Panaderia Azteca

Mmm. i got the pork Carnita torta with avocado and cheese. such a huge sandwich for only 4 dollars! The meat was fantastic and the cheese… guys… The CHEESE. was so wonderful. Also if you have a sweet tooth like my boyfriend does for mexican pastries stop by the cabinet on the left before you leave and pile on your tray with goodies. The vanilla filled ones are just amazing. Will be coming back for a whole Tres leches cake here soon :) they do a fantastic job of keeping it friendly, clean, and authentic.

I chose Panaderia Azteca to make cupcakes for my baby shower, I asked for a very specific decoration on the cupcakes, and I was sent a ‘demo’ of what I wanted the same day! Veronica stayed on top of my order, making sure everything was just as I wanted (something I didn’t expect for what little money I was spending for their services). The Mexican breads here are fantastic, and every time we pass, we can smell as we drive by and are always tempted to stop… I know that our cupcakes (that we pick up the day after tomorrow) will not only be beautiful, but delicious, thus leaving a very good taste in my mouth, and some cash in my pocket. Thank you Veronica and staff at Panaderia Azteca!
UPDATE-​changed my rating from a 4 to a 3 as the cupcakes we ordered were not tasty at all, which came as such a surprise because their breads there are so good! The icing had no flavor and the cake part was hard… we discarded them, so they ended up only serving as décor :(

I dont know what it is about the tortas that they make here, but they are delicious and huge. They are very clean and they also make churros here (not like fast food mexican food places) but they actually make the bater and fry them in a pot up front where every one can see, they also make cakes and mexican pastries! yumm

Yummy treats! And so cheap

Yummy goodies, huge portions; for cheap! Lunch items are delicious as well! Location is so so. They open on on the south end but didn’t get enough business… but worth the drive over.
