I went to kfc and wanted fried chicken and they didn’t even tell me that they ran out of chicken. There is no way to get out the line, so I had to wait for everyone before me to leave. :( They need to put a sign out so people will know before they are trapped in line. Horrible

I pass by this place a lot so I thought I’d try it out but it’s obviously meant to be a takeout place and not an eat-in. The interior is poorly maintained and they did not have napkins for customers so I had to get toilet paper from the restroom to eat my chicken.

I come here regularly, but today is my last. I recently ordered(6) fish and(6) chicken along with 1 coleslaw. As I got home to eat, I had(3) fish and(3) chicken with NO coleslaw. This is my 3rd time where they«fucked up» my order. I explained to them my frustration to them and said to them«3 strikes and I’m out of here». its KFC. this one is good to go to because there is barely ever a line here. But Im not a fan of KFC I just came here because the roommates wanted some of the bucket meal. Service here is ok, but what do you expect from a fast food spot in the hood.

I gave a one star because I had to give something but in all honesty, the quality of the food there is awful! I ordered thru the drive thru and didn’t get my complete order then when I got home and opened the box I was completely shocked that they served me what looked like a KIDS meal! Then the chicken was grey! I’ve had larger servings and better looking chicken at other KFC’s. I had to bring it back. The cashier understood my point but the manager wanted to offer me more drumsticks rather than returning my money. Uh hello! Your food looks nasty why the hell would I want more chicken! I even told him to take the drinks back because I didn’t even want that! He looked at me as if I were nuts. I don’t understand how he could even sell that kinda food in good conscience! Is he waiting for someone to sue due to food poison in order to get a wake up call!!! Moron.

Worst service ever. Haven’t had a problem with the quality of the food, but the workers here are seriously incompetent and sometimes rude. I get inconsistent answers every time I ask to have chicken strips dipped in bbq sauce and one worker claimed they do not and have never carried packets of honey. On multiple occasions, I’ve had mix ups in the order. Always double check everything if you do come here.

Ok. When I lived in San Pablo I used to come to this KFC because it was close, but learned that came never to come back because the service is awful and the wait is ridiculous and that is when alot or no one is in the restaurant. So I was craving some chicken and wanted Long Johns as well. The cashier Denis was making mistake after mistake and seemed a bit lost. He forgot to give the customer before us her change out a $ 20.00 and I thought Oh Boy, here we go. I was pressed for time and that is why I decided to stay and brave through it. Why on earth did I do that. I ordered a bucket of chicken and 2 combos from Long Johns. After starting to get my order together, he came back to the counter and told me that it would a 5 minute wait for the shrimp to cook. I said it was ok and waited. Mind you I came in 12:40 pm and my order was rung up until 12:46 pm. Five minutes go by, the 10, 20, 30 minutes, I could feel me getting upset, so I approached the counter and ask Denis what happened to my order. I saw you preparing the rest of it and you just stopped. He then goes, I forgot to drop the shrimp. WAIT! WHAT! So what the hell were you doing all of that time? I was so mad, my blood was boiling and my lips started to curl. I then asked him where the Manger was and I needed to speak with him/her immediately. A young, no older that 20 years(maybe) came walking up to the counter with the drive-thru mic on and as she approached she asked us what was the problem, and at the same time still speaking with someone through the drive-thru. I then explained what happened and she then looked at me and up at the screen and said, well he said that he had to cook the fish. I could’ve sworn he told me it was the shrimp he had to cook. Know what you are talking about before coming over to defuse the situation! I told her that we had been waiting for over 20 minutes and this was not acceptable. She just stood there looking at me with saucer eyes and just said Sorry and walked away tend to her customer. So is this how KFC wants there customers to be treated? She has no business being a Supervisor(her name tag said so) and she is no Manager and she should not be supervising anyone with that attitude. She and Denis really need to take the training course over on how to deal with customers in a professional manner, because they both get a «F» as far as I am concerned. I too am in the customer service business and I would never dream of treating any customer who is patronizing the place I for like they way they treated my mother and I! To top it all off, they food appeared to be cooked to death. The chicken/fis was dry and overcooked, the shrimp was rubbery and all of the food was dark brown, like they haven’t changed the grease in months. YUCK! I should’ve known better to give this location another chance and judging from the reviews, the owner or the corporation don’t give a damn, because in my humble opinion, this location should be shut down or do a better job at hiring qualified people who enjoy servicing the general public. HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE!

The drive thru order taker had a bad attitude. Very rude. We order the grilled chicken. Get to the window and she opens the window and mumbles something unintelligible. We have to have her repeat herself 3 times we realize she is saying the grilled will take 16 minutes. We will take Original. Shuts the window on us with no response. Comes back to the window, still doesn’t speak, just hold her hand out.. apparently she wants us to pay at this point. We pay then she disappears again. At the 10 minute mark I dau, we as well have waited for the grilled chicken. She finally comes back shoves 2 over stuffed bags into my husband’s face, he barely has a grip on them and she is gone. Never said a word. I won’t be going back. This isn’t the first we have had here. Her name was Chantel D.

Worst KFC I have been to. Forgot to give us biscuits, this is the fourth time we have had burnt corn, we have had problems in the past of the chicken being dry and over cooked, found hair in food. Obviously did not get what we paid for, very displeased with them overall.

The cashier said the grilled will be 5 mins… The heck with 5 mins… Sure I will wait. Chanthal(cashier) said park in front and she will bring it to me but 5 mins passed and still waiting and waiting then 10 mins came… I walked inside and asked. Would you believe she forgot and blame it at the back who cook the chicken. Poor customer service!!! One more thing, when I walked inside and stand infront of the register, none of the employees greet me… They just look at me and walk away. Waited for 2 mins for someone to come and help.

Worst KFC ever! They always ask if I want to try their new boneless chicken and when I DO order it they say oh Im so sorry, we are out or it will be 12 minutes!!! Why do you ask the customer if you do not have the product available??? Go elsewhere to get chicken!

Worst KFCEVER! Always slow service. Food is BAD, not that I expect much from KFC. But the worst thing is they always rip you off by «forgetting» to put something you paid for in the bag. We paid for a 10-piece bucket and when we got home, there were only 6 pieces. I didn’t have enough money to feed the kids. I hate that place.

We come to this location once a year because there aren’t any closer to us, and this time it was the best ever! The shrimp were succulent, all the breading was perfect, they must have the goddamn Iron Chef back there, the hushpuppies are to die for. Well done, but please bring back the bell so we can ring our satisfaction.

This is the closest KFC to our house and they suck! Every time we go here we are disappointed, they are out!?! of crispy chicken at least half the time we have ordered it, the last time the chicken was under cooked and the time before it was overlooked!?! How is that even possible, don’t they throw it in a cooker with a timer? So now we have given up and drive to El Cerrito or go to Lousiana fried chicken — not great but they have doughnuts and the people are a lot nicer

The whole time I was ordering my «combo» meal, the clerk had this incredulous stare. I found out why later. This stuff is bad-ass! Come to think of it, another customer was looking at me with that same expression. You can also get KFC here-stick with the Colonel, methinks!
