Drinks are overpriced. Drink before you spectate.(Scooter’s and Rock Bottom give a pregame and/or post game discount if show your Timbers tix.) Food and drinks are 20% off sixty minutes before start of game at the arena.

Want to see some high-quality soccer in a world class atmosphere? You could go watch the Portland Timbers. But if you’re still on the waiting list for season tickets or a Timbers match is sold out, why not try the Portland Thorns? Anyone who thinks women’s soccer isn’t as exciting as men’s soccer probably has never watched an NWSL match or been to a Thorns game. The atmosphere is just as festive and exciting as a Timbers game, and the Thorns has some of the best players in the world, literally.

Absolutely blown away by the soccer love in this city. The«Army» section of the stadium did not sit down during the whole match and kept the crowd engaged. So many stars on the pitch, world class athletes and they are playing for us! Can’t wait to see them again.

The drums are pounding, the chants and booming, the whole thing is truly exhilarating. P-T.F-C! The Portland Thorns are an amazing group of ladies. I am thrilled that we have a women’s soccer team in Portland. They give it their all out there and it’s a blast to see. Between you and I, I get a little chocked up and sporting events. It’s silly, and I can’t help it, but I do every darn time. I love the energy and with soccer in particular the chanting and overall camaraderie. The Thorns are no different. While it might not be such a critical mass as the Timbers Army there is still a solid group of dedicated fans screaming their heads off and waving flags. The whole thing is magnificent and just a must see. And just as a homage tiny Ana M. and my former enthusiasm for the Spice Girls I have to say — Girl Power!
