I’ve never had any real issues here, the employees are nice enough. But small calculated portions and sometimes you have to wait for what you want

4 stars cause this place gets me: p About 90% of the time I come here, I pre-order through the Panda Express App. It’s very helpful during the lunch time rush hour, so I just skip ahead to the front of the line and pick up. You can pay through the app too, so that’s useful. Plus, the girl who always hands me my food remembers me and makes sure to say hi. Doesn’t even have to ask my name anymore: p Which I don’t know if it’s a good or bad thing… lol. But, I digress. Portions at this location are never skimpy. Food has never tasted old or cold, and they’ve never messed up on any of my orders. Keep it up! I work in the area so parking hasn’t been an issue here for me, but the lot IS very small. So just a heads up. But that’s everywhere in Hillcrest haha.

Terrible service. Food is not good. Broccoli was hard. They should learn from sports arena location.

You wanna know how to live? Half and half sides, Beijing beef and the orange chicken with a chicken egg roll. This place has got it if you’re looking for it. I don’t understand why people hate on this spot. If you don’t like Panda Express, you’re either A) a vegan weirdo or B) not a true descendant of this golden goose egg we like to call America. All kidding aside, this place is not skimpy with their portions, the customer service is great and the food is cheap. Those idiots who are complaining are probably the same idiots that treat people in the service industry like garbage and still expect to be treated like a king with oversized portions. F*ck outta here with that. Be patient, smile, treat the workers with some respect and decency, and enjoy your meal tenfold without the overwhelming feeling of malaise from being a terrible human being. Panda Express 4 outta 5 pandas.

I walked. Have your food ready to be served. Come on. Get it right. Dominos here I come…

This is the worst Panda Express I have ever been to. The portions are smaller than they give at other locations and the service just flat-out sucks(though not as bad as the food)! The chow mein noodles were overcooked and/or had been sitting under the heat lamps for too long, the Beijing beef was overcooked to a crisp, and the honey walnut shrimp was undercooked. On top of that, there was no sweet & sour or chili sauce in the bag after I had asked for it twice.

Forgot part of my order and unfortunately didn’t realize till I got home. They weren’t able to refund me but they credited me for the missing items. Great for a quick bite and inexpensive.

Horrible service and very difficult to get to with little to no parking. I’ve never been to a Panda Express location before that was as focused on quantity in what they give you the way they do here. My server was actually counting the shrimp. Then when I ordered a mushroom chicken side it took them a few minutes to get me as they forgot about it? Then when I say something they bring over a small tiny saucer of my side order. I won’t be going to this location anymore as other locations are much better and just want to get your order right and get you on your way! Best of luck!

Wasn’t planning on writing a review prior to coming in this evening, but given the service… I had to. Upon walking in, Shawn greeted me and was very pleasant. His people skills and cheerfulness were beyond my expectations. When it came time to ring up, Ana was very pleasant as well. She smiled and completed my quick dinner pick up. This is what customer service is all about. They alone have won my desire to come back to this location. Good job guys! **Two thumbs up**

Came here 15-minutes before closing time and 85% of the food was gone. There was going to be a wait to have it cooked for me. Not good a good customer experience… so I left.

Sad sad no spare ribs ! Offered me a sample but could not follow through with an order, just a tease! If you don’t have an item then perhaps don’t have giant signs advertising it. That is what I will remember.

They did a bait and switch with me on their shrimp entrée. Once it was time to pay they said it would be an extra fee. I asked them to show me where that is stated. They pointed at the front glass name plate which it did not say. They pointed to the entrée list on the huge menu above which stated that if there was a «P» next to it then an additional fee would be charged. The specific shrimp entrée I wanted did not have a «P» next to it. Other shrimp entrees did but now the one I ordered. They couldn’t show me anywhere where it stated that. The manager was out and girl behind the counter said«well people just know». This is fraudulent. I would have paid 3x the total amount — it wasn’t about the money it was about the dishonesty and their inability to realistically assess the situation and follow what would have been right. What a sham. I’m calling the manager today. They need to fix this or clarify it.

ugh… i shouldnt have eaten here after the gym. I was a little hungry and wanted something quick that didnt have a drive thru. Food is ok… except the teriyaki chicken, what do they put in that thing — soap? Thats what it tasted like. The best thing here are their egg row and honey walnut shrimp. THATSIT! the rest taste so bland… No wonder i rarely ever eat here. Used to be good — the mall panda express taste better. The ladies were friendly.

Panda Express is the result of Americanized Chinese food. As far as authenticity goes, I am not a fan. The selection is good and I would agree you get what you pay for here. However, I do not find the quality all that great. Of all the fast food chains I go, Panda is one of the hardest to return too because of such low quality. That being said, customer service goes a long ways and this location provides some of the better service I’ve seen at a Panda Express. Even when it’s busy(which seems normal given its location), the employees are as welcoming as they are quick to move the line. It’s for that reason, I give this Panda store the A-OK! Overall, if you’re looking for truly delicious Chinese food, I suggest going elsewhere. But if you enjoy the Americanized version of Chinese food and/or are a Panda Express fanatic, then I would recommend this particular location.

No Stars! Total Rip off portions at this location! The Indian manager is the worst but everyone follows her lead. Its like she is trying to keep her food costs under budget and get that BONUS! My Orange chicken portion of my entrée only had 5 small pieces and the rice section wasn’t even half full. Rice is cheap! Forget it it. I wont be back.

Good, fast food. I hate that their honey sesame is seasonal, it’s my absolute favorite. Friendly staff. :)

This Panda Express is a JOKE!!! Not a single tray in this place was even HALF full… Ask to get a fresh item made since what is visible to the customer is beyond tired, and you catch big time attitude from Jesus the«chef»… I wouldn’t feed the garbage they had in this joint to a neighbors dog! TERRIBLESERVICE, TERRIBLEFOOD, and the the WORST Panda Express I have ever stepped foot in!

Just like any other chain, this place is cookie-cutter — but it’s good fast Chinese food. Each time we come our orders are always right. The employees are generally friendly. The only downside is the location because parking is abominable — if possible find parking before you get to the back lot because the spaces are tiny, it’s difficult to maneuver, and there is rarely more than one or two spaces open.

First time at this Hungry Panda and no complaints. I’m not sure if this is happening at all Panda locations, but this was the first time I’ve seen brown rice used in the fired rice, and this is a WIN for Panda and for all of us. Also enjoyed several new entrees I had not previously seen, like the grilled teriyaki chicken. I also ordered a combo that was not listed as an option, and the lady just put it all in a box for me and no questions asked. Again, I don’t see the point in reviewing chains unless there’s something remarkable, but at least at this Panda, I really enjoyed the new entrees.

Outstanding service! I was totally impressed by how awesome the staff was here. Super friendly and happy to chat a little bit, make some small talk, which is nice because you can tell they’re comfortable and relaxed and like working here. The orange chicken was pretty good! The firecracker chicken is no joke! Super spicy. Had to leave most of it because this girl couldn’t put down such spicy food. I admit it. My face’s spicy alarms were going off and my taste buds were like, «Please! Me hurting!». Got the chow mein and fried rice(half and half) and it was okay. I might stick with the chow mein next time. The fried rice seemed a tad on the dry side.
