I was there for dinner on 5−21−16. The service was ok we never got our rolls like we asked for and my tiny overpriced tasteless steak that I ordered medium rare was cooked well done.

It smells like a bathroom. This place is bad. It’s always been bad. But every five or six years I think ok, let’s give them another try. Last week was one of those intervals. The food was horrendous. There was some form of mayonnaise sauce on everything– the tacos, the salad, just gross. There was one bright spot. The key lime martinis(and I’m a beer guy) were great. So we went back a few days later. Just got the martinis and two apps. The food came out before the drinks. Then we were almost done eating by the time the drinks came. We wanted more drinks and put them in when the first ones came out, but it was another 25 minutes before they came back again. The bartender didn’t do one thing the whole time we were there. Just stood there talking while one guy way down the end was doing his best. And again, the whole restaurant smelled like a bathroom. This time I don’t think I’ll go back. I can’t believe they haven’t gone out of business yet. Nobody seemed to care.

Got curbside to go tonight. 4 small crab-stuffed mushrooms, 2 «steakhouse salads» — $ 35. Mushrooms were good. Salad itself was good, steak on the salad was terrible. Very fatty/chewy to the point I ate the salad without the steak. Don’t call yourself a steak house and then put garbage«steak» on your steak salad. Very disappointed. Won’t be going back.

Came here with my wife. I have been reading the other reviews and they’re mostly about bad service. I have to say that, I thought out waitress was great. The reason I’m giving this place a 2 star: the manager. I had to return my steak because I ordered a steak, not a bottle of salt only. I told the waitress and she promptly took it away. I asked what my options are. She first told me she could have the kitchen make a new one. Then she she she would ask the manager to come see us. While waiting, I was having a nice conversation with my wife. In the middle of our conversation, this rude guy comes up to our table and says do you want a new steak? Totally unprofessional and not how a customer should be treated. Would I come back to this Outback? Not if this guy is around

It’s sad to say that the best part of my meal was my mini 2.99 vanilla milkshake but unfortunately that was all I left with this evening. I’ve always remembered seeing outback commercials but never actually coming across one… I’m now thinking I should have left it that way. Almost everything I ordered looked inedible. The side of mushrooms that came out with the steak looked like it came from a can. A can that had been through world war 1 and 2. The steak. I wasn’t even sure if it was steak. There was grey mush covering the outside of it and when I cut into it(kinda like the way you cut into the frog you had to dissect in high school) I was just even more grossed out. It was surely an experience I won’t forget. no matter how much I want to.

Worst service I have ever received at a restaurant. And don’t even bother trying to talk to the manager or you will see where the failure stems from. Food is below average for an Outback. Another point is that 3 out of 4 visits we never received our salads and when we tried to get some bread it was a hassle. After 4 tries I will never go back until there is new ownership/management. I don’t like seeing people lose their jobs but if you truly do not like being in the service industry then try something different.

Love my Outback!!! They do act like asking for more extra salad dressings it’s coming out of there pay. Sometimes the meat has way too much fat.

At outback tonight and Brendan is out waiter. Absolutely fantastic service !! We just ran I. For a quick dinner before a movie and this guy made out meal !! Thanks outback for a packed Valentine’s Day(been there in the service industry) this guy has an awesome attitude combined with great service !!!

decided to go back after a long time. had a bad experience previously. unfortunately nothing has changed. blooming onion well done on outside and raw in middle. it took over 7 minutes to get 2 glasses of water. our onion came before o7r bread. ask for everything together only to get our salads after we ate the only part of the onion you could eat. never and I mean never returning. if I could give negative stars I would…

This particular Outback is okay. I have had a few problems here and while the manager did do right by us, our meals came out before our salads, etc. It’s always quite busy here with the theater right next door. Keep that in mind if you don’t want a wait. Our server was quite good despite the mix up.

Bushman shrooms for an appetizer contained a total of 8 small mushrooms. We used to go to outback for the quality and consistent service/value but now we will not return. The service was horrible, one server for the entire bar and all tables. Not the servers fault it was poor management. A soup was put in front of me only to be taken away and given to the table behind me. The shrimp was sooo small, very disappointing. Overall was one of the worst dining experiences in a very long. To set the bar, we were only in for lunch so didn’t really expect too much.

I had a wonderful experience at this outbzck steakhouse. The service was very friendly and the food was delicious. My boyfriend chose the steak salad. He said the dressing was on point! I chose the 4 course holiday special. The steak was cooked perfectly and I left extremely satisfied. Our waitress was Kathleen and she was the cream cheese icing on the cake. 10⁄10 would recommend

Food was fine and the staff was polite but overall seemed rather scattered. Server was definitely helpful but didn’t see her very often. Biggest complaint is that the mens room was awful. Though they can’t do anything about it now, the bathroom was awkwardly designed and lacked autoflush toilets which is probably why both toilets were clogged and unuseable. Also smelled horrid so I chose just to hold it instead of touch anything.

My wife and I arrived at the restaurant at about 6:00PM on a Sunday night. There was a line waiting for tables and I thought this was typical for an Outback because it was so good. However, as we walked to the bar I noticed that there many empty tables. This was strange considering the line outside. When asked about this, our waitress said the level of business was seasonal. It was slow in the summer and busier in the winter. The day was November 1st and it was hard to estimate the number of waitstaff that would be needed.(They must of estimated on the low side that night). When we were finally seated, the service was very slow. We started out ordering house salads, as one of our side dishes, before we placed our order. My wife had the Lump Crab Cakes and I had the Filet Mignon. There was little to no taste of crab in her cakes. My fillet was perfect which is why I gave this review the second star. After we finished eating, we had to wait a long time for our waitress to return. Upon her return, we ordered our deserts. After another wait, she finally reappeared with the desert but she couldn’t put it down because our dirty dinner plates had never been removed! When the billed arrived, I found that we had been charged extra for the two salads that we counted as our side dishes. The waitress quickly corrected her mistake and resubmitted the bill. We then left, never to return to this location again.

Sad to have to do this, because we’ve enjoyed this location in the past, but tonight, Saturday Sept. 12th2015 was not good at all. 90 minute wait when there were CLEARLY half a restaurant of empty tables, FIVE staff hanging around at the Hostess station, and an employee who had just quit sitting out front with waiting customers. If they can’t serve people because they are understaffed, and only allow each wait person to cover only THREE tables, it’s time to do something about it. PS — Bertucci’s made out like a bandit tonight — they had room and staff for everyone ;-)

Me and my boyfriend have been there 3 times for date nights. We always go on Saturdays so the place is always packed. You need to make a reservation before going there. The food is great. Their coconut shrimp is good. We had a great waitress but the table sitting next to us had an arrogant waitress. Overall great food. Somehwere you can go with family and friends to have a good time. I recommend it!

Been coming here for years now and it’s not a bad place for dinner sometimes. Once I had come for dinner and my clam chowder was served cold. I wasn’t happy with it and asked for it to be sent back. That night was meh. On other occasions, steak and pasta entrees have been decent and so was service. Other than the cold chowder experience, all else have been okay. Service has never been lacking and I’ve always felt accommodated regardless of what the request/issue is. To me, it’s your typical steakhouse. Nothing too extravagant. It satisfies the palate. I like the steak and my husband likes the bloomin onion. It’s all good :)
