Horrible customer service! Extremely slow, not to mention I’ve had to ask the barista to remake my drink on more than one occasion. NOBODY seems to know what they are doing at this particular store.

This is the only Starbucks I go to. First of all, their coffee tastes good and not burned. Some Starbucks make their drinks too sweet or their plain coffee tastes like they burned it. The Dove Canyon Starbucks makes a pretty good cup of coffee. The staff here are so nice. I know there have been a lot of new hires, but they seem to mix in new people with senior team members so it all works out. One of my favorite team members is Brett, does that guy sleep because he is seriously always there. The dude is an all star. The place is always packed with kids and stuff in the afternoons because of the karate studio next door and the neighboring schools. Also parking can get a bit tricky at around 3pm. I would say the morning is really busy too. It is never crazy though. I never wait more than five minutes for a drink.

The past few months I’ve been going to this location, and my experiences have been terrible. Maybe it’s because of all the new hires and very poor management, but every time I go, my drinks take forever to make, the store is pretty messy inside, and the staff aren’t that friendly either. It also seems to be way understaffed so you see a huge line with one poor girl/guy rushing through in making these drinks. I used to go to this location all the time because the staff used to be awesome, but not the manager. She’s been there for a while and I don’t seem to see any improvements with this store. Would like to see this location improved, as it is in a great spot in 4s.

A nice Starbucks with a large patio outside, but a very busy one at that. I came in the morning to get some work done, and since I hadn’t had breakfast, I ordered the multigrain bagel with no cream cheese, toasted with butter and a grande blond roast with no room. The New York multigrain bagel was good and came with a few oats on top ans well toasted. I was glad it came nice and hot because it allowed the very good quality Kerrygold Butter melt well onto the bagel( ). The bagel had good flavor and a nice moist texture. However, it was the coffee that needed to be a little better. I usually have good results with this lighter Veranda brand, but this time it had an unpleasant bitter after taste. Its initial flavor was good, but the end was not. Perhaps a filter needed cleaning. Service was good but rushed, given they were so busy. They were taking orders ahead of the register, to keep up with the crowds, which was good thinking. No more bitter coffee please…
