Fitch’s Kitchen

The only reason that it is a 4 star and not a five is due to a credit card fee ($.075) a personal pet peeve of mine.
Other than that, the Chicken Chipotle sandwich ($ 9.00) was just as good as what everyone else has been saying!
Parking: plenty of guest parking
Location: followed the advice and guidance of other Unilocalers and found it easily! Follow the signs for the Ocean Apartment leasing office off of Emerald and just go down the stairs to your right!
Chicken Chipotle: a little spicy kick. I don’t like sprouts so i asked for it not to but included. He friendly suggested lettuce as a sub. Awesome sauce!
Around 8 duo dining tables. But you can just eat standing while enjoying the ocean view a block away!

I live in the apartments and one of the reasons I thought the apartments were so expensive is because they have great amenities like the kitchen. NOT! They advertised that they deliver and they never do… you have to do down to wait 20 mins for a cold sandwich… they charged me for pickles and cheese! the nickle and dime you and their prices are already outrageous… no wonder no one eats there. They also close whenever the fell like it… dont waste your time!

I almost gave up finding this place but finally I read other comments and found the place. After you park your car, follow the signs to the leading office. then take the small stairs (left handside of the office.). Technically right under the leasing office.
Guy who took my order told me the chicken chipotle is their best seller so I got one. Did not disappoint. The place is clean. It is a deli and they have alcohol.

Pastrami sandwich. Bi polar sandwich. Pretty much everything on the menu is so darn good!

Very hard to find. This place is inside a condo complex in front of the pool. Solid sandwich spot. Had the 90 777 and really liked it. Also had the breakfast burrito. The bb was really good with three kinds of meat but one major thing that was lacking was the hot sauce. Basically it had none. I took my order to go so maybe they forgot to add it. Now that I know where it is I will be coming back (I will also bring my own hot sauce).

The Rolls Royce Burger was so good! The burger was juicy and moist and perfectly paired with the Rolls Royce condiments. The bun was fluffy and light and such a delight! Service is great, what more can I say? They even have good brewskis to go with the burgers.

The subs here are amazing! Super loaded with ingredients that it has an amazing taste and they have s little supermarket to buy chips and beer. I’m wishing I was s local just because of this place haha. The only downfall to it was that finding the restaurant is a little confusing but just pay attention to the directions! It is directly below the leasing office and next to the pool!

I am a lunch fan. The fact that I can walk here with my dog, get a sandwich and walk home, gets me exited. The Sandwiches are not cheap. Around $ 13. But they are big and full of flavor. Every day is a new special and if you give your number, they will text you random specials which can come in handy, when hungry. Just a basic sandwich shop from the outside, but the food is fantastic. Random entrees and salads too. Good place to get something To Go.

Love the food especially the sandwiches! My boy loves the chicken pesto pasta and we have them at least twice a week! Good variety on the menu, fast service!

This place is super hard to find… It’s in a apartment complex and down these stairs by the pool. Took me a hour to find it but it was so worth it. Fitch the owner was awesome and amazing sandwiches!!! Well worth the wait! The view is really nice to. I defiantly will be recommending this place to my friends and family! Thanks Fitch!

Much like the street name this establishment resides in (Emerald), this deli is a hidden gem! – Literally hidden from plain sight, Fitch’s Kitchen offers incredible tasting sandwiches that could be the best in South Bay.

Chicken Chipotle ($ 9.50/Large) — I’ve never encountered a juicier, more tender chicken breast sandwich in my life. It’s baked then generously spread with spicy chipotle sauce, avocado, tomato, sprouts, and provolone. They’re all sandwiched in between two toasted and buttered, soft baguette bread. The sauce has a delicious kick to it that enjoyably lingers after each bite. I do wish, however, that there was an acid component to the sauce that could potentially lift the sandwich as a whole. The provolone cheese is a welcomed addition, although the taste of it was lost within the sauce and fresh ingredients. Despite these faults, it’s an outstanding sandwich that deserves 4.5 stars alone. A large could satisfy two people.
The Whatever ($ 9.25/Large) — Packed with Lamb gyro, lettuce, tomato, onions, spicy chipotle sauce with queso fresco. Much like the chicken above, that juicy and tender quality of the chicken is exhibited in the lamb and its wonderfully brilliant. The sauce is consistent in taste as the chicken sandwich above. The queso fresco would make anyone swoon.

