I have eaten here several times for dinner with large parties and the wait is usually pretty long which is expected given the popularity of this restaurant and its proximity to the boardwalk. During my most recent visit, my party ordered several salads which were okay however being given a bag of Kraft brand dressing to pour over your salad is really unsatisfying considering you’re eating in a sit-down restaurant. Both the salad plate and the pizza plate I ended up with were dirty out of the kitchen which is never a good sign. I’ve eaten a lot of good pizza in my life and the pizza here ranks pretty average overall. The crust, cheese, sauce, and toppings are all moderate in both their preparation and taste resulting in a pretty middling end product. There is a definite overabundance of cheese and sauce as well which leads me to my next point. Be careful when you eat here because they serve the pizza to you right out of the oven which would normally be a good thing however the large quantity of liquid magma temperature sauce retains heat for a long time and will burn the heck out of your mouth(and face if you drip some on you). I will never forget this restaurant because the first bite of pizza I ever took here several years ago squirted sauce on my chin which was so hot that it burned me badly enough to form a painful blister that I had to embarrassingly explain for the remainder of my vacation.

Known for their Nic-o-boli — their own version of a Stromboli, with ground beef mixed in with cheese and sauce. Delicious. A must-try when visiting this town. Busy at mid-day, but plenty of room for all. Service was pleasant and timely.

Awesome food, so-so service. Every time we come to Rehoboth we eat here. The everything nicoboli with extra sauce on the side is so yummy! Salad has a generous portion of delicious cheese and onions. We get a few jars of their sauce to enjoy at home for spaghetti night later! Service isn’t overly friendly, but it’s efficient as they usually packed and super busy. We usually see Joan walking around saying hi to all of the tables which is awesome and rare to see an owner who cares so much about customer interaction!

Food was great, pizza is amazing! Turkey melt was on point. But the reason I gave it a 4 star was because one of the waitresses was leaning on the back of my seat and it made me feel uncomfortable.

This is where the locals eat! As we sat enjoying our Nic-a-boils we saw probation officers, lawyers, business owners and a couple on their honeymoon Food is great! Service is super friendly! Give it a try !

Not our first visit… not our last. A very dependable pizza place with lots of TVs to watch sports. We all had Nic-O-Bolis…tasty as usual.

Had the large spaghetti and meatballs. Very typical flavor, nothing special. The large was 8.85, I would have called the portion more regular than large. My friend had the large pepperoni pizza with xtra cheese however and it was outstanding. Bang for the buck was slightly less than average but ok for this area.

Well pizza was very good. In my opinion if you like the Greek style pizza this would be the place to eat at.

The salad is good. It comes with freshly shredded cheese that is just DELICIOUS. The greens themselves are about average. The pizza, too, is very good. I think that it is best defined by the cheese! The crust is second, thin enough and with a nice char. I ordered mine with white chicken and onion, and, although the onion was typical, the chicken was a bit dry to me. The reason I took down a star(and would consider taking down 2 stars) is because of the service. The waitresses were rude, and one of them even snapped at us and rolled her eyes at us because we had mistakenly thought she was our waitress. Despite this, I would come back only for the reasonably priced, quick, and great-tasting salad and pizza.

This is not pizza. Had cheese fries, broccoli bites. Good stuff. A woman that stayed at our hotel told us to come here. She told us she has stayed there for 20 years and told us to come here and order the Nic-o-boli. We didn’t order that. Heard the place was known for it. Instead we did appetizers and the pizza. Again, pizza was so-so. I don’t think they make their sauce and their own pizza dough. Service was excellent. Kid friendly. Autism friendly also! A plus. Family atmosphere. I guess we are spoiled with NY and NJ Pizza! No one beats NY and NJ pizza. They offer wine here also. That was a plus and the owner was supper friendly. I’m a pizza snob! Sorry! But give them 4 stars for the cleanliness, service, owner meets and greets, and Good waitress staff. Bring the kids! Order the Nic-o-Boli

We recently visited Nocola Pizza and ordered a cheese pizza, the white nicol-olia with spinach and white sauce and cheese fries. Food was great, service was exceptional. Joan the orginial owner came over to the table to see how our food and everything was. By far our best food experence at Rehobeth Beach! Free refills on soda.

