This is a small tasting room right next door to Apex in the Vintner’s Village. I have never heard of this winery before and was really glad we stopped in. The tasting was $ 5 and I ended up getting a couple bottle so they wave the tasting fee. I got a bottle of their Primitivo which is an Italian style wine and was really different than I had ever had before. The other bottle of wine I got was their Rousanne which I really like and love to us it with cooking and spicy food. The gal that was pouring wine behind the bar was really friendly and knowledgeable. The owner actually stopped by the tasting room and brought in some Viognier grapes for us to try which was really cool to taste and then taste the actual Viognier wine in the line up for tasting. Really nice people and I really recommend stopping in and trying their wines.

Don’t miss out on this amazing boutique winery when passing through Prosser! From the simply sumptuous Alberino to the Big John Cab. Do try the Robert Andrews Mourvedre 2009 if you like leather and cigars. In fact try all the 2009 reds especially the spicy Primitivo. Friendly folks, relaxed atmosphere.
