McDonald’s

I like the way this place is starting the year off…
Service is better than before and the food quality has gone up. I give them a solid 3 with hopes of raising my rating later. Previously I gave this place a generous 2 stars.
They hired many new employees. I think they finally got rid of the old lazy manager… Or maybe not lol.
The key to this place getting a better rating now would be for them to not pull their fries early and overall consistency with their food. Some times I’ll get a really hot burger and a cold burger. Or my burgers are fresh but my fries are floppy and Luke warm.
I hope they keep improving. I am a fan.

They forgot my sauce for my 20 piece nuggets. How the hell am I suppose to enjoy 20 nuggets without barbecue sauce??? Wth

Went through drive-​thru this morning and tried to order 2 McMuffins using a BOGO coupon. This was a paper coupon that didn’t need to be scanned. They had a sign that said App and Scannable coupons could not be used due to system issue, which I understand, but when I asked why they wouldn’t accept a Non-​Scannable coupon, she wouldn’t/couldn’t answer me.
Change your signs or train your employees!
I backed out of the drive-​thru and went to McDonald’s on Florin/​Franklin. They were busy (no wonder) but the knew what to do with the coupon.

My first mind told me to not stop here and when I did then I told myself to go inside, but NOOO I had to take my happy self through the drive thru anyways. Boy oh boy was I sorry. It was only two cars in front of me and it took about 25 minutes for those two cars to get food.
What was interesting was the guy in the truck in front of me was trying to show off and he pulls his truck so close to the pole when he had to pay for his food that afterwards it tookhim about 3 minutes or so to back up and try not to tear it up. Had to smh!
Then when he’s at the window he gives them a empty McDonalds cup, one of those that they put the ice coffee in and they give him two full cups back. Had to laugh. Still just waiting and mad at myself because I didn’t follow my first mind and go inside. I gotta admit every time I come thru the drive thru here there is always some kind of problem.
Oh and let me not forget the attitude on the young lady that was working the window where you paid for your food. She was all frowned up, didn’t even make eye contact with me when she took my money for my order. When I got to the window to get my food, again I had to wait because the order still wasn’t ready. When I pulled into the drive thru it was only 3 cars. Now the line was long and all the way around.
All I can say is fast food isn’t fast food anymore. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a McDonalds drive thru before. Not to mention a woman walking up to people car windows asking them for money. The things I do for chicken nuggets!
I give them a 1 star simply because I have to give them something!!! But what an experience. …

We went through drive through and the lady kept saying they were busy and not taking orders but the other lane kept taking orders. Waited for 10 – 15 min. We then backed up to go to the lane taking orders and made our order and once we do they start taking their order on the other side!

staff is friendly enough but prices are drastically higher than other McDonald’s in surrounding areas. They tend to end corporate promotions early here and all day breakfast doesn’t include mc griddles. They also charge an «up charge» on any happy meals that include any healthy alternative to soda (very few McD charge extra). Worst part is that the bathrooms are locked and you have to get «buzzed in» to use them… I removed 2 stars for the bathroom, 1 star for the uncharges, and 1 for the early ending promos. then added 1 back as the staff that I delt with today were friendly enough with me and all the other customers I watched getting served including the homeless guy that just wanted a cup of water…

Wherever i go i eat ice cream chocolate every time after. But in this place they didn’t have it at all!!! and they only had two customers and they were so busy that they couldnt even answer my question!!!

Ordered my food cashier was great. My number gets called I go get get my food at least part of it dude says it’s gonna be a minute on fries ok I’ll eat other stuff while fries cook, smh I finish eating and after like 20 minutes go by I go say something after 5 minutes of being ignored dude comes up and said oh yea smh I get my fries that were sprawling getting cooked and we’re stale as fuck never again yuck

It’s just your usual McDonald’s. As a guy who sweats really easy, this place is a dread to be at. Service is decent although you have to ask for the restroom to be unlocked. Once in a while when you order something, it won’t come out the way you want it to. For example, my mom ordered a Cheeseburger one time without onions and it came with onions anyways. I’d love to give it more stars but this place needs some serious remodelling first.

Always takes forever to get your food. Expect to wait at least 20 minutes in the drive thru. There’s always homeless people coming up to your car asking for change while you’re trying to order too.

Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for an egg white delight. Did I mention I also waited about 5 minutes just to order? When I finally got my egg white well let’s just say it was a cold ham about a quarter of egg whites unmelted cheese and a hard muffin bread. Worst location ever.

I shit you not, I’ve been sitting in the drive through for twenty minutes and its about 9:43, all I ordered was a large sprite and shit is not moving.

Clean bathrooms but when eating inside water is not an option for drink at the soda fountain.

This is the most service oriented McDonald’s I have ever been to for coffee/​fast food. They have the dual problem of transients and two nearby high schools. Their staff is friendly, their coffee is always fresh, and their restaurant is clean and decorated. If you are scared of beggars just use the drive thru, but management will come out and deal with them for you.

