First time coming here so I didn’t know what to expect. Let me just say the management staff makes me feel really at home! The customer service is awesome just as well as the food this is definitely not my last time here. Jon Michael Macias Assistant Manager Zaxbys

Wack as wack, over sized Taco Cabana. I thought it was a restaurant. I can go to another place, get served complimentary chips & salsa plus get waited on for cheaper. No thank you. Waste of time

Always consistent always delicious. Only wish they had a breakfast menu. From the bean and cheese burrito to the fanciest menu item there isn’t anything that goes wrong. Sometimes just queso and a dozen tortillas is dinner. Great sweet tea. And the carrot cake is my favorite.

I came here for the first time over the weekend. We didn’t know the setup but a server was nice enough to let us know how things worked. We went before an Express game and was expecting a bit of a crowd pre-gaming but the place was empty. I really wanted a quesadilla but to my surprise it was the one MExican food item I couldn’t see on the menu. I mean, who doesn’t do quesadillas?! In the end I went with the Mexican dinner which was a taco and an enchilada with rice and beans on the side. I had a soft chicken taco with a cheese enchillada. The taco was definitely missing something. Either a sauce or a lot more seasoning or both, but the taco itself was one of the best I’ve had. They throw in a couple of extras with every meal which is a nice bonus and definitely elevated this place from an average 3* to a 4. The cheese enchillada was very good as were the rice and beans. If they could season their taco proteins or add a nice tangy sauce this place would be right up there. For now it remains on par with Fuzzy’s, just ahead of Torchy’s.

My husband and I must drive by this place at least two times in a week. So tonight we thought we would stop in and try it. The menu is all over the place and it takes about a couple of minutes to figure out what you want. Well when our order was up, and we saw and ate some of our food, it wasn’t at all good. Beans taste like hey are from a can, rice is mushy with no flavor, salsa tastes like you would put it on spaghetti, tamale that my husband ordered was soggy beef fajita taco was stringy and chicken fajita taco was bland and enchilada was okay but the sauce was greasy. The only good thing out of the whole meal was the tortillas! Homemade and delicious. Not at all what I had expected from a Mexican food place. Very disappointed and most likely will not come back.

Have seriously had better Taco Bell. Girl who rang us up was super rude, and I get that it’s a self-serve place but besides from taking your order there is no other type of customer service, and again, the customer service you do get SUCKS. Food was bland, no flavor. Got the Nachos platter for $ 29.99 and I wish I would’ve just taken that money and picked up the items to make them myself. Will not return.

Our family LOVES Rosa’s! It’s just super good fast food Tex-Mex. We eat there every single Tuesday. I can feed my entire family for under $ 15. SOLD. Best things on the menu: Anything with the beef fajita meat, and on Tuesdays — the taco plate. 3 tacos, rice, beans, plus two extra tortillas to cover in butter and honey. :) ¡Fiesta!

Steak fajita meat is tender and flavorful! Gives Chuy’s some competition. Chicken enchiladas with tomatillo — yuck! Rice is so-so. Frijoles are pretty good. Tortillas are thicker than we are used to, but very light and tasty. Will be back and try the chicken fajitas. Had a tiny piece of chicken with the beef and it was very good.

I LOVEROSA’S! We have commuting to the one in Cedar Park for the last few years. I sent a request for them to open one up in Round Rock and after a year, my wish came true! My husband tries everything on the menu, but I only get their cheese enchiladas because I love them so much! I also love their tortillas. Yum!!!

The only thing good about this place is… Oh wait, I can’t think of anything. Super greasy, corn tortillas are thick and rubbery, nacho cheese tastes burned and the ground beef is questionable.

I’ve been here twice and have really enjoyed the beef fajita tacos and homemade tortillas. Can’t beat the price either.

Ok so this is gonna be short & sweet., My 1st time here, it’s very close to where I live & omg! This place is awesome. The fact that they have a drive-thru is the best thing Bc I hardly have time during the week to stop off for dinner. The food was very good. I had the Mexican plate & both my daughter & I ate off that one plate., Lots of food! The best tortillas too! The best fast service any Mexican restaurant hands down! Welcome to my hood :) I’m a happy camper!

Not a fan. I love Mexican food and was excited this was opening by my house. Taco bell across the street is better.

We came on a Tuesday night and taco Tuesday was in full swing. The place was packed and it had to be because this place just opened up a few days ago. So since it was Taco Tuesday, I went for the beef tacos. It was blah and so was the rice and refried beans. The queso tasted like it was from a can. The place is nice and clean. The employees were always clearing off dirty tables and sweeping up but my meal is what was the only thing wrong about our visit. I will give this place another try and update my review.

