Buffalo Wild Wings

I ordered a black and blue burger with some Asian Zest traditional wings.
I would honestly not recommend ordering anything but some beers or alcohol. This is one of the most unprofessional place I’ve ever seen. The food is ALL frozen according to the manager. Who by the way was just sitting down enjoying the TV when we came in.
The burgers were over cooked some would even say burnt. The patties on the burgers were so small I would’ve probably gotten something bigger at McDonald’s. If you like some cheap frozen patties with some frozen bacon. Then this is the place to go. If you like actual meat prepared by hand and cooked right skip this place and head on over to a different restaurant. There’s plenty or places with much better burgers.
The only reasoning giving them 2 stars is because while the wings were a bit dry they were still better than the burger and managed to get the burnt taste out of my mouth.
We still had to pay full price for 1 bite from each burger. There was no effort to right what was wrong with the food. There was a lot of excuses and trying to explain why a restaurant that charges 10 – 13 dollars for a burger has to have its meats frozen.

Service here does suck but I honestly don’t care once I walk in those doors. Only reason I come here is to watch a game and enjoy some simple tailgating food and beer. I think this is why the service sucks because the staff is busy hanging out watching the games as well. Anyway, We usually order the tablegating sampler, side of fries and a snack size wing order and two round of beer. Comes out expensive for such a small order but it fills my girlfriend and I up. She loves the Habanero Wings, however we both enjoyed the jalapeño wings. Those had a kick but were not over spicy. All in all an average place to be.

Will not be returning anytime soon. Waited 30 minutes for food to come out before walking out and paying for drinks only. When we arrived the restaurant was full. By the time we left still waiting to eat we were the only ones sitting in our section. They need better servers asap!

Food could of been better. I ordered the big daddy hamburger. The hamburger bun was dry and not toasted. Came straight out of the plastic bag it shipped in and straight to my plate. The hamburger patty was really dry. I really don’t care for shoe string fries. But I guess that’s what I get for not coming in for chicken wings. Great place to come watch sports though.

Food was good. Parmesan Wings were a treat. The perfect place to go if you want a headache and don’t want to hear anyone you are with. Volume was beyond loud even for a sports bar.

Our server Alyssa was the ish! She’s great, very friendly awesome customer service and very attentive. The food well it’s ok. No different than any other BWW. don’t come here for the food but the environment. Awesome service.

First of all, this place is in a busy shopping center and parking can be an issue especially if you don’t want dings on your car. You do get greeted right away and that’s the extent of the costumer service. Take a look at the bathroom, it’s been filthy all three times I’ve been here. There appears to be two men managing the floor. All other floor employees are good looking young ladies. It gives the impression that the two floor supervisors are pimps, rather than customer service oriented. I did notice the «pimps» obsessively staring at all women that walked through the door.
The food ! Mediocre, at best. The service, terrible. The value, a rip off. Won’t go back to this location again. I do feel sorry for the staff that does put in some effort to do the right thing.

Horrible service! There was hardly any tables when we stopped to eat, however the server had no enthusiasm, didn’t seem happy to have guests at all, several tables around us were dirty (for a while!) and employees were just standing around.
When we left we passed our server, three other servers and more than 5 people behind the hostess stand, and only 1 person said have a good day (and didn’t even smile when she said it, or seem genuine).
It was my first time ever going to a Buffalo Wild Wings and I thought it would be way better than this since it’s a growing chain.
Shame on the General Manager for not being on their staff and not training their staff on customer service. You location should not have dirty tables, and should at least have employees that work! Will never return!

The last few times I’ve gone I’ve had the worst service! It took forever to even get a table and once I asked to be seated, yes I had to ask after waiting for ten minutes, the waitress didn’t even take out drink order for another twenty minutes. I honestly felt she left cause I hadn’t seen her and we were waiting for a new one but NOPE! She popped back and asked if we wanted drinks, another twenty minutes passed and we finally get them! We order and the good comes after fifteen and she forgets the sauces so I personally walk to the kitchen to get some! And I didn’t even have time to wait for the bill so I took everyone’s card and walked up to the manager and asked him to ring us up cause I didn’t have another hour to waist!

I came in today and the service was much better! Dorris, our server, was great! Even though it was super busy she still managed to take good care of us and the food came out fast and hot.

This was my first time at this particular location. Jordan was our waiter and he was awesome. Great attitude and very helpful. Very knowledgeable and was patient. Never saw the bottom of my diet Pepsi. He was all over it. Can not sat enough great things about him.
I brought a friend that had never been to any location before. We had asked for a person to help decide what type of sauce to choose from. The person never presented themselves, not even to check on how we were doing.

