Every member of their staff is always SO genuinely nice and accommodating. I usually drink Starbucks but I come here when at work because I love the staff so much :)

Friendly service and I love their coffee. Glad there’s one in 4s! Their coffee pods are also a great deal it comes with a free cup of coffee.

Gross! the new server did not wash hands after cleaning the restroom. Otherwise great coffee. ** please lol– do some basic health training for sanitation. Will be back.

I have been going to this Coffee Bean for the last five years. My mom and I meet daily to enjoy some girl time and catch up. We loved it and then the management changed and it was struggle for a year or two. BUT… recently it has been awesome with the new general manager. The staff is stable and the coffee making is great. I can definitely recommend!

Love this place! The baristas are always friendly and welcoming, and will give you suggestions if you need them. I like to mix it up with my coffee, and go places other than Starbucks and Peets. My favorite drink here is the vanilla iced coffee (which tastes a lot like the «best drink ever» from better buzz). I also love the tiny little ice cubes! They aren’t the fastest coffee place, but it’s always delicious.

I really, really like the coffee and teas here but the service is ALWAYS painfully slow compared to other Coffee Beans and other coffee shops in the area. When I stop in for a drink before work, I know I have to wait at least 10 – 15 mins regardless of how many people are in line. Great coffee… but stay away if you are on a tight schedule at any point in the day.

I stopped in the morning of the Fourth of July, and I was first of all, happy they were opened, and bummed that some of the employees had to work on that day. However, they did not seem one bit phased because they all appeared to be in high spirits and wishing everyone a Happy Fourth of July.
I ordered an everything bagel toasted with only butter and a Columbian house drip medium coffee. The everything bagel was nicely toasted to a toasty light brown and split right down the middle. The only problem was that they gave me a pad of butter that was rock hard, so I had an almost impossible task of spreading it onto the bagel. It really never really melted properly. The bagel was good and its flavor was enhanced by all it «everything» on top. Good stuff, but let that butter sit out a room temp before serving.
The Columbian brew was very good. I was very happy with this, because in the past, I have not experienced good drip coffee from here, but this time, it was on the money. The coffee had a great rich robust flavor and was smooth from the beginning to the end.
Service was very upbeat for being a national holiday. I liked that the employees in good spirits, participated in small talk with everyone, and made sure everyone was doing well and asked if they needed anything else, after spending some time there.

I used to come here all the time. But the service recently became slow. Taking like 15 minutes to get a drink with 1 – 2 drinks ahead of me. Some of the workers are very rude. I ask for a drink one day and they just started laughing on the side because of it. No longer impressed. Will not be coming to this store anymore.

I am over the whole Starbucks adventure and thought of trying something new. I took a client to the coffee bean in our neighborhood and I hesitated to try a tea that looked milky but boy am I glad I did. The Vanilla Roboos latte is the bomb digity drink half the fat and calories and yum yum good! You will never go back to starbucks. I’m hooked. I loved the people friendly & fast.

They have delicious iced coffee and their blended beverages are superior to any not to mention the workers are awesome… but …
I literally come here everyday and there is no loyalty program whatsoever!
They used to have a sweet deal where you could purchase a 25 dollar gift card to get a free drink (which evens out to the Starbucks rewards). During the holidays that went up to 30 dollars for a 5 dollar gift card. And finally it was just gone altogether.
I will keep coming of course but seriously where’s the app!

Now, I must confess that I love myself some CBTL because that’s all I had in college and their tea tins are actually quite awesome. If interested, Costco has a steal of a gift card, but I digress.
This CBTL is located in what seems like a well-​off neighborhood. The plaza itself is HUGE with plenty of shopping and food choices. It’s literally so huge that the CBTL is hard to find for a first timer. The inside is well lit and nowhere near as crowded as your corner Sbux, which is nice if you need a quieter place to get work done.
I ordered a medium matcha latte, my go-​to regardless whether I’m at CBTL or Sbux. Sadly, I was not too fond of my latte from here! I guess I am used to really strong, matcha heavy lattes. The color needs to be a deep green hue and the taste needs to err on the side of too much matcha. Unfortunately, my drink had more milk than matcha. Onto the next!

