Nightmare! Scandalous owner steals from & mistreats employees & customers. COUNTLESS health hazards(mold, gas leaks, ect.) that endanger everyone in the building. The place should be condemned but I suspect the owner pays off officials who come to investigate these reports… with dirty money that his wife embezzled from the federal government many years ago ( ) Pretty sure their other ‘businesses’ are dummy corporations, through which they launder these funds. I can no longer support this particular establishment, knowing what kinds of activities the revenue goes toward. Makes me even more sick than the food

Just tried to order wings at 1048 and they said they stop serving at 11. Then they proceeded to tell me their clock says 1101 but I find it funny that the huge ass sign in their window says open till midnight. Hopefully the manager or owner will see this. Working in the service industry I know what good customer service is. Sadly this wing stop which is already clearly losing business has lost yet another customer.

I went a couple times long ago, then didn’t get food here for about a year, but then lately I’ve gotten food again a few times… always takeout. I always just get the tenders with ranch. I love the mango habanero flavor, but the lemon pepper and Louisiana rub are good too. I think their ranch dressing is about the best ranch dressing I’ve tasted & I’ve been to quite a few other restaurants. Whenever I get food here, I always get extra ranch to put on my salads for other days.

I mean I see what people are talking about, the food was fine I went twice. The first time nothing was wrong I mean I got what I paid for, I wasn’t expecting wings soaked in a bucket of sauce with free sauce on the side like every wing stop is different because there are different people working there. The other time I will admit the wings were a little dry but no need to complain. Thank you again guys for making them.

Not sure why there is such bad reviews for this place. It’s Amazing! The food is good and the customer is top of the charts! Thank you soon much to Sarah! She’s great she is so kind and funny. We forgot our keys in the car along with the wallet that had the AAA card to help us out of our situation so we were stranded. When we can back in to wing stop and told Sarah about our situation she was quick to help and let us use her AAA card. It was a all around great experience and the food is awesome!

Placed an order and they didnt have boneless wings supposedly they were waiting for shipment wait time was ok, however, when I received my bone in wings they were too dry was very dissapointed fries were cold as well!

Not sure if it’s already been said but Monday-Thursday they close at 11 not 12 even though they still have the light up sign says open till midnight. Don’t let it fool you. I highly suggest not ordering 30 minutes prior to them closing because they WILL lock the door on you.

I have been here a couple times and it’s been an average experience. But when I went there yesterday I ordered my wings for pick up and they said it would be 10 minutes and it took 30 minutes which made me late for the plans I had. Also the wings were tiny and I felt like I didn’t get enough chicken for what I pay for wings. I have gotten wings at several locations and I’ve never had wings this small they were more like popcorn chicken. I was very disappointed.

I should’ve looked at the reviews before placing an order here because Jesus Christ, how are they even still in business? First, I was a little annoyed when I asked for sauce and it wasn’t included but cost .89¢. Seriously? McDonald’s doesn’t even charge for their extra sauces. To put the icing on the cake, as I’m headed on I start to feel something wet on my legs. I look down to see a huge ass hole in the bag and the sauce dripping out! I don’t know whose stupid ass idea it was to place the container of wings SIDEWAYSIN A PAPERBAG?! The employees clearly have no common sense to think that this genius idea would work. When I walked into my house the bag ripped and everything fell out. my wallet, sweats, and sweater were drenched in sauce. So thanks, Wingstop employees. You have completely out stupid yourselves.

If I could give this place negative stars I would… Just like other reviewers here I can attest the customer service is atrocious! They get my order wrong then don’t apologize, they count«plain» as a flavor, and don’t take their own coupons… really? When I question the girl behind the counter about the coupon or what counts as a flavor she stares at me blankly — lights appear on but there’s definitely nobody home… I just walked out in frustration — I will not be going back. Don’t waste your time or money with this place.

This place is a JOKE! 1) we ordered 30 wings and when my husband asked for some ranch and blue cheese, the girl said it doesn’t come with any sauce but he’s more than welcome to BUY some! 2) signed up for their Eclub and received an email with a coupon for free regular fries. Showed the girl the coupon, she said she couldn’t take it because it had to be printed out. Nowhere in the email or coupon does it list that. 3) their garlic Parmesan is nothing but plain wings DOUSED in powdered Parmesan cheese. We had so much powder all over the place is was ridiculous! Needless to say, we WILLNOT be coming here EVER again!!!

Horrible customer service by the so called Assistant Manager Crystal. We were sent home with the wrong order and when we called we were asked if we had Russells order and to bring the food back. I asked to spreak to the manager regarding the inconvenience and she didn’t want to get on the phone. Upon arrival, we asked to speak with her and she was rude and unapologetic. We asked if we could be compensated and she rudely said No. I mean seriously you got our order wrong, we had to drive across the town to return the food and we couldn’t get a free soda or a couple of extra wings thrown in. We then decided we didn’t want our order anymore and requested a refund. She then took over 15 mintues to process it and when asked she got loud in front of all the customers and told me to wait out side. I told her to stop talking and do her job because she kept talking and had over a handful of customers waiting in line. When we left out of the establishment we had a couple approach us and apologize for Crystal’s rudeness. You guys have horrible customer service and need to think about hiring better managers. Maybe I’ll be nice and bring her the book… Assistant Managing for DUMMIES!

Overall it was ok. Some pieces of chicken were on the tuff side. The fries has a lot of skins and not enough potatoes and I could barely taste the seasoning that I love so much. The next time will have to request my chicken dry and crisp for the Louisiana Rub. Customer Service was decent. No complaints. I did need change and I was referred to go next door to the(I forget the name of it) Video store. I’ve had other locations that rates a 5 on taste alone, however they are located in LA county. So to save on gas and time this location is alright!

Worst customer service I’ve ever received at a Wingstop! Ordered using the app so I wouldn’t have to wait, when I got there they said the online system was down so I would have to re-order. Why would they still allow people to order online if they can’t access the orders?! So then I have to wait fifteen minutes past the twenty minutes I had already gave them to complete the order. I finally get my food, barely any sauce. Instead of extra seasoning on my fries, I got light seasoning. WHHHY And that’s just what happened to me personally. What I saw going on with others — first of all, they had all the chairs up on tables mopping in the middle of the day. How are we supposed to sit down and enjoy our food? People are coughing over the pine sol smell. You mop before opening and after closing not during lunch time! Also, you should have more than 2 people working during lunch time! Especially considering one of them is mopping. So the line is super long almost going out the door and the lady that’s mopping stops moping to take a phone order while there’s 5+ people waiting in line right there. Of course the people on the phone had a large order of 100 wings so everyone has to wait while she’s taking the order and explaining everything to the customer on the phone. Definitely won’t be back to this Wingstop especially during lunch time! It’s an absolute mess in here! Management definitely needs to make some changes.
