I asked for a cold cut combo but they gave me a ham sandwich instead. Really? Just cuz I got a coupon they skimped on the salami and bologna? I certainly only got a ham sandwich instead of the cold cut sandwich. So, what’s the point of a coupon if they’re going to skimp on other things?

As subways go, this is one of the best. They do get very busy at lunch, but they are heavily staffed and the line goes quickly. The staff is very friendly and they even remember some of my order. They always have all the ingredients and everything is fresh!

Pretty busy at lunch, but great customer service and food. One of the best subways around here.

Yup, it’s Subway. Had a couple of coworkers get sick eating here on multiple occasions.

On a Saturday, I decided to stop by subway to try the March special of Meatball and pepperoni on the way to work… NOTE: This is not during lunch rush hour during the week… I look at the picture and counted 8 meatballs… The freaking lady at this subway actually tried to deceive me and short me one less meatball with only 7… and actually think I wouldn’t notice… wtf. that’s what pissed me off… and then has the nerve to say, oh we ran out of meatballs… that’s the reason for shorting me… I had to call her out on it. I was about make her make it and then just leave… I should have but I was in a hurry to get to work… I dont have time for this. oh yeah, the lady was skimpy on the veggies too… But yeah… no «welcome to subway»… no happy smiley face… The subway at UTC always say«welcomes to subway» and«i’ll be right with you» when they are busy… this one just sucks… just like John C. said. I would give it 2 stars… but I need to lower the average.

Place is too busy and the employees are pushy. They have no sense of customer service. I don’t recommend eating here. If you’re willing to squeeze into one of the clown car parking spots there are much better places to eat…

During lunch hour, this place is a madhouse, and even the 15 employees the have behind the counter can’t speed the process up. This should not shock anyone, since it’s a Subway, during lunch hour. HELLO. However, the guy who opens the store during the week, and has been making me my egg white flatbread breakfast sandwiches, is an absolute doll. Nice guy, quick service(of course, there’s far less people in there for breakfast than lunch). Overall, I have no complaints.

If you come here at lunch time there is a good chance you’ll be waiting in a line that wraps around the entire store. But this subway is always staffed well and they try to get everyone through the line without having to wait too long. This is a great place to go on a nice day, they have a lot of outdoor seating so you can enjoy the fresh air on your hour outside of the office.

OK I have to say I am not a big fan of Subway to start with, so normally I would rate them at 3 stars. I was tired of eating all the other places in this food court near my work so I thought I would switch it up and go to Subway today. I have been to this Subway a few times and would normally rate them 2 – 3 stars but today dropped them to a single star review. First I ordered a six inch turkey and swiss on wheat. I kept thinking, man that bread sure is white in color. Ummm that because it was white bread. I didn’t make them switch it though because it just seemed like more effort than it was worth. Then I get to the end and the lady asks me if I want the meal. I said yes. She takes my money shoves the sandwich in the bag and says in a monotone voice, «have a good day» with all of the tone of «hurry up and move out of the way». Then she tells my coworker the same. I said, «shouldn’t I get a cookie with this» She gives me shitty look, grabs a cookie and shoves it in while pushing it at me and saying in the same FU voice, «have a good day». My coworker says, «I got the meal too». She didn’t even get the FU good day speech, just the bag shoved at her. Anyway, basically this place sucks on customer service. I have the bar set pretty low for what I expect out of customer service at a Subway and they still couldn’t get even get near that low standard.
