I’ve never had the salad here, but we regularly get the breakfast burritos and other Mexican food. It’s authentic and fresh.

Very poor service. Dirty. Worst management ever. Being new to the area, a busy lifestyle and healthy eating habits, I found very few restaurants I could go to that were affordable, quick and offer salads. So my husband and I got into a habit of going here 3 – 4 times a week for our family of four. Spending lots of money and being very good customers for almost 2 months. Every time we came we were polite, friendly and personable. Not once did any of the managers, server or owner recognize us. Not once did they welcome us. Not once did they thank us. Always rude and acted like their patrons were putting them out. Well last night was the last straw… We came in and I got the same salad I get 3 times a week, but this time the dressing tasted sour. When I mentioned it to the girl behind the counter she went and told the owner– he said. No– it’s not. I asked him if I could get something else this time it wasn’t right he said NO. That’s not my fault you didn’t like it. WHAT? Are you serious? What ever happened to caring about your customers — especially those that spend hundreds a month at your establishment. I will NEVER return and will make sure many don’t. How does an establishment like this make it? Take a lesson in customer service from Babes. Or even the nice manager right next to you at Fuzzy’s. I would rather eat s meal that is less healthy if it means I get to patronize an establishment that appreciates their customers and welcomes them with open arms. Shame on you Salad Bowl.

I’ve only had salad here, but what I’ve had is really tasty. The salad bar always looks fresh and has plenty of variety to choose from. The smaller salad is always more than enough food even at my hungriest. The restaurant itself has always been very clean and comfortable and the staff is very friendly too. I always think next time I go I’ll try their Mexican dishes because it smells so good in there at lunch time, but I haven’t strayed from the salad bar yet.

ALWAYS good! and by good I mean SOGOOD! As a California transplant I’ve been dying for good Mexican food, especially sopes. Get the chicken sopes and street tacos… your stomach will thank me

Took my family here while in town for a first visit. Sort of a «hole in the wall» feel. There is limited seating. Expected as much, though. We all ordered Mexican dishes; though the salads looked great. Tacos, quesadillas, nachos, and a big burrito — we all enjoyed our food. The Salad Bowl is a huge step up from fast food with on a small increase in price. Set that as your expectation and it will satisfy!

A custom salad place(think local snappy salad or salata) with some awesome Mexican food choices. I’ve been for both breakfast and dinner now, and look forward to more future visits! and maybe, one day I’ll try a salad… with a taco on the side. For breakfast, tacos are 1.50 a pop. They are smallish, but delicious. For a little bit more, you could get a burrito, but I actually preferred the tacos due to the inclusion of beans in the burrito. Don’t get me wrong, I like beans, but the texture got to be too monotonous. Dinner was a pastor torta. yum! One of the better tortas I’ve had in a while! Nice toasted bread, delicious meat and fresh toppings. I also went ahead and got a beef taco, fully dressed — you know — for research purposes. They include a bit of ‘Mexican coleslaw’ with the usual onions and cilantro. It added additional crunch and texture. Chips and salsa, was satisfying, but I did find the salsa to be on the salty side. Nice employees, a few booths and a couple of longer, communal tables. My vote would be to skip fuzzys(next door), and head here instead!
