This is the standard Panera. Pretty decent food. The service is quick but make sure they get your order correct. Today is Veterans Day and although they advertise there are some locations giving free meals for veterans, this is not one of them. Looks like I’ll head to Olive Garden a block down for Veterans Day freebies next year.

The sandwich I waited over 5 minutes for in the drive thru was definitely fresh and tasted delicious. I also had a pumpkin spice latte which I’m not sure what they use to flavor that looks like some type of oil. It, too, was delicious but I was a little weirded out by the oily droplets when I took the lid off. The worst part was the (I think) wait in the drive thru.

Good location. Very clean and there is a drive-thru. There is not a lot of seating inside, probably less than what you are used to at Panera but finding a seat is never a problem. Staff is friendly and food is what you would typically expect of a Panera.

Asiago steak sandwich was just about the worst sandwich creation so far by panera. The fact its not noted as a cold sandwich was also a huge let down. Who wants to eat a 9 dollar cold steak sandwich? When i asked the associate working the line if it was supposed to be cold he replied with «yeah» and brushed me off when i announced how horrible it was.

Please stop messing up my order! This has happened several times here at their Drive-Thru at lunch-time hours. Things like wrong bread on sandwich or putting tomatoes on sandwich when I asked for none. Forgetting mayo on 2 different occasions. Wrong side order on a few occasions, example: a bagette when I asked for a apple. My order is usually only one or 2 items. It’s not complicated, they just need to pay a little more attention! It’s frustrating when this happens 50% of the time. This is the only location I have had this issue frequently. Other Panera Bread’s haven’t been this bad. They get 3 stars because the items are usually good. I did once find a small piece of plastic in my soup, prob from the bag they poured it from. I think Panera Bread as a whole needs to step up the bakery. The items look much better than they taste. A little pricy: $ 2.49 is too much for a small/regular sized tea/soda.

Over the years I have grown to love Panera. I have defended it to all the naysayers who said the food was overpriced because the cost really did match the quality of the food. I was excited when this Panera opened up in my neighborhood and as all new restaurants encounter there were a few growing pains. However it is now a year later this particular location continues to disappoint me. Often they run out of bread and have to try creative things with signature sandwiches which are the staple of Panera. Panera is a bakery and I feel that this location fails at both café and bakery level. I have visited this location for the last time. My advice… Find a different location.

Love their healthy menu! This place is great when your trying to maintain a healthy diet. I chose the ½ bravo bacon sandwich and the black bean soup… Just enough to fill me without feeling too full.
Another great appeal to this place is you can sit there for hours and chat with a friend and not take up a table like in a larger restaurant setting.
Great spot! Great service! Great food!