It’s a glorified Taco Cabana. The food is ok, but it’s usually cold by the time we get home 8 minutes away and our order is always wrong. We have to sit at the drive thru window and check everything every time and sure enough, they get something wrong. I once got home with no cheese on my nachos. That’s like getting no cheese on your pizza or meat in your burger(haha) or chicken in your fried. So frustrating. But their food does satisfy the random craving for bad tex mex so… they get 2 stars.

This is a great quick lunch spot! I absolutely love their fajita nachos, chicken fajita salad, and the tres amigos(enchilada plate). The food is good for fast food Mexican. And the servers were all very nice when we were there. I would definitely go here again and bring friends!

Twice I have been here and twice they have left out items I have ordered. The food is not good enough to make up for bad service…

Not a bad place, better than Taco cabana but cannot be compared to a place like Chuy’s. We went there on a busy Saturday evening, we didn’t have to wait long for our foods. We got Deluxe mexican plate and Chicken fajita plate to share between 2 adults and 2 children under 5 and there were plenty(and cheap too!). Love the super spicy salsa too. We will be back!

Like many people in the Round Rock area I was interested in Rosa’s Café & Tortilla Factory, and was brought in on a Tuesday by the mail flyer we received this week. The restaurant was very busy, but the staff handled it well. There was a constant stream of people going through the order line as well as the drive through, but the taco plates we ordered were quickly served. This is a casual counter service restaurant that serves its food on regular plates and uses silverware instead of paper and plastic. The garishly decorated restaurant had 3 drink stations that I saw, and a large dining area. Even with all the customers taking advantage of «Taco Tuesday» there was no problem finding a seat. I ordered the regular crispy taco plate with beans and rice. The tacos were okay — basic, and nothing to write home about. The beans and rice were also fine, and better than what you get at Taco Cabana. I look forward to coming back and trying other things on the menu, and Rosa’s will probably become my substitute for Taco Cabana. One thing I thought was odd was a taco restaurant that isn’t open for breakfast. They are missing the opportunity to take advantage of our love for breakfast tacos.

Im going to give it a 3. I know we had a lot of new employees just starting. I have never been to a mesa rosa but its like a taco cabana. A bit nicer. And the fajitas were were better than taco cabana.

Me and my family love going here. We feed all 5 of us for around 30 dollars. They have a wide range of items and decent soda selection. The food is great and the service is just as good. I like the fact that people seem like they want too be there. I will visit this restaurant plenty of times in the future.

Took some friends for good tex mex, what a mistake the food was cold, did not get the order right, gold paper was beef and silver chicken it was all a mix up, some of it was chicken the other fajita my plate was missing the salad. Over all a bad day for Rosas. The manager could not explain why our extra tortillas were hotter then the food itself. Very very disappointing, BTW they gave us a gift card the we gave to someone else. I will not bring my kids to this place just for safety

This is a very good restaurant. The food is amazing this is by far the best ‘quick’ Tex-Mex restaurant in the Round Rock area all the menu options are freshly made and have phenomenal taste!

So much better the second time. I could do only so much of the turkey leftovers and this was the closest place to home. Got the combo fajita platter again and it was miles better.

This is the second Rosas I have eaten at and feel 3 stars is fair. They don’t serve quesadillas which seems ironic considering they are a «tortilla factory» and every plate has ample cheese on it. This is a step above fast food. The rice and beans is fast food quality. The fajita meat had a good flavor and was the highlight of the plate. The fajita plate only came with meat, tortillas, ensalada, and beans. If you want bell pepper and onions then you are out of luck. The tortillas are not my favorite. They are thick and closer to a flat bread. Real authentic tortillas are usually thinner and have a gritty feel from the flour in them. This place is similar to a giant Taco Cabana from quality to the menu.

Rosa’s was packed, just like every other new restaurant that opens in Round Rock. My wife had the Mexican plate, cheese enchilada that didn’t measure up, tamale, crunchy taco and a tostada… all averaging out to about 3 stars. My beef fajita plate was a little better, the ‘fitas had good flavor but were very chewy. The salsa bar was pretty nice. This is a fast food place with real plates and silverware, the prices aren’t fast food, the quality of the food doesn’t match the prices. A step above Taco Cabana. We’ve eaten at the Cedar Park Rosa’ location once, Tequila’s Bar and Grill is better.

What’s not to love about Rosas? Taco Tuesdays! Salsa bar! Sopapillas! Chocolate cake! Bomb ass ice! Drive thru! Open til midnight on the weekends! Fresh tortillas! It’d be excellent if they had margaritas. But, the cost, quantity and taste is pretty dang good. It’s TexMex tasty. No longer will I have to go to Cedar Park for Rosas! Whoooo-hoo!
