Cici’s Pizza

Got a large pizza to go and some cinnamon rolls ! Only to find my rolls thrown in there and raw! Like wtf is this bullshit!!! Is my money not good enough for y’all ?!

My Mother, my daughter, and I love it here at Ci Ci’s Pizza! We love the great food, fun atmosphere, and the prices! We love their promotions, too!

I was here not long ago and it was enjoyable. Definitely a solid four star for what you get and the reasonable prices. Tonight, on the other hand, I was disgusted and disturbed by the improper sanitary measures taken by the balding Caucasian manager in a blue button up shirt. As I entered to pay, there he was unclogging a drain in front of the salad bar. I was fine with that until he reached for a fork OFF the salad bar and began digging into the floor until prying the drain lid open. It got worse. He then proceeded to ram his hand and the salad bar fork into the drain until scooping out some sort of mysterious sludge and holding it up like some sort of trophy. After finishing this task I watched as he never once washed his hands and continued for the next hour to wipe down counters, the salad bar, pizza trays and even the soda counter with the original hand towel he previously dried his sewage hands with. I give him props for using a dust pan proficiently but then his training obviously slipped out of his head. Too my surprise, after he swept and picked up sticky cheese from the floor he was still using the exact same towel to once again clean «YOUR» pizza buffet. I lost my appetite after sitting down and seeing this unfold. The soda rates a happy 3. It was cold, carbonated and from what I could tell, the spouts had not been touched by the managers towel. Maybe it’s the location or just a misguided manager but proper sanitation and food handling should be brought to the attention of those in charge of this ludicrous evening.

I can’t even tell you how truly awesome these people are. We ALWAYS eat at this CiCi’s but they went above and beyond today. My son has autism and is non verbal… he was having a meltdown in the restaurant & a female employee came & talked to him, even offered to walk him to the arcade while we ate. She was so calm and so sweet with him… and as always, the food was fresh and wonderful! We will always be back!!!

The only reason this is not a one star is because customer service was top notch and the dining room was clean. Other than that the pizza was terrible! I know this is cici’s but the one on De Zavala and I-​10 is much better. Worth the drive over.

Pizza here was so hot and fresh I couldn’t stop myself. With a family of 6 you cant beat the price. I am impressed as always. You wont be disappointed with Cici’s on your menu tonight.

It is what it is, but recent visits have shown that they can’t seem to think beyond the «pepperoni and …» Box. Fully half the pizzas are pepperoni. Have they lost track of the other meats?

Never had been there but took some family members that said their teenager can eat 2 pizzas lol, so rather than order pizza’s we went there. I liked the food, you can get whatever pizza you like hot delivered to your table. Also they have a bunch of hot pizzas ready to eat, salad, soup, dessert. Very good; we ate a lot of food and were stuffed when we left. I would recommend them if you want to take the family out for pizza for a reasonable price.

This CiCi’s Pizza is just like the rest of them, CRAP. They couldn’t get away serving this stuff in prison, no nutrients. Anyway cheap crust pizza. Dejuorno is better pizza. Seriously, I’m wondering how they can make PIZZA (something I am quite fond of) taste like a dried up wagon wheel with a spot of peperoni. I couldn’t make pizza taste this bad if I tried. Pizza on Amtrak tastes better. I can’t believe you people eat this stuff.
Not only is the menu limited, but it the food is really bad.
Like Icing on the cake, the environment of the place also lacks luster. SpongeBob ALWAYS on the TV, a dull yellow/​orange haze reminds me of preschool and the video arcade has cutting edge games like Donkey Kong.
Did I mention their bathrooms were dirty?
I wish I could give only a small fraction of a star for a rating.