Extremely nice people and an exceptionally clean store. They nailed my order perfectly, prepared it swiftly, and served it with a smile. While I enjoyed all of those elements, I can’t get past the horrible taste of the espresso. I’ve been here a handful of times, and always order a nonfat, dry cappuccino, so the flavor of the espresso is important. Hopefully the coffee bean quality will improve, as they have everything else in place to be a 5-​star location.

These guys are super friendly in the morning. And then make a good bagel and a good latte.

Sometimes I forget the quality of CBTL! I end up going to Starbucks more often because they offer a rewards system, but would love to come here more often.
My favorite drink is definitely the dark chocolate latte (iced and hot). I don’t even want to know how bad it is for you — but I know that it’s made with nonfat milk and that counts for something, right?!
Of course that’s not the only thing that’s good here, everything is good. Their teas are always amazing, and every drink tastes like it’s made with care. Some of the other favorites include the hazelnut latte, winter dream tea latte, and anything with matcha.
Baristas are fun and friendly, and I would love to become a regular here!

I love going here to grab a warm drink and to study. I went earlier this week, and enjoyed my Peppermint Mocha as I did homework. An hour or so passed, and I was still sipping on my drink. But it was now getting cold! I went up to the register and asked if they could just pop it in the microwave for a few seconds to warm it up. The young man said «It won’t taste as good… what did you have?» I told him it was a Peppermint Mocha and it wouldn’t make a difference to me in the microwave. He denied it and then started making me a brand new, warm Peppermint Mocha! I thanked him many times, as it was not necessary for him to make me a new one. He went above and beyond; great customer service!

This place is great if you only like coffee. They are fairly bad at making tea lattes. Other CBTL locations make them the right way. This is the only exception I’ve found among the 5 or 6 CBTL locations I’ve visited.

I’ve been here twice and each time I’ve gotten the Matcha Tea Latte, Blended ice, however they were made differently in each visit.
Too sweet IMO, can’t really taste the flavor of the Matcha, as it was overpowered by all the sweetener.
On both occasions, they took about a little close to 15 minutes to get my drink out, and I was the only one who ordered, with no other customers in front of me.
Not sure if this is typical of them to have slow service here, but I am willing to give it another go.
I will give them stars for a nice ambiance.

Great place to study – I like the tables in the back by the fountain. The cashiers are really friendly, too.
TIP: If you order a small iced drink, you might want to ask them to go light on the ice. Otherwise, 5 sips later, you will have nothing but a cup of crushed ice!

Visiting friend in sd and decided to come here in the morning to get my daily dosage of caffeine ! I like this coffee place more than the other coffee bean locations and here are the reasons :
Location: it is located in the big plaza called commons with Ralph and it is right next to pei Wei ! There is plenty of parkings in the plaza! The coffee shop itself is very clean and organized ! The décor of the shop is also cuter than the other ones. The place is has well lighting and plenty of natural light source during the day.
Service: they have one of the friendliest and happiest barista and workers here. They greeted you with smile. I personally feel this coffee bean has the best service out of all the other ones that I have been to so far. The vibe of the coffee place is pleasant and happy.
Coffee: I always like coffee bean coffee. I love latte so it is a good place for latte lovers or sweet coffee drinkers. They do not over roast the coffee and the quality of the coffee itself is way better than Starbucks !
Ps: I shall return in future whenever I come visit my friend here ! This place is a good place for studying too with plenty of lights and not too loud music ! They have smaller tables

Being from Seattle, I feel like I should be a loyal Starbucks fan… but the Coffee Bean has won me over and I’m a huge fan! This is largely in part to the pomegranate blueberry iced tea latte. Best drink ever! Wonderfully sweet and 100% delicious!
I stopped by this location last week to kill some time between work and dinner. It was a great temporary work station with my laptop hooked up to the free wi-​fi.
