Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I tend to purchase online and pickup at the store which makes it very convenient, but also like browsing the store for deals and new tech.

This store is a joke. The price you see is never the price you pay and their excuse is well it’s a mistake. Well fix it! Customer service is ridiculous and they look at you like they don’t GOTTIMEFORYOU! I will never shop here again!!!

What are the odds got the Brother all in one, ink. Photo paper for $ 70 less because I found it on the web cheaper and they had to price match their own-they owed me another $ 15 because I bought three products but could not give it to me and I had a $ 30 reward-sales guy scared I am going to kiss him! Oh it was marked down another $ 100. Bye bye HP

Went in at 830 am on Christmas Eve, needing one certain thing. Asked associate where I could find it, he brought me right to it and I was out of the store in 5 minutes. Great help!

Went twice to this store and each time service was terrible. Seems trainings an issue because everyone needed a manger. Others just walked by with their head down hoping they weren’t asked a question. If you can help it, stay away and shop online.

Smaller product selection due to store size. Came to buy a MacBook Pro and although there is no ‘Mac’ section of the store, there was a great Mac specialist who was able to explain all my options. Greg was great! 4 stars just because of the limited product offering. Awesome customer service!

As a business owner myself, a basic expectation in serving customers is to answer the phone promptly. I tried to reach the store on three separate occasions and was never able to have my call answered. Each time I placed the call on speaker while working in the background and each time the call was left in hold for 20+ minutes. This shows a true lack in ability of the store managent to meet very basic expectations. Pathetic

I’ve been here a few times and have always been disappointed with the customer service. Out of all my visits, the only person who’s ever greeted me with a smile is the security person in yellow shirt by the door. When I went to pick up a pre-order game a while back, there were three people in line, myself included, and two employees behind the counter. A young girl was helping the customers while a young guy was chatting her up and not even being discreet about it. When I visited the store today, there were three young guys in the computer area chatting about what kind of upgrades they want to do to their computers. I was playing around with the laptops for at least 10 minutes and none of them ever came to ask if I needed help. Although I didn’t need any help, this other lady who was also looking around definitely appeared she did but the young guys ignored her too. You would think that in the age of Amazon, stores like Best Buy would try harder to entice people to return to their store. Maybe their strategy is to play hard-to-get and treat their customers like garbage so if we ever get just the slightest acknowledgement from them we will be that much more grateful.

Normally, I love going to Best Buy to make any and all electronic purchases. However, this time, I purchased a small hidden camera for $ 90 to catch some thieves at my sister-in-law’s nursing home in San Antonio and it wasn’t exactly what I was looking for. I went back to Best Buy to return it after my wife brought it back from San Antonio. They have a 15 day return policy and I went back at the 17 day mark, so they wouldn’t refund my money or put it back on my BESTBUYCREDITCARD. How hard would that have been? Instead of looking it up to see that I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars in there, have the BB rewards program ANDBB credit card, I guess it was just really hard to put money back on a card that I would have spent in there anyways…