So far horrible experience.
8 tables and 2 booths open and 5 different people stand at door waiting…2 security guards standing around laughing… And about 8 – 10 workers standing and walking around talking while tables are dirty… Rachael is manager on duty.
I’m a business major so this is a horrible way to run your place on Friday the 4thof July weekend
OK it’s now 15 minutes later and Levelle helped us quite a bit. I’m happier now that he sat us when he noticed us standing awhile. Also offered free appetizer. thank you
Just as I sit and watch them work though… a tip. Workers should take initiative and clear tables as they walk by and see it needs cleaning, then I form the front asap… so many open table with people waiting and workers Just walking by.

Pretty good. I like the drinks and my boyfriend likes the food. He’s a picky eater and when it’s late at night, there’s not much open so we frequent here. Some flavors for the wings are a swing and a miss while others are pretty good.
It’s not a terrible place, not bad for a chain restaurant.

This is your typical B-​dubs. Same model as most, however, slightly small. The atmosphere is mostly great. That being said, I would avoid this location late night if you are with family or don’t like altercations. While b-​dubs does a great job with security, the clientele tends to want to fight late night when their «team» is losing.
As for the food, it’s good as usual. I hate curry, but I surprisingly love the Thai Curry wings. Spicy garlic is a home run as well. If your up for something new, try the fried pickles. Bomby!

I came here to watch the Warriors game and some UFC the other day and was disappointed by everything. I ordered a chicken wrap and what I got was some dry chicken in a cold tortilla. I know people will tell me, «well dingus, they sell wings you shoulda eaten wings.» Well I DID! And they were garbage. They have no flavor at all and would not eat them again.
The viewing experience was all right.
Another thing is that while I was watching the UFC fight and the Warriors game, they would stop and wish somebody a happy birthday; what is this? Chuck E Cheese?

I had southwest chicken wrap, my husband had the buffalo wrap and our daughter had wings. Wings were medium amd spicy! Next time we’ll try a different sauce, make it more mild husband polished it off though lo,.
Great service, it did seem take awhile to get our food served, maybe it just seemed that way because we were starving! Next time we’ll get an app to start with.
My southwest wrap stated it came with tortilla chips and salsa but came with fries instead. The server apologized and gave me some chips ASAP. She let me keep the fries.

First off if you don’t like wings then this is likely not your ideal eating spot. So don’t be dumb.
Second, the TVs and sports are what makes BWW what it is– a great sports bar that serves food.
Our food was good, our drinks were cold and our server was good looking. I mean what else do you need.

Dropped in on a Monday night around 9pm on my way home from work. Sat in the bar area at a table and was quickly greeted.
Service: poor. Lots of energy but I believe their trained to educate the customer on the ENTIRE menu. I asked a few specific questions that took a LONG time to answer. Other per peace is waiting to pay. My plate was empty, bill closed and I looked around for my server for over ten minutes. This is not the time to make a customer wait since this is tip consideration time. Worsened when I see that the server is hanging out with another employee on break.
Food: took a very long time to come. Good once it did but at that time of night food should be flying out. I had the fish tacos.
Overall: ok so I was by myself, tired after a long day so take that into consideration but the atmosphere was way too loud. Maybe on a Friday or Saturday night it’s cool to turn the music to 11 and Rock out but on a Monday night at 9pm, maybe tone it down a little.
Doubt I’ll return.

Lengthy review, full of content. Please take the time to read it.
Went in around 8pm on Sunday evening, wait time wasn’t bad for a high top table (for 2), maybe 10 minutes. That’s where my positive review ends.
1^st complaint. Seating! You know that one seat in a restaurant where nobody ever sits, we sat there. Right next to the kitchen door and a managers laptop and wireless mouse at the table next to us. Is there not a back office for the manager to work on the laptop? Maybe there’s not a tv in that office and they really like sports. Who knows?!? One thing I do know, every table is money. If you have a laptop sitting on a table in the dining area, you’re losing money! Not my company, so who cares.
2^nd complaint. We were given menus that were WET. I asked the General Manager about this, he said we should of never been issued those. He explained that the liquid wasn’t water, but chemicals they use to clean it. He didn’t mention if it was soap, Ajax or something more dangerous. Do I need to contact poison control?!?
3^rd complaint. Ordering! I asked the waitress (forgot her name, since she didn’t mention it before taking my order) about one of the wing combos. She explained it thoroughly, but that’s where it ended. The combo comes with a whole bunch of stuff and coleslaw. I’m not a coleslaw fan, so I asked if I can swap it for a different side. Ready for her answer… she said «NO! But I can just not bring it out to you.» I was shocked, so I had to verify what she said. She was going to charge me the regular price for the meal, then just not bring the coleslaw out. No discount, no swapping, just not getting coleslaw. Maybe she likes the coleslaw and wanted it for herself or she had some friends there who wanted free coleslaw. I have no idea what she was thinking or trying to do.
That was the last straw for me. After calling the manager over to get my check for 1 iced tea and 1 soda (which the manager comped), she offered to give me coupons for my next visit. Really… with service like this, I wouldn’t come back if you paid me too.
If Mr. BWW reads these reviews, please make some serious changes to your staff at the Salinas location.
