for someone who will take care of you and has a genuine concern for your complete satisfaction – this is definitely the place. I will most certainly be back.

We have taken our Toyota vehicles to Integrity for about four years. I keep meaning to post a review so here it is: Duke and his crew at Integrity Auto are first class at a very fair price. I really appreciate thst they do have «integrity» and will tell you if something doesn’t need to be done. This is a whole lot better than some deslership service centers who will not let you out the door without buying something. We like that Integrity only works on Toyita, Scion, and Lexus products. They also use factory parts when they can. It also allows them to focus and keep up on the latest Toyota technology.

As Emily G. said, the words ‘integrity’ and ‘auto shop’ never belonged in the same sentence in my past experiences with other shops, but Duke and his team are truly the best in their field on all counts. I only wish that Integrity worked on Honda and Nissan vehicles as well as Toyotas, so we could bring all of our vehicles to them! But I understand that when you spread yourself too thin, you lose quality and focus.
I discovered Integrity Auto back in 2004 after reading glowing reviews from folks on a Yahoo Groups Previa forum. I love my 1996 Previa van, and since the model is no longer made by Toyota, I’d like to keep mine going for as long as possible. Duke’s shop is a major factor in being able to keep the old bean on the road.
Integrity Auto is a friendly, fair, and honest shop. Duke has always listened to my needs and concerns, and I have never felt talked down to and made to feel like an idiot (as is the case with almost every other auto shop I have ever dealt with). This shop really has a small town feel, and I don’t dread taking our van in.

I’ve had Integrity Auto service my 1994 T-​100 and was very pleased with the results. Specifically, it needed a valve adjustment and timing belt change. I was looking for a perfectionist as a mechanic that used OEM Toyota parts and that is precisely what Duke and Integrity Auto are about.
Integrity Auto won’t be the cheapest solution (OEM Toyota parts aren’t the least expensive and neither are good mechanics), but that’s not what I’m looking for. Their work holds up very well – immediately after receiving my vehicle, I proceeded to put 5000 miles on it in the next 3 weeks without any issue.
Another thing I like about Integrity Auto is that their realistic about repair costs and worked with me when certain repairs didn’t make sense – for example, Toyota wants ~$ 800 for an original ’94 T-​100 power steering pressure line. I opted to just fill my power steering every month or so rather than fix something that isn’t too much of an issue. They looked into aftermarket at my request, which I appreciated, and did come up with an alternate proposal.
I would recommend this business to my family and friends.

Yesterday was the perfect example of why I do business with Duke & Ryan.
I had an oil change back in February. A few weeks after the oil change, and after the car had been parked for a few days at the airport, I noticed a hesitation/​hiccup on the drive home. I was worried that it was the transmission or something serious, but a quick chat with Ryan had me changing the spark plugs and plug wires. Problem solved.
[On occasion I feel the need to prove my manliness, hence the reason I changed my own plugs. I try not to make a habit of this!]
A few days later my wife pointed out a nice oil sheen on the driveway under the spot where my 4Runner is normally parked. A quick peek under the belly confirms that there’s oil all over the underside of the engine and under the skid plate. While I was perfectly willing to swap the plugs, I had no desire to pull the skid plate and deal with an oily mess, so I called Duke.
He squeezed me in first thing the next morning and discovered a leaking oil filter, the same filter that they changed back in February. His guys made it all good and I was on my way in an hour or so. I would have gladly paid for his hard costs but he didn’t charge me for anything.
Where do you think I’ll take my car the next time it needs service? Where do you think I’d recommend anyone with a Toyota product go for service? Why do you think I’ll shop for a used Toyota after my 4Runner goes to Toyota heaven?
Oh, and if you want the true test of a businesses integrity, eavesdrop on how they treat other customers. While I was waiting for my truck, I overheard a conversation between Duke and a young lady who had been to a dealership and was questioning the exorbitant price they quoted her for a water pump swap. Duke asked the right questions and then sent her to a «warranty-​claim friendly dealer» since she had a lower mileage car and the water pump should still be under warranty. Instead of taking her money he did the right thing and tried to save her money.
BTW, if you take your vehicle to Oil Can Henry’s or JiffyLube for an oil change you should re-​think you choice. While Integrity might be a few dollars more, their experienced eye and business ethics more than make up for the couple of dollars you saved. Do you think Oil Can Henry’s would have fixed their mistake and not charged you something?

