I give this place 5 stars, taking into consideration the type of establishment I’m supporting; this isn’t my favorite pizza place but the price is right, it’s convenient & a better option than some of my fast food pizza options on a budget. I love gifting these pizzas to friends who need an easy, fresh meal & it happens to help that the price is great for how many people these pizzas can feed. This specific location has provided generous compensation when they’ve forgotten a customization I’ve requested & I was able to voice my concern easily, with complete understanding.

Okay I’ll start by saying I love this place. But tonight, not so much. We ordered two pizzas ahead of time (35 min) one a Family size half and half. And the second a medium Mediterranean style, we asked for regular tomatoes instead of sun dried… We got sun dried, as they’ve done before. Fine, I understand it was a mistake. The problem was the girl’s attitude. She acted like we had inconvenienced her. Then when I asked for a few extra pepperoni’s in the side, she looked at me like I asked for a kidney. Then proceeded to say «I guess». YOU GUESS?! All in all, I’m giving them 3 stars based on tonight. Not my overall experience. Usually the workers are spectacular, the one whose name I didn’t catch tonight, was not.

We love their Chicken Bacon Artichoke and Gourmet Veggie.
The staff is very friendly, saying Hello on the way in and Bye on the way out. The pizzas are prepared on time, and the value is worth it.
We pretty much only eat pizza from Papa Murphys now, and this location does great service!

We eat here about once a week. Normally we don’t have problems however we went the other night and for some reason nobody understood what he wanted even though our order was repeated to us. We asked for lite cheese, somehow we got white cheese on half only on the bottom. When we asked her what happened she told us what we «said» we were nice and told her what we really asked for. The rolled her eyes, had an attitude and sighed. While she was correcting it, a second employee came from the back and started laughing and saying it was stupid she had to remake it. Well I’m sorry I don’t want a lot of freeze on my damn pizza little girl. I should be getting what I paid for and ordered without crap and attitude from the girls there. Maybe if the guy at the register was trained there wouldn’t have been a problem?! Grrr

After reading the other reviews, I must have gone on an «off day» because I will never be going back. I have been a long time customer of Papa Murphy’s which is quite a disappointment.
As I walked in I wasn’t even greeted with a «hello», everyone seemed to be pissed their was a customer in the store. I had to ask for a 2 liter because she had already rung me up without asking if I wanted anything else.
I had volunteered at a benefit and as a gift was given a business card from the owners for a free pizza of any choice, so I ordered the Bacon Chicken Stuffed for a change in additonal to a large cheese pizza. They gave me my $ 7 pizza free and that was after hesitation. The owners should not be gifting things they do not want to let customers claim. Its sad they are losing a few customers over this because we all enjoyed the pizza and would have been back happily to order it again.
I felt disrespected by the employees and ripped off by my «gift». There are too many other pizza places out there to spend my money at.

Like all Papa M’s locations (yeah, I’m one of the inner circle that knows them by that nickname. Okay not really, I’m just lazy and don’t like typing out proper nouns), this spot is clean and the employees are friendly. The pizzas are good, but for the same price you can go to Costco and get the same size pizza that’s already COOKED. But sometimes, I just crave that certain Papa M’s flavor.

I went for the first time on Saturday evening after years of my wife doing there. The pizzas are consistently good, and they’re ready when they say they will be. The staff was nice and courteous and they recognized I was a newbie, and offered to show me how to prepare it.
I appreciated that effort.
While I know that AMEX is a bit tough to deal with, but it WOULD be easier if Papa just but the bullet and went along.

I love papa murphys pizza, i get the cowboy pizza with pineapple & no sauage and its so good everytime. They have it done with in 5 mins of calling usually.

We love Papa Murphys pizza! It is becoming a Friday night tradition around our house. Everything seems to be fresh and it is a great value for a family of four, versus taking everyone out to a sit down restaurant.

The pizza itself was good but the kids who work there are kind of obnoxious and annoying. I guess that’s how you know you are getting old, when you start thinking of High School students as «kids» and think their energy just annoys you and when they start trying to make jokes you just feel peeved that they can’t read the mood.

I am the only person on this fricking planet who tries to lose weight AFTER summer is pretty much over. Seriously, not smart but has to be done. After a super good week of eating healthy I decided I wanted some pizza but not to overdue it either. So I got one of there deLIGHT chicken pizzas. Super thin crust. I have to say, it was damn good. Used a coupon which made it real reasonable. I will for sure get another one as I continue this lame journey of trimming some fat off of me before the holidays come.

Tried for the first time. Fresh taste and good value. Will be going back.

Papa murphys. take and bake. good enough if you have a large oven. and a great healthy hunger. I come here for the salads. Fresh made and easy to grab and go. The Place is clean and spotless. Employees and super friendly and a line is always their.
