Thank you thank you thank you for coming thru wth a last minute catering order after Travinia, Morrisville didn’t fill a catering order that wall called in on Friday. You saved lunch for 22 ppl last minute and in 20 minutes.

Good service. Handles the lengthy drive-​thru lines quickly and efficiently. Never had a wrong order. Food is always great quality.

The 5 stars is for the customer service my company and I have received over the years from this location. We have used them quite a bit for catering purposes (bulk orders of breakfast biscuits, sandwiches, boxed lunches, and assorted trays). Food has always been ready to go and put together well for easy travel and setup. Just make sure you set up your catering/​bulk order well in advance. This place is always busy so we appreciate all that they do for us!

Go inside and eat. DO NOT under any circumstance use the drive thru. They are terrible!!! They have over recent months gotten slower and slower passing out food. They forget food and condiments when asked and they try to cram a ton of food into a small bag causing it to rip and break apart. If you do go inside for takeout make sure you ask for a bigger bag because they will either hand you three small bags or a larger bag with 4 meals crammed inside. Other than that the food is great.

Nice and friendly. They’re always super happy here. I reasonable prices and good food. Sometimes my food can be slightly over cooked. The consultancy is not all the way there. If they were more consistent I would give 4 stars for sure ! I love love love the lemonade. The milkshakes are good too. Make sure to get the chic fil a sauce ! Drive through lines can be long. But they move quickly.

The staff were really friendly when I ordered my meal. At one point the manager came around and asked everyone if you wanted a refill on your drinks. The restaurant was overall very clean (even the bathrooms). The only reason why I gave it four stars was the fact that I found a few chewy bits in my food. Other than that I would definitely come back!

Went for breakfast on Thursday morning. The food was great as usual but the cashier just had a bad attitude. Chick Fila is all about the friendly customer service. But the cashier this morning was anything but friendly, it was all in the attitude she had in her voice. The lady behind even said how rude she seemed. We all have bad days but no need to rush the customer and make us feel we are inconvenience you but huffing under your breath.

A simple order of spicy chicken and chicken strips was a total disaster. Both items came out soaked in grease and very nasty. It took several napkins to soak up the grease and it still didn’t help, the chicken was burnt over cooked. The chicken strip did not do much better as they were in the same class of over-​cooked, greasy and just plain nasty.
When I called it out to staff after we tried to de-​grease the chicken, they did offer to replace the meal. However, when they replaced it, they just replaced it with an even worse nasty greasy piece of chicken. Overall, they need to learn how to cook and what to properly serve customers.

When do you go to a chick-​fil-​a and the service is not amazing and the restaurant is not clean? I love it!

why would you pay $ 5 for a sandwich? that’s 5 McChickens.

This is nasty, greasy, fast food, and does NOT belong in the «restaurant» category. You will see that the clientele is 98% moms that want to feed kids with zero effort, and the rest are pimply faced teens that rate all food according to how much grease, salt, and burnt crunchy bits it contains.
If your only alternative is cat food, then by all means eat at chick-​Fil-​A.

Love that they give a discount to EMS, fire, and police officers!

Golden fried chicken on buttered bread with waffle fries that are crispy on the outside and warm on the inside, with sweet/​tart lemonade. How can you not love Chick-​Fil-​A? It is at the top of my fast food list especially when eating on the go. The restaurants are always clean and the staff pleasant. They do have other healthier options (the salads are actually good) but why would you want that when there are nuggets to be had?

Five star for fast food you say? While I don’t agree with their president it doesn’t make their food taste bad. I recommend this place to anyone who loves southern style chicken!

I have never given 5 stars to a fast food chain restaurant but I will today. This Chick-​Fil-​A dazzled me. First, with the exceptionally neat condiments section. (Please see my photo.) Second, with the real, fresh flower on each and every table. (Please see my photo.) Third, the male staff who picked my finished tray from my table for me. And this is amazing, fourth, another male staff came by (and not only to my table but to all the tables) and said, «Would you like me to refresh your ice tea or soda?» I said, «Yes please!» and he took my cup and brought a fresh refill of ice tea. I could not believe this! I recently became fan of Chick-​Fil-​A by accident, and I have visited 3 or 4 different locations so far, but this one is really excelling in hospitality. I am glad I came here after reading and trusting Lindsay S’s review. Grazie, Lindsay.

Chick-​Fil-​A — highest class of fast food and this location takes the top honors for sure. Since my sister gave me a Chick-​Fil-​A calendar for Christmas last year, I’ve been trying out different Chick-​Fil-​A spots in the triangle and trying new things on their menu. I had never really been to Chick-​Fil-​A growing up since we didn’t have one on the Outer Banks and I just never cared for chicken sandwiches. That’s now changed.
I’ve been to this location a couple times. Most recently was December 3^rd. My sister stopped in for an afternoon lunch since it’s near my apt. I ordered the Spicy Chicken sandwich and a lemonade. My sister got a salad (huge) and their chicken noodle soup. I’ve tried both before and enjoyed them each. Our orders were taken and ready quickly and we took a seat in a booth by the window. Midway through our meal a manager floated around asking if folks needed refills on their beverages. I’d never seen this in a fast food restaurant before! He went to each individual table and asked about the patrons’ dining experiences and refilled drinks as needed. There were kids playing in the play area and other people coming and going, but it was the most pleasant experience I’d ever had in a fast food place. The food also seems fresher here than I’ve ever experienced in a typical one.
Highly recommend it and will be going back again. And again.

I hate most fast food restaurants but man I have a soft spot for Chick-​fil-​A, and this location in particular.
I’m not sure what the best part is. The person that circles the dining room, offering to fetch you free refills or an after-​meal mint? The manager who is omnipresent and making sure every order comes out correctly? The amazingly soundproof kids’ play area, with provided antibacterial hand sanitizer? The WEEKLY kids’ night with fun activities and visits from The Cow? The bathrooms which are ALWAYS clean and fully stocked on toilet paper?!
To be honest the only thing that I dislike about this location is that the line at the drive-​thru is ALWAYS long, and when you exit to the right, they try to prevent you from turning out onto Glenwood. For a restaurant located ON GLENWOOD, that seems pretty dumb.
I usually execute an «illegal». let’s call it «ill-​advised», maybe. left-​hand turn into the neighboring gas station’s parking lot anyway, so if we could do half-​stars on Unilocal,this would be a solid 4.5!

I hate myself for saying it, but Chick-​Fil-​A is delicious. Their chicken is moist and fantastic. And the service at the Glenwood Ave location was pleasant and hospitable.
Heck, they even had a kid’s playroom.
What a little slice of heaven Chick-​Fil-​A is.

Don’t try to go outside the box, this is what you should get

The food was at its usual level of awesome.
But the staff were very disorganized. They weren’t rude… but they didn’t give the usual CFA super friendly and welcoming customer service. The guy who helped me forgot to ask me what sauce I wanted with my nuggets. And they all were completely avoiding their trainee.
I thought maybe I was just me being picky… or wasn’t being forgiving enough for it being peak hours. But this was the CFA that my partner used to work at for 3 years and he agreed that they gave very subpar service.

Having just moved back down to the south, I had to have my first meal in my new home town at Chick-​Fil-​A. It didn’t disappoint.
The people here are super friendly. They always make you feel at home. Once after thanking the drive-​thru lady, she said ‘It was my pleasure’. She really seemed to like her job and it made a lasting impression.
My husband and I have special orders (him no pickle, me extra pickle). We’ve been here about a dozen times now and they haven’t gotten it wrong once. I highly recommend this location.
