Ordered a pizza online for pick up. Went down to pick up the order 45 mins later at their promised time and guess what? They hadn’t even started the order yet. Please hire competent people to run this place. Worse customer service ever.

Oof. Wish I had read the other comments before ordering here. I was staying at the GSR, but didn’t want to dine in, so I ordered online at 7:15pm. Website said it would be 45 minutes, so I head down at 8. Now, I don’t have very high standards for any Round Table, but this place somehow managed to be worse than even my lowest expectations. First off, when I walked in, there was not one person at the front counter. All hanging out in back, apparently. Took a full five minutes to get anyone’s attention. Then, they said they couldn’t find that I had placed an order. I insisted I had, so the employee checked the register tape where the orders print out, and oh, guess what? Nobody had even started on it! Probably because they all hang out in back?!? Still hungry, so I place the order anyway. Meanwhile, I go thru the salad bar, and they are completely out of peppers, croutons, and cucumbers. Everything else is low or nearly out. Pathetic. The manager should be embarrassed by the incompetence of the employees at this location. Could at least have offered to make it free or throw in something extra, but nope.

This place was horrible. Talk about understaffed! After waiting in line 20min I finally got to the front, however I was told their would be an hour wait to get my order. I really wanted to just leave but my son was dead set on pizza so we waited. Now we are looking for a table to sit and not one was clean. I’m not talking about 1 – 3 tables, I’m talking about 10 tables. As soon as the went to clean one she was being called back to grab pizza to deliver. After waiting forever for a table to be cleaned, I literally grabbed the trash then the wash rag and cleaned it my self. The floor was covered in food and the salad bar was practically empty. They need to hire asap. The pizza was good but the place needs someone to manage it correctly.

Salad bar was disgusting! It was not clean and it looked like it had been sitting out for days.

We’re celebrating Valentines Day at The Grand Sierra Resort and trying to enjoy the heart shaped pizza, but this place has 9 tables filthy, no cheese in the bottles, that my family plus another family we don’t know, literally are sharing the only container with cheese. Disappointed of the place since the resort is gorgeous so I recommend more training in customer service in the getting tables cleaned promptly.

Friends in town with kids. «Let’s go to GSR to the arcade,» they said. «We’re hungry,» they said. «We want pizza!» they said. Knee-biters can be SOOOO demanding. So off we go here. But eating here is like going to the third circle of hell with 934 screaming children, a herd of cowboys who were here for a convention, tables that are dirty and full of empty plates, a long wait for food(that seemed twice as long when you’ve got a plaintive six year old asking every 38 seconds when is the food coming). They seemed quite short-staffed. The pizzas were okay. We split plain cheese pizzas that seemed comprised mainly of cheese and barely any tomato sauce. Crust was weirdly bubbly and thick.

This place is in the GSR casino so they where busy. First the cashier seemed to not want our business since he mentioned multiple times that the wait will be 45 minutes in a negative way. After we placed the order we could not find a clean table. The place was half empty but all tables where trashed. We ended up cleaning our own table. Pizza actually come out within 40 minutes and was delicious. If their customer service improves they would deserve a 5 star rating. We may return in the future just because the pizza was really good.

If there was a zero I would have chosen that option. This round table was the worst ever. The employee was touching me on the back, and wouldn’t stop. I felt very uncomfortable in this facility. DON’T GOTOTHISROUNDTABLE!!!

This location is inside of the Grand Sierra Resort. Very convenient if getting to take back to the room or a cheap bite of your staying here at the hotel. I ordered online and chose the«pay in receipt» option. I received a confirmation email stating my pizza would be ready at a given time. I called to confirm that my order was reviewed and was told the same thing the email stated. I went down 20 minutes later and was told the pizza was not ready because it was on paid for. Ummm I called and confirmed and was told it be ready in 20 min. No one said anything about you have to pay first. Anyways, waited an additional 20 minutes. Get it together kids. If it needs to be payed first then advise that to your customers instead of having them wait.

a fan of the maui zaui since ’07 when i first arrived on the left coast. saw the commercials and sucked in from brand marketing. i’m the perfect consumer target, throw in a knight, say last honest, show me melted cheese and fresh topping visuals… sold the scene in here was far better than a seinfeld episode crazy bag lady tries to barter wings for her excessive wait time. mother of 2 pulls her lil ones close as crazy mary demands a refund. plates pitchers and pans on every table as they were understaffed. young brunette ran to grab phones, assist in kitchen, bus tables, hand out and deliver pies, cashier duties and get hassled from idiots. i hope the franchise owner sees this and commends her monetarily or adds another employee while waiting watched a guy throw his hands in air and storm out, had a woman ask all 3 of us in line for 62cents. we all said sorry w/that f off head shake. tell me a joke or arm wrestle me for it at least. the weirdos in reno kill me… at least in sf there’s homeless that can speak french or german, strum voodoo child or recite every us president and its entertaining the pizza was good, the people watching even better and the work ethic of that young brunette inspiring. some folks know how to make lemonade as hers was refreshing.

