This is the worse Best Buy I’ve ever been to. I took my computer to get backed up and then cleaned out and it took them 20 days and I took it back 3 times because they messed it up. They still haven’t finished the job but I don’t want to take it back again and wait another 7 – 9 days to only get it back just like I brought it in… oh yeah, they also deleted my photos from my computer which were 4 years worth. I had no backup of those. Pretty upset over that one.

This Best Buy continues to have incompetent employees that have no idea what they’re doing. For the second time in the last six months, they’ve pulled the wrong item for in store pick up. The item in question is a Best Buy exclusive and now is no longer available. Thanks Best Buy for screwing over a customer that placed a PREORDER and could not get that order fulfilled due to careless employees not doing their job correctly!

Great store a little small but layer out well and always have what I’m looking for. Not the standard for Best Buys but certainly able to get you what you need and more and if you need help with your tech there’s a dedicated GEEK squad office in the store as well.

Horrible customer service! Stay away. Staff doesn’t care if sell any items, and would rather tell you a lie than take the time to research the items they sell and find the correct answer. They don’t care if you buy something based on wrong information they provided and you have to go back to return the item.

This review is mainly for Geek Squad Home Theater installation. We had a new television, receiver and speakers installed back on June 10. It is now July 12 and I still cannot get anyone to return for follow-up. We have had audio and video lag from the beginning. We contacted the many phone numbers they give you on your invoice. The invoice makes it appear as if they are so customer oriented with their overly lavish expressions of appreciation for having used their service. HA! The unfortunate part is you pretty much have to call all of the phone numbers and continue escalating up the managerial ladder. It hasn’t done us much good. I have had one phone call returned and because I happened to have missed the call, I can’t get that tech to call back. They think that just because they’ve left a message they’ve done their due diligence. We initially were going to have another smaller company do the installation, but changed our mind at the last minute. Big regret there.