I just try to avoid this McDonald’s. Food is just like the rest of the McDonald’s, it’s the service level that’s awful. Horrible, horrible, horrible. To place an order your generally start with four or five in front of you almost every time. Always have only one taking orders and that person is all so having to fill orders, make coffee, make oatmeal, and do 1000 other things beyond just taking your order. Takes an amazing amount of time from when you walk through the door to when you actually get your food. I guess the place is trying to limit staff to reduce staffing costs. But in doing so they greatly wipe out any decent service-​level to its customers.

I took my grandson there to get some hot chocolate, while sitting in the car waiting I observed 2 drug buys, scary looking men with their pants to their knees hanging out front, after 15 minutes I go inside to see whats going on, kept asking about the chocolate, the MANAGER kept saying ok we got it. Finally, I got upset and told them to give my grandson his money back, that’s when the manager told me they have to make the chocolate!!! I was like give him the money, we will go else where. You guys should had told him you had to make it. He gave him his money back with a attitude!!! Every time we go there we have to wait longer than 15 minutes. Terrible customer service!!! And to be honest a little scary because of the people hanging outside!!!

I give this a zero star! I come here almost every night around 9:30pmto grab their chocolate chip cookies. One time the lady said they’re out and I said I can wait for it but she said they’re completely out! Just the other day I went and the guy took my order and said I will have to wait half an hour. So I replied, «doesn’t it only take 1−2mins only?» He replies, «because we will have to preheat our OVEN to bake the cookies». Luckily my cousin works for a different location McDondalds, she told me that they’re lying! Cuz McDondalds only microwave it! LAZY ASS MOTHER ‘EFF!

I hate to say this but today will be my last time I’ll be coming here at McDonalds on 24^th and Florin Rd. I came here a lot for my lunch breaks even though they are very slow but the worst part is every time I come there are a lot of people outside asking for money and food.
My last straw was earlier today when I was trying to have a quick lunch before I have to go back to work but got interrupted by a guy who i dont know, actual sat IN FRONT of me on MY TABLE where I was trying to eat and asked if he can buy him food! Who does that!!! This place is soooo ghetto! There shouldn’t be any soliciting aloud! Customers shouldnt feel threatened and obligated at anytime at McDonalds! Everyone should feel safe and comfortable when at McDonalds! This is horrible! Why doesnt the staff do anything about this!!!

Double cheese burgers are more expensive on the right side of the tracks at $ 1.79 each… Wow that was a shocker lol ;)~

Well… Yes and no…
On my first visit to this Micky D’s while in a new neighborhood for me I swung in here to grab my usual 2 double cheeseburgers & large diet Coke while continuing onward towards my route when I spoke my order through the speaker-​box and was shocked to see that my usual double cheeseburgers were ringing up at $ 1.79 each INSTEAD of the customary $ 1.29-$ 1.39 each that I usually pay when shopping over in the hood where I call home…
Now I know that the Micky D’s franchise is just that; sold out to people who must adhere to specific corporate rules and regulations however the pricing it appears at least on some items is independent to each franchisee…
Well, without going into too much detail lets just say that there was nothing special or spectacular about this days purchases; the burgers were no larger, filled with more yummy greasy goodness NOR was the customer service any better than what I have become accustomed to over on the wrong side of the tracks and so I DISLIKE greatly the higher rate of exchange that this location charges for exactly the same items that other locations sell for less…
Poo-​poo on you Land Park location and the owners of this store and you can keep your burgers as I have decided that regardless of how hungry I may be next time out in this area I shall make other arrangements beforehand and deny you the extra change as its a matter of principle for this chic…

DO NOT EAT HERE. My wife got food poisoning. The fries are stale, the bread feels like cardboard boxes and when we complained about this all the head manager could do is offer a $ 5 coupon for more stale fries.
We dont want a $ 5 dollar coupon we want you guys to stop pre cooking your food and letting it sit all day just to serve people. I would suggest going to the Mcdonalds on Florian Road, it may be a little further from your home but their fries are always fresh and the buns are never hard unlike this mcdonalds. Also expect to have a ton of teenagers mess up your order. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.
If you do happen to go here make sure you check your order before you leave as they mess up all the time.
I workout and eat junk food like this on my cheat days, I thought junk food is suppose to taste good? This mcdonalds plus the management and the owner are all greedy careless scum. Shut this place down already.
Went there 2 nights ago around 10pm-​11pm ish some hmong girl in the drive thru had no people skills and was on the phone texting while taking orders. If it wasnt illegal I would of slapped her ugly face. I think she was hooking up the car behind us with free food because they said hi and drove right by.
The mexican girl who handed us the food just gave us our bag without saying anything.
Smh please give these jobs to people who are positive not these young high school scum bags. Lol