I enjoy the pizza at Round table. Only have 2 problems anytime I go there. 1 being that it feels like the air conditioning is constantly on, so I eat pizza and shiver all through it and 2 is they don’t have any spuds/mojo’s/potato slices/fries or whatever. They have chicken and bread sticks… I don’t want chicken and more bread with my pizza, I want some spuds. But other than that, the pizza is good

Meh. Parking at GSR is confusing(can’t park in the golfing range spots, can’t park in the lots specially set off for motorcycles or vendors by GSR) and the lunchtime pizza buffet is underwhelming. New pizzas are not brought out often enough, and that’s not cool when one is trying to have a quick lunch! The salad bar was also understocked: lots of veggie containers with only two or three veggies left in them. Also, people who love Pizza Hut’s lunchtime pizza buffets will be disappointed that there are no «dessert pizzas.» The cinnamon twists were edible, but not a match for the deliciousness of dessert pizza, of which Pizza Hut has three(cherry, apple, and blueberry.) This Round Table is not a place I’ll be clamoring to return to, especially as the bill was $ 26 for two people.

This is the ONLY restaurant in this resort that had good food. I got a Flatbread pizza and it was great! The service was… ok

Where do someone sit while waiting for pizza to go. Eating there? Forget it. 55 mins wait for pickup to go food.

We decided to grab pizza before we went bowling. They were fairly busy but only had one person working the front counter and the entire floor. The cashier was extremely rude and when I asked if she could wipe the table she offered me a rag. The salad bar was dirty and virtually empty. Two large groups got up and over 8 tables sat dirty for more than 30 minutes. The only positive was the pizza was good!

I’ve visited this location several times — still getting used to Round Table, as we don’t have them back east. The lunch buffet is an awesome deal each day from 11 am-2 pm, $ 7.99 before taxes and it includes the unlimited salad bar, beverage station, pizza, garlic and cinnamon twists. I scored an extra large pepperoni from the menu one evening and it seemed even better than the buffet’s version. It never seems excessively crowded, and the staff members have always been friendly. The only thing that could be better is them being a little more straight up in the advertising. What the signs DON’T tell you is that $ 7.99 buffet does not include a drink, which jacks up the bill another $ 2.50, which you pretty much don’t find out about until you’re paying at the register. Still worth it in the long run though. TIP: If you have a GSRewards card at the Grand Sierra Resort, keep in mind that this Round Table location does take comp dollars; however, you will need to visit the players club and get a comp slip, and they issue only half of the normal comp dollar value, as Round Table is a franchise.

Can’t possibly go wrong with boys and pizza but this place has incredibly slow service. They are located inside the hotel, and this was the weekend where there was a huge basketball tournament. I think the staff should have been better prepared knowing large crowds will be in the area for Memorial Day weekend. Some of us waited almost an hour for pizza that was called in way ahead of time.

Let’s face it, a pizza place at a hotel that attracts families with kids because of their array of kid friendly activities will be a pizza place that is messy! I’ve been here twice, the first time, it didn’t seem so busy yet it did take an unusually long time to get our order. Whatever, we kept ourselves entertained because they have a bunch of games. The second time, just this weekend, was fine too. Yes, there are a bunch of kids running around. And if you’re not a fan of rowdy kids like me, it can get annoying quick. But if you want to get away from them, just take it to go. The staff was nice and helpful. The pizza was good. And the wait time for the pizza is ignored because we were busy playing games. Maybe if they could just wipe off the games from the grubby mini creatures greasy hands, it’d be even better.

The wife is gonna kill me when she reads this. As the old saying goes(cuz I wouldn’t know)…pizzas are like bj’s…even if they’re really bad… they’re still pretty good… So by that rationale… unlimited bj’s for $ 6.99 sounds pretty good to me. Oh and the cheesy breadsticks were delicious…
