My go to Starbucks. I’m a regular and I love that they already know my order before I get to the front. As well as greeting me by name.

Your standard Starbucks — I’ve dropped by here a couple times before work. I usually get the white chocolate mocha and spinach feta cheese wrap. Most of the time I don’t wait too long. And I’m literally there for like 2 – 3 minutes and then out. There is not a lot of seating mostly because of the size of the store but they have outside seating. Parking is take your spot depending on what time you go during the day. This is usually where I go when I have time before work and also if I literally had nothing to eat.

Drink and food came fast but my drink tasted a little funny and it wasn’t even full all the way.

The morning crew is very inconsistent. I quit this place and have been looking for another one that can open on time. Too many morning visits and the doors are still locked after they advertise they are open. One particular barista is fairly unhelpful. She actually placed the paper cup off center on the machine and my coffee went down the drain instead of into my cup. Do I really have to monitor this detail to see that my coffee actually flows into my cup? Silly. She tried to give me the cup with only half the coffee. I have gone elsewhere. You gotta open on time and pour the coffee in the cup. I guess my standards are too high.

BEWAREOFTHESOYMILK! First let me tell you that the people who work here are very nice. They are always nice and super friendly, which is the only reason why I gave them 2 stars. BUT they have issues with food and consumption rules. I visited Starbucks about a week ago and ordered my usual Iced coffee with soy. On my way back to work, I realized that my drink had congealed milk on the bottom of it. I didn’t have time to go back so I called and told them the soy milk was bad they should probably throw it out. The response to the person in charge of that shift was, «oh yeah, that happens, you just have to shake it.» I had already shaken it for about a minute, so as you can imagine I was a little annoyed by this response. She proceeded to tell me that it was normal and«if I ever planned on coming back» your drink is on us. Well I did go back, not mentioning the event or asking for a free drink, cause I’m not that kind of person, and had the same thing happen to me! I can tell you that I honestly believe they are serving people at this Starbucks old soy milk. I have been drinking this drink regularly for about 3 years now and have never experienced something like this. I also drink soy milk at home and have never to «shake» the mold back into liquid. For those of you who are drinking hot beverages from this Starbucks and order soy, I would pour it out one day and see what you find…

I wish it was a drive thru so be much more quicker because if we stand in line waste of time it takes a long time but even so the staff mix the drinks super quick and giving a quality

I love this Starbucks. I always hit it up when I’m on my way to long beach. They always make my venti caramel frap no whip with extra caramel on point. Also really great service they provide here. No complaints. :)

I give this Starbucks a NO star rating. They are a rip-off! I ordered my usual, a coffee with 6 pumps of classic.(Classic is just ½ sugar mixed with ½ water.) When I looked at my receipt I discovered they had charged me $.80 per pump = $ 4.80 extra! I challenged this cost, maintaining that I was a frequent customer of Starbucks all over the city, and none of the others had ever charged extra for sugar water. The manager stood firm maintaining that that was the price. I cancelled my order, got my money back and proceeded to go to another Starbucks where they had never heard of anyone being charged for shots of classic before. Needless to say, I will never ever return to this Starbucks again.

Per my marketing professor, quality is defined as «when delivery meets expectation.» In general, Starbucks employees are among the most friendly and professional(great job HR on writing the training manuals). However, today stood out(in a good way). When we walked into this Starbucks, the quality is far superior because they exceeded my expectation. Specifically, it was the service from Mr. Grant who inspired me to add an extra star. We walked in, tired from a day of gymnastics camp, and it was so refreshing to be met with kind and patience even though we weren’t the easiest customers to please. I had issues with my Gold Card and he was knowledgeable and offered prompt help. We also overhead another customer say«the people who work here are the nicest,» so I wasn’t the only one who feels this way. Thank you again. Good job to the manager of the store for hiring great service-oriented employees!

I went today around 2pm and the guy at the register(male with really long dark hair) was so rude to me and my family. I ordered 6 drinks and he kept yelling over my head to the people in line«sorry it’s taking so long» while I was still trying to order. FYI I wasn’t taking too long, I had to order SIX drinks, we just had 1 question about an item in the menu which he acted like a smart a. And he wasn’t helpful at all and show no patience. Seriously this is not the job for you, with that bad attitude you shouldn’t be in a job where you have to interact with people. Take a chill pill next time and relax!

This is your typical Starbucks. I feel like this Starbucks has potential to be a drive-thru because of the location. I like the staff and they are pretty friendly here. The service is fast but when I usually go, it’s empty so the service should be fast. This shopping plaza usually has plenty of parking and shares the parking lot with several other businesses like McDonald’s. However, I never have a problem finding a spot when I come.

One of the busiest Starbucks I know. There’s always a line and there’s NODRIVETHRU… why!!! The parking area is shared and it’s compact, so compact you have to ask your passengers to get out of the car before you can even park your vehicle. Then you have to hold your breath and squeeze yourself out of the car. There’s been a couple of times I ordered a grande vanilla latte(hot) and 75% of my drink is foam. I feel I get charged for a grande size but only got a tall size portion in a grande cup filled with foam, Not cool!!! There are also a lot of homeless people(with laptops) who spend hours hanging out here to use the free WIFI. Ok, let me rephrase that… I’m not sure if they are really homeless but they sure look like it. So don’t even bother to try to sit here and enjoy your coffee, there are no seats available. Unless, you want to sun bathe outside their patio sitting with the other set of homeless people without laptops. But be prepared if they ask for money. If you say you don’t have any money they will ask«so how were you able to buy your drink?» Haha

This Starbucks seems smaller to me than some of the other Starbucks. They move the line along quickly. Limited seating indoors and outdoors. This last visit they didnt have certain breakfast sandwiches at 730am. Also they did not have a whip cream ingredient to make a fappuccino that I wanted to order. I was striking out on this visit. Oh well, usually it isnt like this. if this had been my first visit they would have gotten one star.

I only come here when my car is at Kearny Pearson Ford. Last Saturday, I was exhausted and fell asleep in the waiting room. I decided to get up and walk to Starbucks so that I could wake the heck up! They remodeled since the last time I was there and I have to say, it looks really nice and spacious in there. I enjoyed hanging out and sipping some awful tasting pour over coffee. I should have ordered a cappuccino. This is my own major complaint about Starbucks. Their coffee was very good when they first started out but unlike Peet’s they haven’t been able to maintain the quality of their beans. Nice employees, cool kick back location to read and chill at as long as you do not go during rush hour.

Every time I come here, the drinks just do not taste right. Even this lady who ordered before me thought so too! She asked the barista why her very berry hibiscus is not very pink(looked beige) and that she thought it didn’t taste right. They had a few dialogue exchanges and gave her an attitude about it before finally doing it right. I too ordered a very berry hibiscus here before, and it was very light in color as well as very diluted tasting. I thought SB only adjusted the recipe but would taste the same, but it was too light in flavor! It just wasn’t good. Also, I ordered a tirimisu frappé and all it tasted like was diluted alcohol. My favorite drink, java chip frappé, just doesn’t taste right. I’m not sure how to explain it, but it tastes like if you ate a chocolate chip and ice together. Bottom line: something is wrong with this SB. Please tell me that I’m not the only one experiencing this!

3⁄5 Great location, a bit small for the average coffee shop. Customer service needs a little improvement. Baristas who run registers were professional but a smile could help.

Female worker with long blonde hair is the silliest Starbucks barista I’ve come across. At least her coworkers are quick to notice and cover for her.

The current staff is awesome. I usually spend about an hour at this location every morning working on my computer, and I always see the staff smiling, working hard, and taking care of their customers. They are very accommodating and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work.