The review guidelines for Unilocal make no sense. If you are a client of a business you are related to that business. That said I have found integrity Auto to be an acceptable auto repair shop. Thank you Integrity Auto.

I’ve had Integrity fix up my car twice for two separate problems. Great service and attitude both times I’ve been in.
After being charged $ 40 to change out a brake light at the dealership, I decided I didn’t want to swing that way for my problem. Searches lead me to here and to Integrity Auto. I called up Duke and he set me up to get my car towed (my own expense, that’s fine), and get work done on it.
Duke and his crew are really quick on diagnosing the problem, got back to me at the end of the day and also gave me options to get the problem fixed. By the end of the next day, my ride was back in my possession, ready to rock and roll, and it didn’t take too much of a chunk out of my wallet.
Their expertise on Toyota/​Lexus/​Scion vehicles are top notch. Definitely worth your time than most of the dealerships nearby.

i took in my 17-​y-​o 4runner — and got back a new vehicle! i cannot believe the change, the quality in performance, handling, and power. i chose this place because my son noticed the name once when we were driving by — and we try to live by integrity. well, so does this business. they are honest, fantastic mechanics (thank you, ryan!), get the job done when they say they will, fair prices. i can’t recommend them enough.

Duke and his team live up to the name of their joint. Honest, friendly and interested in developing a personal relationship with their customers. I went in when my car was on the fritz and they helped me all along the way. To add to that he even remembered me months later when I went in after one of my dash lights was on, asked me question regarding the small talk we had.

I’m not from around here and finding a new «my car place» is always kinda scary because you don’t know what to expect and you don’t want to get ripped off. I have a used 2004 Scion XB (essentially a Toyota) that came with a million miles on it, it’s no spring chicken, as they say.
Duke and Ryan of Integrity Auto are awesome. I’ve been going to them for almost 3 years now. The last time I brought my car in, I swear it was driving better than the day a bought it! I’ve always been able to get my car in the same week and they’re always a better deal than going to the dealership.

— Every Lands End and Calvin and Hobbes ever (yes, I am a child of the 90’s)
— The most comfy and squishy couch that you don’t want to get out of

— Complimentary yearly vehicle inspection (that I just scheduled, which is what put me over the edge on deciding to write this review! And I never write reviews!!)

Now isn’t that all just lovely? I think so!

I wouldn’t have ever thought of rating with only two stars until our experience this week. It was our second time using Integrity and I don’t think we will be back. Upon picking up our truck, the owner didn’t have any clue of who we were, literally said «I wouldn’t be able to pick you out of a crowd», well duh! It’s not like we’re buddies, we are paying you to maintain our truck. Then, when I asked how our 10 year old Toyota was doing, he had no clue, had to refer to the list of items we pay handsomely for. When my husband was given the key to retrieve the truck, the kid in the back said «it’s back there somewhere» didn’t offer to drive it around and essentially glared at my husband while he was driving out. I guess they do okay work but I don’t think we will be back. For a small business, they don’t act like they care much about their customers.

integrity and auto shop usually don’t go hand in hand in my mind, but this place is AMAZING! I have only been there a couple of times, but I will continue to go to them for everything! fair prices, great service, friendly people, I highly HIGHLY recommend.

They charge a little less than the dealer and give you about the same level of maintenance. Loaner car if needed, drop off after hours, and fair first time customer discount. Not a bad place and far better than the local garage if your car is newer. Older rigs stay clear you wont have money after stopping in. Newer ones the prices are fair and again better than the dealership.

If your Toyota is giving you fits, this is the place to take it. Duke and his crew are amazing
We bought a used 2006 Matrix and soon after it began to jerk and die for no reason we could see. We took it to the dealership on 122^nd (right across the street from Integrity Auto) and there it languished for 4 WEEKS!
First they thought it was the computer, replaced it, and no. Then something else, then something new. And still the problem persisted.
The techs were stumped and told us finally they couldn’t help us.
So we took the car across the street and handed her over to Duke and his guys. Want to know how long it took them to diagnose and fix the issue. 2 HOURS! We had a broken fuel line clamp. The part was only $ 1. They made our day, our week, hell our month, with that news. Mostly, we were just glad to know we didn’t buy a completely unfix-​able car.
Thanks Duke, and we will see you next time we need work done on the Matrix.
