Great service. Hot delicious food within 5 minutes. Need more casual restaurants with this level of attention.

Normally, my husband and I love Pei Wei restaurants. Today’s experience was quite different. We ordered our meal to go and waited 30 minutes or more for our food. During this time, we witnessed the manager treating employees extremely disrespectfully as well as other customers. An older gentleman came in very concerned about something that his wife had left at the restaurant the night before. He asked to speak to the manager and she refused. The sweet, young employee took him over to the manager and she simply said I wasn’t here last night I can’t help you and she turned away from the very upset man. He wrote down his name and number and the manager grabbed it from him and tossed it to the side. Watching how this manager treated her employees made us not want to go to this location again.

I’ve long been a Pei Wei fan, but today I not only had terrible customer service I was told that I was lying. I ordered to go and didn’t look at my order until I got home, bad idea. When I called back to let them know they gave me the wrong thing, Kun Pao instead of Pad Thai Insult was added to injury. They said you definitely did order Kung Pao. What makes it odd is that I’ve never ordered Kung Pao and i always order Pad Thai with no peanuts. Either way I guess the days of the customer being right are over. 1 lost customer x 2 meals a month($ 15.89) over the course of one year = $ 190.68. I hope it was worth it. Too many good Thai places like Thai Soon and Noodle Wave just blocks away.

This location recently opened so the interior is new, clean, with an updated«industrial» Pei Wei look. The food we had was better than other Pei Wei locations… Beef Pad Thai, Shrimp Pad Thai, and the Kids Shrimp Lo Mein were good. The Thai wonton soup was in a small cup and just OK. But dang, it’s loud in there. The guy delivering meals got our table and two tables around ours wrong and brought out the wrong food. The employees wandering around picking up empty plates were constantly interrupting. Just about got ran over in the Starbucks driveway crosswalk. I’ll try this location in a few months and hopefully some of the kinks are worked out.

New place and should have more attention to customers order and get them right. Tell your employees to pay attention to customers orders so you don’t get bad reviews!

Pei Wei is one of my favorite fast casual restaurants. This location is very convenient to me. I pre ordered a pickup and everything was ready and hot. The only bad thing was the website ordering was not working, but calling was easy and quick. We got the teriyaki chicken and honey seared chicken as well as mango California roll. I like that they now offer some rolls and being pregnant most sushi is not open to me, so it was nice to be able to satisfy that craving with a unique California roll. I think it could have used a little more flavor, I didn’t taste the mango much, but it did taste light, fresh and crunchy with the cucumber. The teriyaki chicken was great as always. Be warned if you don’t like onions, there are big pieces in here, but at least they are easy to pick out and you can order it without as they make to order. It has a great glaze and big pieces of chicken. This is one of my favorite choices from them as there are lots of veggies in the dish, I wish more of the dishes came with veggies. The honey seared chicken has great texture and flavor, the only disappointment is that it doesn’t come with more veggies. The servings size are good, everything usually tastes fresh and service is quick.

This is the first time I’ve eaten at Pei Wei, and I only tried one dish, so I can’t speak for most of their food, but what I had was not particularly good. Even compared to other cheap westernized Asian places, this is the low end, and compared to actual Asian food, it was like eating trash. I got the bowl called«spicy pei wei» or something like that, and I was very disappointed to find that not only was it not the least bit spicy at all, but it was hella sweet. I felt like I was just eating rice and vegetables with a pound of sugar on top. I can’t imagine what the other dishes, like the caramel bowl, taste like. I dowsed my dish in chili sauce and soy sauce to make it palatable, but I still left most of my dish uneaten and didn’t bother taking it home. Maybe they’re other stuff is better, but what I had was a waste of money.

Pei Wei has gotten a lot better with their food. I used to hate Pei Wei because it was too salty. This location is new and connected with the newly built Starbucks. They now serve a smaller portion for a lesser price. I got the orange peel chicken with white rice. The dish wasn’t spicy at all even though it is marked as spicy. It leans more towards being sweet than spicy. The dish is made with chili bean sauce and has snap peas, carrots and other stuff. The orange peel chicken was pretty good after I loaded it with chili sauce. As for the small portion size it looks small but it will fill you up. My meal was around $ 7 with water. The service here is good. Everyone seems to be new and there are managers helping them out. This place was packed for a weekday and the parking lot was packed too. If you’re in for Asian-American food I’d say this place would be good. Oh and if you see a drive thru that’s for Starbucks only not Pei Wei.