I’m generally a 1-star or 5-star sort of gal. I’m either LOVING or HATING most everything. The PIZZA is 5-star here. We live 3-hours away & have been know to «shoot down to Rehoboth» for a Nicola pizza. We have a beach house near the shop and always stop in if we are here on vacation. The service is hit-or-miss. The wait times are hit-or-miss and the prices are kind of a miss. Sorry, Nicola, gotta deduct 1 star for those reasons. It’s $ 2.50 for non-alcoholic drinks, plus $ 19 for our large pie w/one lone topping. We haven’t tried the other meals cuz we really just LOVE that pizza. It’s a great place for family dinner, plenty of time to put down the phones and just talk — wait times can be lengthy — but overall, we keep coming back.

So so food… Nothing memorable… Service was slow– seemed like a lot of staff were standing around while one server hustled. We were seated upstairs right away in what seemed to be the«family section» which worked for us since we had a whiney toddler

While passing through the area, we decided to give this place a try. We’ve heard it’s the best pizza in the area. Well. we had a different opinion. It was terrible! It had zero flavor, crust was hard and dry, it looked as though the dough had been frozen and purchased pre-made. Jersey beach pizza is soooo much better than the crap we had today. Come to Jersey and taste a real beach pizza!

This place was alright for pizza and a beer. The pizza was delicious, all crispy and cheesy, albeit the slices are smaller than your average pizzeria, so think about that when ordering. Wasn’t a huge fan of the salads; they’re just lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and a huge mound of mozzarella cheese messily piled high on top served with dressing packets. The service was pretty quick and there was always a server asking if you needed something. Kid-friendly which is a huge bonus. We sat upstairs where it was more of a bright, divey sports bar, but they served beer and pizza on the quick and cheap that was really good so it’s good in my book.

Great pizza; really loved it. The only reason this didn’t get a 5-star was because we asked for a «white» pizza and got red sauce. Still delicious, but not what we ordered. There are a ton of options. It was great. You could tell the ingredients were fresh, though the dough was frozen. Honestly, I’ve had boardwalk pizza in OC, NJ, OC, MD, and AP, NJ; this was the best I’ve ever experienced. It’s a must have.

Home of the famous Nico-boli! If you have never had one, you are missing out. My aunt was in town from Florida, where you cant get any decent Italian food. We both had the fries, which are very similar to Thrashers. I always get my nicoboli with pepporoni and mushrooms. Its been a while since I have been here, but it was as good as always.

There’s a reason Nicola Pizza has been a Rehoboth institution for decades. The Nic-o-Bolis are amazing! They are soooo delicious and pretty cheap too, considering they leave you too stuffed to eat the rest of the day! My favorite is ground beef with extra cheese but if you can take it on, the everything Boli is yummy too. The Everything pizza(and they do mean everything) is like nothing in the area. I can put away 3 slices of Pizza Hut or Papa Johns easily but 1 slice of Nicola’s leaves me full as hell. My family has been eating at Nicola Pizza for 30 years and year after year, they consistently serve the best food in Rehoboth, maybe even in all of Delmarva. How many other restaurants can say that?!

Renaming the calzone for a reason. Yes, this is your tavern pizza joint(and you can order pizzas of various sizes), but you need to have their Nic-o-bolis. Essentially a calzone, these things are HUGE pockets of joy that just make me wanna holler for some more. The Everything Nic-o-boli w/o Anchovies($ 10.30). A+ Peppers to die for, steamy goodness, not too much cheese or sauce with a nice thick outer crust. What more can you ask for? So yes, highly recommended when looking for a bite to eat in the sea side town. I’ll definitely be back if I’m in the area.
