Travis is extremely pleasant and helpful. He helped me to navigate all of the options for new phone plans and set me up with a new iPhone.
Sprint’s technology and systems are a bit slow and leave a little to be desired. The customer service was excellent and I’ll happily be back if and when I ever have issues with my phone or phone service.
FYI, if anybody other than Travis is working, go back later. The other guy (Mark) is unhelpful and doesn’t seem to care.
