Today I had Andrew’s Bayou Ribs for the first time when their food truck came to my job. The service was friendly and i got my food pretty quickly. The sauce is pretty good and the portions are large.

This is the best BBQ I’ve had in the Midwest. I tried a combo with brisket, ribs and pulled pork. The meat had a great smokey flavor and the sauce was just the perfect sweetness and spiciness. The beans tasted like Van Kampen out of the can which is great because they make a good bean. The potato salad was cool and crisp and I would eat more of it any time. I can’t wait until this truck is in my neighborhood.

They were late. Our food was cold, the meat wasn’t a good quality meat. Gave me an upset stomach. I would NOT recommend there food.

Andrews bayou ribs was at the feast in the park Faust park. It’s a food truck. They rib tips where awesome and the sauce was good. You get a lot of rib tips for the price. Next time I’m trying the chicken wings and thick cut pork steak.
