if zero stars were an option, that’s what they are worth. A little after 6pm I called to order some specials I saw online… the gentleman said they wouldn’t honor those rates over the phone. I thank him, and tell him I’ll place my order that way instead. I order my specials that include two large pepperoni and two med. combo pizzas with some sides. I place my order and receive email confirmation. I wait my allotted time, and 5 minutes prior to the tail end of expiration, I receive a voicemail that my card was declined. Odd. the online service sent my confirmation. so I call in and speak with a young lady. she takes my payment info. she tells me to wait as it authorizes. she thanks me and then she informs me the pizza will now take another 35 – 40 minutes. excuse me? you had my order about an hour now and I’m just now informed of this? I’ve got hungry guests. Mind you, I said none of that, I was pleasant as she was nothing but kind to me. So then it’s been a little short of 15 minutes since I spoke with her. and I get a knock. oh wow pizza is here! yay! they have their lives together now she must not have known it was ready. Short lived enthusiasm dies as the delivery woman says: «we still need you to pay.» hmm that’s weird, I just spoke with someone and she said it worked. so the delivery woman just has me sign a receipt and assures me she will follow up. she unfortunately also did not have peppers or Parmesan(wahh) Anyhow, I tip her and then take the food in the kitchen. Only to find that I have halfway naked boneless wings that were supposed to be buffalo. Luke warm at most. two orders of cold breadsticks. skimpy cheese and sauce on my one large pepperoni pizza… like to the point that it’s transparent and tainted red with cold pepperoni scattered about. then I have one large and one medium cheese pizza that I didn’t order… taking the place of the second pepperoni and combo ones I did order. all four pizzas soggy with grease. husband calls to inform them of the mixup. mentions nothing of the poor quality of the two correct ones because honestly it’s a weekend and they’re busy and frankly a complaint isn’t worth the time or energy. he simply asks if the correct pizzas can please be sent, and offers to still pay a second delivery charge. then two minutes later I get another voice mail from the same guy as earlier(Najah? who later claims to be the manager) with the same request for payment. I promptly return his call, and explain that a girl took my info and confirmed it went through. I then request that he speaks with the young lady whom took my call. he says: «we are very busy, and you never paid.» excuse me? yes sir, I did. can you please speak with your employee to get the info because clearly your store has poor communication skills as well as those pertaining to accuracy. he really raised his voice and continued to argue with me. At this point, I’m not in the mood because I’m on a grocery run to get food to feed my guests because their incompetence has now wasted the greater portion of my evening as a host. so yet again, as soon as I return home, I will have to endure calling them, tolerating the hold time, shouting over their loud background noise… all to read them the same information I’ve submitted twice. a damned shame. Then again, I suppose that’s what I get for trying to be cheaper and opting for this chain store. The savings aren’t worth the hassle of the poor management or crappy food. Update: before I even get home with snacks to hold everyone over, husband says somebody from the store called to apologize, confirm we did indeed pay… and offer $ 10 credit to our phone number for a future order. There will be none, thank you.

I see why the reviews are awful. I ordered a no sauce pizza. Not only did I get no sauce, I also got basically no cheese! It was the worst pizza I have ever had. So bad in fact I did not eat it and had to throw it out to the crows to eat — and they haven’t even touched it! Total idiots that work here obviously, though they are nice idiots. Too bad because a good pizza hut pizza is da bomb. Sadly, I would NEVER recommend this location. Ughhhhhhh

Ordered pizza for carry out. I thought great because I can tell them when I want it ready, just pick it up & head home. Carry out order not ready on time & in a car with a 2 month old who just got his first set of shots… on time would’ve really helped

I’ve never had a pick up order because I only order from here while I’m at work but the delivery is always quick and easy. I order online and they bring it to my store, of course that’s how delivery works. The pizza always come hot and fresh, no complaints. Pizza Hut is my favorite fast-food restaurant to order from, the deep dish is the best. The online deals are always a selling point as well. Thank you for great pizza and great service.

Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Had it delivered and it wasn’t even hot. More like cold pizza. It taste like they had left it out for a long time. Very disappointing. I’ll never go to pizza hut again.

I got one free topping advertise to me via Unilocal.However. They ask me to paid full price pizza(which is not even on the menu price) to get one free topping. Bad service and advertisement

Pizza was good. But the driver didn’t have my order of cinnamon breadsticks. He said that it would be delivered… never came. Hopefully they made anther persons dinner better.

We waited an hour and 15 minutes for delivery, which was fine, since we were notified by email. However, when the pizzas arrived, they weren’t just cold, they tasted as if they were 2 days old.

Standard Pizza Hut with a Wing Street. The location is carry out or delivery only. Delivery charges are high but even more ridiculous is you have to pay $.50 for dipping sauces including ranch… Even with your large order of chicken wings.

The food was really good. We ordered delivery though and it’s bad enough that they charge you for the dipping sauces, but they didn’t give them to us. Sorry but we won’t be ordering from you again. So if you order from them you better check your order before the delivery guy runs away(ours literally ran).

I love their pizza. They’re so generous with the toppings and if you order online the prices are even cheaper. Great customer service. Eddie was our delivery guy and he was so polite and on time. My favorite pizza place for sure

I have always been a Roundtable fan and eat there whenever I can, wherever I am. But this location is awful. They skimp on the sauce which is a Roundtable trademark. The pizza is made very sloppy and the cheese and crust are almost always burnt. They charge for extra ranch dressing which I have never had at any other location ever, and they forget to bring it when they deliver sometimes. From here on, when I’m in San Diego I’ll be going to the Rancho Bernardo location, much better pizza and service.

I have never actually been to this store. I’ve always ordered online, or one of us has ordered on the phone. This cuts out most of the human interaction, which for someone as crap at phone conduct as myself, is great. Each time we’ve ordered from this place, we’ve gotten the food either early or on time, either of which is fine by me. I’ll usually go for the $ 10 Dinner Box deal, which feeds the house for a night or myself for a couple of nights. Two times ago, my boyfriend ordered for me and bought me a $ 10 box AND wings — which I’d never had before and turned out, the wings were more than enough for my lunch. The wings were Honey BBQ, and the sauce was rich and a little excessive(again, fine by me). Pizza was a pepperoni with bacon and err. Pineapple? I don’t actually remember. When that was delivered, it came via a woman named Susan, who was greeted by my overly-enthusiastic Beagle sniffled her legs, feet, and my food. I tried to warn her before the dog got out, but I couldn’t quite get the words out before Molly was at her feet. She didn’t freak out, even laughed a little when Molly started licking her shoes. I couldn’t talk Molly back into the house with the food in my hands, so Susan walked right up to my door and shooed the dog inside(without touching her — kudos). This last time, I ordered two boxes of wings, Honey BBQ and Spicy Asian(the latter at the boyfriend’s recommendation). Sauce was a little sparse that time, but still enough. Spicy Asian is exactly what it seems — a lot of ginger with a couple of peppery flavors. Honey BBQ was a little dry, but worked out nicely since I had to stick them in the fridge — no way was I eating two boxes of wings. Overall, great service, timely, wings are good, pizza is cooked well… Definitely recommend the place.

You can easily miss this spot when driving on Poway Rd. Once you see the Express Tire, it’s in the same plaza. I tried their crazy cheezy crust pizza for $ 12.99 and it was decent. The cheese in the crust was actually pretty good and plentiful. Workers are friendlier here, asking how my day was going. They only offer carryout or delivery so don’t plan on eating inside.

Got the $ 0.50 chicken wings hoping to save some money and not go to the likes of Callahan’s and Dirty Birds. Needless to say these could not even compare. The«wings» were over-battered and the sauces were, well… blech. Spicy Buffalo: Too salty Garlic Parm: Just chicken slathered in garlic butter like that from Papa John’s Spicy Asian: VERY gingery. Not bad but I wouldn’t get it again. Overall the whole experience was okay. I’d not go back or order the«wings» from any pizza hut. TL:DR — Dont’ get the wings
