McDonald’s

I have tried calling this McDonalds for three days and the phone line is busy. Do they not need any additional business. Wanted to call in an order for 100 biscuits. Guess I will go to Bojangles.

It’s McDonald’s — the food is what I expect, the service is also about what I expect — nothing to write home about and pretty consistent from one store to the next. Tried the mighty wings — pretty good.
What scares me — I saw our burgers and wings come out of what looked like compartments in what looked to be a vertical steam table with drawers. Made me wonder how long ago they had been cooked.

Not much to say I ordered a drink and kept on going

Love the 24 hr drive through but it’s extremely slow.

Good thing about this Mcdonald’s is that it has double drive thrus. So you’ll experience less parking lot backups. When everything else is closed, these guys are usually open late night.
I don’t expect 5 star service from fast food chains because frankly, they’re notorious for crappy service.
However, I do have a bone to pick with this Mcdonald’s. Lately the service has been extremely craptastic. Today was the worst service I have yet to receive. Please don’t refer to me ast ‘it” in Spanish because you effed up and thought I asked for a Caramel Iced Frappé and not a Latte. I know Spanish so I understood you were not happy with me and somehow you felt the order mix up was «my fault». As if that weren’t enough, you then proceeded to give me an eyeroll because I politely asked for what I originally ordered.
Not cool.

So as far as McDonald’s food goes, I’m pretty neutral. It’s wonderful when your in rare form in the middle of the night. Since this one’s reopened, it’s been a little lacking. They are supposed to stay open 24 hours but one time they claimed to be closed, then agreed to make some chicken nuggets (twenty for three dollars even?). The next visit they had already switched to breakfast at 3:30 am, wouldn’t take credit cards, almost shorted us two hash browns and my steak egg and cheese bagel had no steak. And again, our total was $ 3. Something is very odd with this McDonald’s. Please Ronald do something I just gotta have my late night fix!
