This review should have been ZERO stars. Every employee I interacted with here are possibly the worst employees ever. The cashier first said our order wasn’t ready then when I asked a second employee I just got «I’m sorry, I just got here. I’m not sure.» After I asked a employee in passing if she can help she literally turned around grabbed my order off the exact same shelf of orders the cashier looked at. Seriously, why do you have to chase three employees to finally get your food? And even when I finally found someone to actually do their job, they did it rude fashion. It’s like they train people to give the worst service in the world, felt like I was in that Chappelle show skit at the copy/​fax store

Wingstop, I have never had any problems with this particular Wingstop, everything is always on point, I recommend this Wingstop, when I come to Richmond, I make sure I get my grub on. Let’s Go Richmond Wingstop!

Love this place, the Hawaiin flavor is so good. The customer service is usually good, too, and the wait time isn’t too bad.

I ordered 8 wings and french fries. It took 34 minutes to get my food and the french fries weren’t even hot. Nothing good to say.

Found a chicken beak in my wings. It was delicious and buttered up like you would hope. Finally found a photo of my auntie and she was so happy that we are the bbq wings in the el dorado.

Crappy service. screwed up my order. no space. trash all around the entrance and outside tables. never goin to that crappy lil shack again.

Worst customer service. Ordered from online and associate said they never received the order. She asked if we call and confirmed the order. Yet, we called and was on hold for 10 minutes to verify. Kind of beat the purpose when you have online ordering and have to call the store to verify if the order was received.

Worst Wingstop in the area. They should rename this place «Shitstop». Wings were alright but the fries were simply awful. The place was a pigpen because nobody clears the tables. Bathroom was locked and they told me somebody was using it when nobody was in there. The Wingstop in El Cerrito is much better. I will never come here again.

I’m not gonna lie I love chicken and I love chicken wings. Here in Richmond my favorite places are KFC and Wingstop. Yet I have to say that both businesses have a lit to improve upon. Wingstop is a little too greasy and the local KFC do not stay far behind .
The service is a little slow too. Or rather very very slow, where we often gave to wait for 30 minutes or more. But nothing is as slow as KFCs service. I mean they take a very long time preparing the food where it is just not fun.
Now, in terms of flavor, the chicken wings from Wingstop at the shopping center near Target are pretty tasty and their sauce flavors are amazing, although a but salty.
there us also a large variety of flavors, from mild spiceness also to very very spicy. If you are around Target, please do stop at Wingstop and take a bite

they either forget something or put in the wrong thing every time i order from them. id go to the one at the plaza instead.

Out of all the wing places I’ve been too over the years, this place consistently wins every time. Always super hot, great flavors and decent prices. I love their lousiana rub, garlic parmesan, and plain.

The worst wingstop in the world! Gave my whole party the wrong order. Had to come all the way back. They gave us less wings then what we paid for! Then the fries are burnt and soggy and taste 10 days old! The employee says thats how they are. Thats bs! Customer service was horrible and they did not care! Never coming back!

Not a wing stop regular, reminded of why today. Firstly, the place is pricey for a fast food. The boneless wings are roughly nugget sized and apparently you can’t purchase less than an eight piece unless you’re ordering the six piece combo. The real reason for the crappy score is the service.
They failed to give a recipe for the food, did not put the ordered amount of wings in two out of three orders placed, and the seasoned fries were soggy and over cooked.
It isn’t my fault if you don’t wish to be a fast food employee, had a bad day or whatever your beef is, but for the life of me I do not understand when employees take offense and get up in arms when it comes to addressing a problem with an order. That is a swift way to turn an already irate customer into a pissed off customer. The employee claimed the fries «always look that way», blamed the two day old oil and was very reluctant to prepare a new batch (which after preparation was declared to «be the same»). Then, initially only one wing was offered to make up for the missing ones as if it was a favor instead of correcting the employee mistake. In the end a potato salad of appeasement was given, but it should not have been that big of a headache and exchanged snark. The food doesn’t match the price and the poor service definitely doesn’t make this location worth the headache.

Really pleased with the service different girl really nice girl and vey polite I ask for some bbk souce and she didn’t charge me last time they try to charge me if I was the owner I will reduce the bathroom size to half that bathroom is taking a lot of space just for one toilet and a sink and I will add more tables after reducing the size of the bathroom to half «))»

Overcharged me then said they didn’t know how to do a refund. This is terrible when the employees don’t know how to do their job!

Just ate here last night! Service was great! And the food??? Mmmmmm good! The staff was very friendly. While I was eating here I just noticed the customers they have at night just give them a hard time. Theyre just ratchet nasty! Very non– polite creatures. This girl was ranting about her roll not being hot. And after the cashier gave her a new one she still was running her mouth all over the place. I mean cmon, I was eating dinner here have respect for other customers! May god bless this restaurant and their employees!

I had lunch here recently. The staff was very polite. For fast food, it wasn’t as fast as I’d prefer but the wait wasn’t horrible. Their french fries are significantly over-​salted. I definitely prefer Buffalo Wild Wings over this place.

Came across this place while on jury duty.
For a popular chain, space is very limited and I don’t think there was an even a TV.
Food was great as usual but with such a small dining area, you are better off getting your food to go. Or hope you get lucky and get a one of the few dining tables.

The three things I love about this place:
* The Garlic-​Parmesan Wings
* The seasoned fries with ranch dressing
* The magic soda machine with a million flavors
True, they are a little slow, but they are making your wings from scratch, so give them a break. This is also really just a takeout place — there are a few tables you can sit at, but I wouldn’t try it during a time when they are busy. The people that work there are always friendly and the place is new and kept up very well.

I couldn’t have asked for a better location for this Wingstop to be in! It is so close to the residential area and made convenient to call in and grab it to go!

I especially love their lemon peppered flavored chicken! It is so bomb! Hands down!!!
Freshly fried, full of savory flavor and so crispy that you can crunch and nom away — even at the bone! It is that good!!!
The ranch with the yam fries is smackin’ delicious! ALSO, dip those fries into the leftover sauce you have from the chicken wings and LA LA LA AMAZING!!!
YEP, I don’t waste a drop of that finger lickin’ yummy sauce and you most definitely, will not be seeing me waste a wing!
