We recently moved to Rowley and love this place! I first went there to pick up take-out sandwiches for our moving crew; everyone ordered something different and everyone was pleased. My husband and I love their breakfasts, and their pizza is the best in the area. Maybe the décor is a little dated, but there’s great variety in the menu. Everything is made to order, served quickly, and special requests are no problem. The family that runs it really seems to care about your satisfaction.

I have got to upgrade Olive to 5 stars. We have been to Olive for breakfast every few weeks and the food has been consistent good. It is always well prepared. Grandma especially likes that they serve steamed veggies for breakfast. We typically get pancakes or an omelette. They are always well prepared and with tasty home-fries.

The Olive Café is a no-brainer choice for breakfast or lunch if you’re in Rowley. Consistently good food for great prices. Nice café/sub shop atmosphere with polite and helpful staff. Service is always done in a timely manner. It’s really a wonder people are still going to Rowley House of Pizza when the food here is consistently cooked better and priced much more appropriately. the next time you are ordering out for pizza, give these guys a try. you’ll be glad you did.

Greeted immediately when walking in, excellent service, and delicious food. Would have given the place 5 stars if the outer appearance was more appealing.

Definitely a hidden gem. You would not think to stop there if you were just driving by. Ive had the Strawberry Fields wrap and California Panini and both were excellent. Everything is fresh and homemade, even the dressings. The sliced turkey is like they sliced it off of a Thanksgiving turkey — it was warm and juicy. The people that run the place are very friendly and aim to please, and the chefs/cooks always ask how your food was as you are checking out. The booths and windows are pretty sad looking and need to be updated, and their sign outside has Olives in very small lettering so you could miss it or not want to go in from the appearance. But try it — you will not be disappointed.

New to the area and always see cars out front. Went in for a quick lunch of burger and fries and disappointed. Quick analysis says they must focus on the phone orders and not the eat-in customers as I waited 30-minutes for a mediocre burger and ended up having to get it to-go. I probably won’t be back. Staff seemed nice enough, I think they have a work flow management issue. Good portions on the food for the food/value.

Not family friendly if they only have 1 highchair in the restaurant! They didn’t even have a booster. We had to leave since we didn’t want to wait with our 18 month old for a half hour waiting for the highchair.

This place is terrible! It took a whole day to get the smell of the restaurant out of my car. It’s hard to describe, but maybe rancid oil? I would not recommend this to anyone. In fact, I was expecting someone in my family to get sick after eating from here.

Hidden Gem, Very friendly family running the business and greet immediately. The service is quick with plenty of parking which is convenient. Appropriate sized menu with an array of options. My favorite is the Rowley Farms Omelet. I’m a big fan of home fries, these might be the best in the area. As a family we’ve become regulars and tried just about everything; we love it!

A great«hole in the wall» type of place. Hard to mess up breakfast, and they didnt. Came out exactly as ordered. My daughter(who’s 5) loved her french toast and fruit. My only complaint is that paint doesn’t cover everything. I know this building has been a lot of things, and they clearly tried to «clean it up» the best they could… but the décor and cleanliness was just not there. Doesn’t make you want to come back… But, I will because its a family business.

Eggs Benedict was perfect! Eggs and all! Coffee is complimentary with every meal. Staff is friendly and warm. You are greeted at the door by a wonderful woman who is kind enough to off you coffee before you even sit down! Bathrooms small but extremely clean. A/C and TV. Artwork on wall is for sale. I can’t wait to come back and try lunch. You will NOT be disappointed.

I have tried this place twice so far and have not been disappointed! The owners are very nice. The Rowley Chopped salad is delicious. Lots of variety on the menu! Updated…went again and was disappointed. some thing was inconsistent about the salad… I ended up throwing it away.

After an early morning of hiking at the Ipswich Wildlife Sanctuary we stopped for breakfast at the Olive Café. WOW. What a great breakfast. I ordered the Hungryman breakfast. It was hot, very tasty and just the right portion. The eggs were light, the steak tips were nicely seasoned and perfect. The homefries were grilled just right. The pancakes were light and huge! My wife ordered a veggie omelet that was cooked perfectly. She ate the whole thing, which is unusual for her. The service was friendly and anticipated our needs. The eatery is small but welcoming and clean. I’ve eaten lunch here many times and found it just what I wanted, good food at a good price. I will definitely come back again for more breakfasts.

This location hasn’t had the best luck over the years, but i truly hope that the Olive Café is here to stay. The family that runs the business is friendly and honest, producing some of the best food this town has seen in years. Miles above Rowley house and Pizza Factory in nearly every respect. Some of the tastiest and unique subs i’ve had in my life. Breakfast is wonderful also. Support this restaurant. They deserve to thrive for a long time

We absolutely love Olive Café! We have had pizza, salads, sandwiches, and breakfast there. They are nice people who make great food at reasonable prices. Their omelets are great, and they serve breakfast all day. They are only open for dinner on Thursday and Friday nights, otherwise they close after lunch, which is perfectly fine and makes sense in this town. I love this place, and have high hopes it will be around for years to come, as I both work and live in Rowley!