Conclusion: 4.5 Stars. These two comforting sandwiches are the most popular items on the vast menu of cold/​hot sandwiches, burgers, paninis, salads, vegetarian, pasta, and dishes. If the savoriness of both are any indication, I can’t wait to come back to sample the rest of the menu. Although, I do wish they had a more accessible location and that each of the items were more affordable or at the very least, came with chips/​fries/​drinks, free of charge. Still, the tenants of the Ocean club apartments are lucky to have such a terrific deli/​market in their reach.

Went here today. Got a simple turkey sandwich and added avocado. My friend got the Calmed salad which also looked great. Added an order of fries that were so good!!! Will definitely be going back. The bread was delicious and everything was fresh and delicious.

Ok… I am not a 5 guy, but… here it is.
Crazy location, great, quality food. A pretty eclectic menu and fast. 25oz Bud Light and a genuine concern for how you like your meal.
Working through the menu, as it’s walking distance, but their version of French dip and the chopoltle chicken sandwich were stellar.
I will see how they do a steak this week.
My new favorite in RB… and I can walk!

Fitch’s is a large deli in The Villages that serves really good hot and cold sandwiches, pizzas, a few simple entrees and has an ample beer cooler by the bottle.
It’s a pain to find, especially if walking from area hotels, pier, etc. Follow signs for the leasing office then go DOWN to the pool. It’s right in front of the book BELOW the leasing office. But the walk is worth it.

So, I’m not sure what the big deal is about this place. It’s in a weird location and it’s not an actual restaurant, but a store that has a deli that makes sandwiches. The person behind the register was insistent about me getting «the most popular» chipotle chicken so I got it. Um… not good. There’s nothing special about it and the chicken has that rubbery weird fast food chicken texture. #don’tgetit

First time here, and I was very pleased!
I found out about the restaurant on Unilocal and saw that it had great reviews so I decided to try it out. It’s a little confusing to find but I read through everyone’s reviews and found it no problem.
There was two people working and they were so kind, telling us about what was popular and which ones they liked. I ordered the «Fitch’s Special» and fries, my boyfriend got the «Chicken Chipotle», and our friend got the «Bi-​Polar Hot». The «Chicken Chipotle» is their fan favorite.
The sandwiches were honestly delicious– cooked perfectly, all the flavors tasted great (I tasted my boyfriend’s and our friend’s). The fries were cut large and were steaming hot. One of the two workers came out and asked us how we liked it and talked to us since it was our first time. Very kind of him.

Been looking for a new sando spot & I think I have found it. Loved the selection of sandwiches hot/​cold, salads and more. I got the chipotle chicken hot sando it was Delish & enough to share. I will be back so many others I want to try

PARK IN THE CONDO’S VISITOR AREA! WALK DOWN INTO THE COMPLEX!
I really didn’t know where this place was. but I had to look through the reviews to understand that the kitchen was under the leasing office. It’s near the pool. You may think it’s weird to walk through the complex but don’t hesitate.
The sandwiches are good. A little overpriced but it may be because people who reside in the complex have the money to spend here, heh. It’s nice because there’s an area to purchase wine, beer, and snacks.
I’d come back.

Fan-​FITCHing-​tastic!
It took some sleuthing to find the old Leonardo’s Deli that was on PCH in Redondo — so thankful we did!
We ordered about 20 of the box lunches in advance for our post-​wedding ceremony lunch. Everything was exactly as ordered and SO DELICIOUS. Everyone was impressed and wanted to know where we got the food.
Fitch was super helpful with the advance ordering and payment. LOVE THIS PLACE!

Well, well, well this place was just a pleasurable secret spot!
Let’s start with the ratings it got, it has 5 stars for a damn reason and I stand behind every single star. The reviews don’t lie, that’s for sure.
The location of this little spot is tough to find but SO very worth it. Its very near the Redondo Beach Pier. All you have to do is be up for a small little hike and adventure, follow the map and it’ll guide you right to it. You’ll have to walk through the beautiful Ocean Club condominiums which I fell in love with.
This place is opposite from the pool they have at the center of the condos and UNDERNEATH the gym. You have to go down a set of stairs to reach it but I guarantee you won’t regret it.
I got «The 90 277» sandwich. I am not kidding when I said it was to die for! It was just plain heaven in between two thick bread slices. My sandwich was made of Roast beef, ham, salami, pepperoncini, provolone cheese, mayo, avocado and onions ($ 8.99). Perfectly paired with a Stella Artois ;)
Best tasty sandwich I’ve had since I moved to SoCal!
