Almost 2 hours for delivery? To a house 2 miles from their store? That’s a disgrace. My daughter had a friend over and they thought that Domino’s would be fun for a change. They placed the order — my daughter told me it came to a little over $ 13, so we gave her $ 16 so she could include a tip when the order arrived. After an hour and a half, I learned that the order had STILL not gotten here. My daughter checked her phone, and learned that the order supposedly had come out of the oven over an hour earlier. We called, and they could barely even figure out which order was ours, but told us it was«on its way». Remember: this had come out of the oven almost an hour and a half earlier and had to travel all of 2 miles. The person on the phone merely said, «sorry» — and that was it. No compensation, or order of a discount, a coupon, credit — nothing. Finally, about 20 minutes later the order arrived. The pie was barely warm, and was soggy. To add insult to injury: this $ 16 order got us a tiny pizza and a half liter of soda. Never, ever again. Any of the local«real» pizzerias prepare much better food, faster, and the ones that deliver are much faster. We’ve been in the neighborhood for many years, and wind up trying this same location once every 4 or 5 years, thinking that it MUST have improved in all that time since they weren’t out of business. But I’m proven wrong once again. Service is simply a disgrace, and the management doesn’t seem to understand the concept of customer service or the value of a happy customer. As I type this, I’m seeing all the other complaints about painfully slow delivery and management that doesn’t care. Seems that mine isn’t the only annoyance like this. Incredibly disappointing experience, and a reminder that it’s a waste of time and money to deal with this place. Instead, I strongly recommend that you Google«pizza near 8550», and choose from pretty much any other place you can find. I will never patronize this location again.

You either love Dominos or you dont! I love it! Its the kind of pizza you crave to have once in a while and it is perfectly priced! a 3 topping large pizza for 7.99.what else can you ask for? Now the first problem with the Dominos at Princeton Junction is the Delivery. they either dont get the order right, or it is delivered too late. It is suggested to do a take away. The online ordering is easy to use, lets you track the status with minimum hassles. Even if you do order online, this dominos might not be able to have the pizza ready on time since they always have new people on board. It seems like there is only 1 person doing the prep and all others are only observing(training of some kind). It was so weird with 5 people there but only one person doing the preparation, taking new orders and also overlooking billing ! I guess employee satisfaction isnt a big deal here ! It is still convenient and I would not write this place off completely! So people. give it a shot.

I ordered a large pizza and cheesy bread, with an estimated delivery time of 20 – 30 min. After about an hour, the online tracker finally said out for delivery, but it took another 40 min for them to get here, and pizza was cold by the time I got it.

Pizza delivery should not require 2 hours. I ordered one pizza and a salad at 8:04PM. The estimated delivery time was originally 20 – 30 min. I called twice and was not treated well, especially the first time. I finally called back a third time at 10PM and someone explained to me that the delivery person had forgotten my salad so he returned to the store without first dropping off the pizza first. Finally, they called me and said the driver claimed that he called me but I didn’t pick up. My phone was in my hand with the volume on. I had them cancel my order.

Pain pie !!! Worst dominos pizza franchise in NJ waited for my pie for 1.5 hours for delivery and the when called the joint they suggested I should come and pickup the order. Bad management and labor practices as I hear the same excuse of drivers not showing up from the owner or manager.

Pathetic service! I wanted to order two medium pizzas $ 5.99 each online and my card was charged $ 14.57 but the email confirmation said quantity as 1(instead of 2). I immediately called the store to follow up and Brain who works there informed me that the second pizza didn’t get added to the order(so coupon was not applied) and the full amount was charged. He was courteous enough to give the second pizza. But 5 minutes later this arrogant lady Wendy calls up and says it’s your mistake and if you need another pizza you have to pay again. Finally only one pizza got delivered and I had to go to a different store to pick up another pizza and had to make my guests wait. I have been ordering pizza from this store for last 3 years and this is how this employee(Wendy) treats her customers. Someone please teach her how to do business & deal with customers. I’ll never visit this store again. Try to stay away from this store if possible!

It’s a chain, but I LOVE their new online delivery system. It’s simple, easy, and once you place your order, they let you know the status from when they put your pizza in the oven, to when they are out the door to deliver(which is usually within 30 minutes). It even tells you the names of the employees. The BF is a big fan of Dominos so we order quite frequently from here, and what amazes me is that every time, we have had a different delivery person. I also love the $ 5.99 deal where if you order two or more of particular items(pizza, pasta, wings, bread — mix and match) you get them for $ 5.99 each. If you have a ShopRunner account, free delivery! I don’t typically like to go for chain restaurants, and since Papa John’s doesn’t want to deliver to my town, Dominos, you are the winner!
